Chloe Thorne, however, didn't notice the subtle shift in their expressions. Seeing Arabella Donovan freeze again after hearing her surname, she felt a strange sense of foreboding.
"Master, is there something wrong with my surname?"
Arabella Donovan snapped out of it. "No, no, your surname is perfectly fine. It's just this potted plant..."
"What's wrong with the plant?"
