All of us finished the breakfast prepared by the old butler with great care. Isabella discussed something with the old man and ordered him about something.
Then she walked towards Jack. "I think I need to tell you something important. In our custom, after the woman consummates with a man, we immediately do a marriage ritual with that man.
The ritual will be prepared soon. If you are okay with it, you can do that ritual with me and Clara."
Jack looked somewhat confused and asked,
"In the old traditions of many other regions, the consummation only happens after the marriage rituals.
Why is it different here?"
Seeing his curious look, Isabella said, "It's a family secret. I won't tell you."
After saying that, Isabella revealed a mischievous smile.
Jack, seeing her behaving like this, already guessed it must be something troublesome. So he didn't mind asking further.
Later we dressed up for the ritual. The butler prepared traditional Japanese dresses for all four of us.
