Well it's been and incredibly long fucking time since anything interesting happened. Velzard decided to stick around for whatever reason and decided to train us. Testarossa, Ultima, and Carerra are benefiting Greatly as well. Ultima also got really interested in hand to hand combat among several other things. They also summoned their lieutenants I decided not to name them. While it would be beneficial honestly didn't care. It should be noted Carerra only had one lieutenant as Agera, as he had been known in the novel, had not been reborn as a demon yet. More true demon lords popped up. Me and Milim went to fight them to see if any were interesting, but honestly they were weak and we killed a whole bunch of them.
Dagruel was a fun fight though. Kagali also became a demon lord she was a genuinely incredibly strong mage. Us killing a bunch of demon lords in our search of enjoyment pissed of Guy. Guy, Rain, and Misery showed up one day. Guy ended up using his favor to get me to stop. Then extorted him of his sword by saying I'll stop, but Milim on the other hand.."
And that's how Milim got Asura. Other than that, and the 2 Tenma wars rudra has called over these past 1000 years. Not much happened. The Tenma wars didn't really effect our territory we aren't exactly technologically advanced after all. Although that isn't to say I didn't had to reign in Milim. she went off to slaughter a bunch of angels for shits and giggles because she heard they'd be fun to fight. That was the first one. The second one I went with her because I didn't want her to accidentally blow up 3 kingdoms as collateral like last time. The second time only one and a half kingdoms were destroyed. I don't think they existed 1,500 years later. So I assume they either collapsed or were destroyed by Milim any way. Testarossa, Carerra and Ultima also went out to fight angels, but for them it was a matter of principle as well as boredom. Honestly as long as they don't cause random mass slaughter I basically let those three do what they want.
For Carerra that mostly fighting Me, Milim, and Velzard. I think she was briefly the strongest of rimuru subordinates at one point, but past life memories are basically non existent beyond the things I use regularly such as cooking. A thousand years later and Middray is the only Dragon faithful still eating raw meat and vegetables. He's nothing if not stubborn. Honestly he'd probably be more vocal if I wasn't the one cooking.
Ultima plays at schemes and subterfuge. She made some deal with a kingdom pretending to be a goddess. Meh not my business.
Testarossa usually just sticks to my side and tries to help me somewhat manage the dragon faithful. Kinda like a secretary honestly. However even then it's not a lot of work.
I was sitting in one of the rooms we comendeered in the main temple. When Testarossa was came in.
"My lord that arrogant man is here"
I knew she was referring to Guy. Getting a name before him is a thing that annoyed him, but it woundn't make him less of an arrogant ass.
*sigh*
"What does he want now? Milims been well behaved lately… for the most part."
Testarossa shot me a look.
"At least big sis set up a barrier so Milim didn't break too much of everything."
She continued to stare at me.
"Fineeeee, I'll go talk to Guy and scold Milim later."
I went to the room we set up for hosting guests. The room was simple in design. A few shiny trinkets of probably tremendous historical or monetary value were scattered through out the room haphazardly. Guy was sitting a fancy couch Milim looted that I had reinforced with magic. I don't blame Milim. I've looted my fair share of things over the past millennium. However, I don't leave it all over the place.
I noticed Rain and Misery were their as well. I sat down on the other couch across from him, thankfully it was a set. I noticed a plate of raw vegetables and meat on the table in front of us and was instantly displeased.
"Testarossa please bring some actual food and tea. Ultima please dump this on middrays head and punish the stubborn bastard. Nothing to just break a few bones he'll be fine."
This is the 34th time this month he's tried this and it's only been 5 days. Middray give up it's been a thousand years.
"I apologize for that guy Middray is devoted to his beliefs. Although he's the only one still clinging to said belief."
"It's fine I was more confused than offended."
Testarossa came back quickly with tea and some cake I made awhile ago. Using a ritual based on big sis's magic to make makeshift freezer was one of the best decisions I ever made. I thought she'd be mad but she saw the utility of such a thing so she didn't.
"So what can I and to a lesser extent Milim help you with today."
This tea is good too bad we can't exactly sell it to people other than demon lord seed level or higher entities. The areas heavily saturated with Big sis, Milim and me's magicules so the tea is highly toxic to those below a certain strength. Tasty though.
"Well, after you and Milim went on a rampage and killed a bunch of the up and coming demonlords. I thought maybe we should get together discuss what's going, and come to an agreement to not fight. After all more demon lord seeds died during the Tenma war as well."
"I'm fine with that. However we will need to have it in a neutral location and agree not to fight while there. After all I'm pretty sure Demon lord Kagali still hates me and Milim. Although I haven't seen her in 800 years so who knows."
"That's a good idea I already have a neutral location but getting everyone on the same page is needed as well."
"So when do you plan to have it. If oooh, can we bring guests?"
"Considering I'll probably bring Rain and misery with me. Sure why not."
"Well good. So when do plan to have it? And what do you plan to call it?"
"I'm calling it Walpurgis and it will be in a month should plans hold. We have 500 years till rudra triggers the next Tenma war. Better to start planning ahead and consolidate strength."
Yeah I figured.
"Well if that's all I'll see you out I"
"Wait I want to use that other favor you owe me."
I frowned
"Fine what do you want me to do. Milim better not have caused trouble again or I'll ban her from having cake for month again."
"No for once it's not Milim. Need you to go to a certain country and completely level it."
I raised an eyebrow at that. Normally rampant destruction was Milim's thing. However I owed him a favor. Humans who had become saints or awakens as hero's have lost almost all meaning and value in my eyes.
(AN: Keep in mind he's lived much much longer as Calux than his previous life it's a miracle he thinks they have any value no matter how minuscule it is)
"Fine as you say I owe you a favor and I keep my word."
I pulled out a map from my spacial storage. one of the many skills which ve picked up over the years.
Point at the country you want annihilated. It'll be a molten crater by end of day.
Guy pointed to small country in the western nations. I didn't even bother to check the name.
"Alright I'll be back in an hour."
"It'll take you about that long to destroy the country?"
"Oh hell know it'll take like 10 seconds max. The remaining 59 minutes 50 seconds is me looting the rubble."
"Ah I should've expected that answer."
"Anyway see ya in a month Guy."
I left the room and went to the nearest balcony to shift into my true form. I heard Middray screaming as he was being punished by Ultima. He reaped what he sowed. I arrived shortly at the balcony and transformed and flew in the direction of the country.
