As Sevy watched the giant kneel he soon relized that it was not him resigning rather the opposite as he put the hilt of his serrated blade in his mouth his demanor changed letting out a bloodcurlding roar shakeing the earth itself.
Sevy soon realized " what are you?" as the giant grew hair excessively like a beast. As the eyes in forest left a deep raspy voice "Leave now!" However there appeared to be no one else there aside from the giant unable to mutter a word.
He stood waiting the giant to make the first move. As the giant's sword dragged across the stones on the floor from his fangs screching as he walked. "Is that a kid?" one of the soilders asked as if he saw a ghost. The army looked to the giant's back.
"It's as if he's a bear". Said one of the leading soldiers as the view of him growing hair all over until he transformed.
He was no longer a man just a beast. The girl stood on top of him. The giant repeated himself " We don't want to fight" Sevy walked foward silently.
"Neither do I" Sevy muttered under his breath he walked towards the giant. The giant swung the blade using his mouth sweeping across the floor cutting a soilders foot clean off by the ankle has his blood leaked over the pure snow.
Sevy manged to avoid it by jumping onto the blade. In a frenzy from the screams of the soldier echoed, giant tried to fling him off his sword.
The young girl in a dress as white as the snow and her hair a deep red like the bloodied snow. Sat unfazed on the giant's shoulder until.
Sevy flung up from the blade landed on his shoulder eqiped a dagger from his sleeve atempting to stab him in his eyes. The giant grabbed him before it went deep enough to gouge his eye out.
"Stoppp!" A high pitched scream screched across battlegrounds from the girl sobbing in tears. "Please stop" the giant ignored her plea has he threw Sevy into the earth.
The deep snow cushioned his impact however it was not enough blood gushed from his mouth. "We have freedom we will not lose it again" said the giant
The giant swung his sword once more however this time he hesitated the young girl appeared infront of Sevy but it was too late to stop his swing.
Out of instinct Sevy grabbed the girl and turned his back to blade. "Why? Why would you save me?" Said the girl as Sevy laid on the floor covered in blood.
"I wanted to die" said the girl no longer in a pure white dress. The giant still confused by what happened remained still. "Let us keep our freedom" asked the giant but it was to late the sparks of war had already inginted.
The army charged onwards to the giant launching fire, blades and bloodlust towards him. She screamed *********!!! but she was not heard besides one.
Sevy heard but longer had the strength to move or speak with his wounds and his missing arm flung by the sword , as he laid next the girl brought to her kness crying as she watched the giant get impaled by a huge arrow.
"Spare her" shouted the giant as his last act before his demise. Sevy watched as the life of two souls left today. A aura inexplicable emanated from the giant and the girl as he perished he watched as his eyes gently closed.
He woke up several hours later in a to the young girl. "Am I dead?" He askes as he opens his eyes to a blank landscape as white as snow. "No you're in my domain" said the girl in a gentle voice.
Before he had the chance to say his words she answered "you passed out and your army pushed on fowards to the gates of the jungle" "I thoug.." "you thought I died" said the girl "I did.. long before today" the white landscape changed to village in a jungle under green canopy of leaves. "This is how we reclaimed our freedom"
