Chapter 3 - V10 – C17

Bi Ryu-yeon was still alive and perfectly fine.

His stamina was tougher than a cockroach. There was no way a small accident like this would take him down.

Thud! Thud!

It took quite a while for the thick cloud of dust to finally settle. Breathing became extremely difficult while the dust filled the cave. Bi Ryu-yeon had to use a few tricks just to breathe more comfortably. Enduring a little discomfort was far better than swallowing dust like water. Eating something that didn't even fill your stomach was pure torture.

"Cough! Cough! Looks like I'm still alive."

Not a single limb was missing or crushed under rocks. You could call it luck. Bi Ryu-yeon let out a sigh of relief as he looked at his right hand. There was Na Yerin, still unconscious. Even though she was covered in dust, she didn't seem injured.

"Whew, that was really dangerous."

When Na Yerin ran toward him while warning him of the danger, Bi Ryu-yeon had already spotted the bomb. He knew right away how dangerous it was. The moment Na Yerin grabbed his hand, he pulled her into his arms to protect her and unleashed the full power of the Fifth Style of the Phoenix Dance—Transfer—so they could escape the blast radius. But he didn't make it out completely and ended up caught in the huge explosion. If he had been even half a step slower, both of them would have gone straight to the afterlife.

In short, it was a near-death experience.

Tap. Tap.

Drops of condensation that had formed in the cave fell from the cracks in the ceiling onto Na Yerin's clean, pale face, like falling snow. Her eyelids fluttered. A moment later, her eyes opened, revealing pupils as beautiful as the night sky. The instant she woke from her daze, Bi Ryu-yeon smiled and spoke before her eyes could focus.

"Hello!"

Na Yerin's voice was full of life, completely unaffected by the terrifying situation they had just survived. For a second, Na Yerin felt as if she were in a pavilion on a beautiful spring day, not inside the Illusion Demon Cave where the shadow of death still lingered. Only after looking around at the dark, gloomy surroundings did she realize she was still in that same demon cave. The sharp pain stabbing through her entire body finally made her understand that she was still alive.

"My ears are ringing."

She said it. It was probably a side effect of the explosion. That made sense, considering the deafening roar had gone off right next to them. Her ears were still buzzing.

"Don't worry, your eardrums don't seem to be torn."

Since she could still tell sounds apart, her eardrums looked fine.

"Are you okay, Gongja?"

Gongja… a title that sounded way too stiff. But Na Yerin always called him that formally.

"I think so."

Bi Ryu-yeon answered.

"It doesn't look like it. Lying is a bad habit."

Na Yerin's sharp gaze didn't miss the red stain on Bi Ryu-yeon's elbow.

"Oh, you can see that in this pitch darkness? Your eyes are really good."

Bi Ryu-yeon was genuinely impressed.

"You're exaggerating!"

Bi Ryu-yeon lifted his elbow and examined it carefully. He had never bled in any martial fight or attack before. But this time it was clearly blood.

"Heh! It's been a long time since I've seen my own blood. Letting my precious blood flow out for nothing like this… If someone did this on purpose, I won't let them get away with it."

Typical Bi Ryu-yeon.

"Let's treat the wound first."

"This will heal if I just lick it."

Bi Ryu-yeon answered casually.

"That's not allowed!"

Na Yerin took out wound medicine and bandages from her pocket, applied the medicine to Bi Ryu-yeon's elbow, and wrapped it neatly.

"For an explosion that big, a small wound like this is already a huge blessing. Don't worry too much."

"I'm not worried."

Na Yerin's reply was curt.

After the wound was treated, Bi Ryu-yeon pulled out a black ink stick that was half-buried beside him and checked if it was damaged. But it was hard to inspect the black ink stick in the darkness. Even though Bi Ryu-yeon's eyesight was extremely sharp, the surroundings were too dark to clearly see the object's condition.

Bi Ryu-yeon turned to Na Yerin and asked,

"Do you have anything that can give off light? I have a flint, but we can't light a fire here because the air is too thin. If there's something that can glow in the dark…"

Na Yerin thought for a moment, then held out her beloved sword, Hansang Okryeong, in front of Bi Ryu-yeon's eyes.

Clang!

The sword was drawn with a beautiful ring. It really was a priceless blade. As soon as it left its sheath, the sword began to emit a soft white light in the darkness—cool and gentle, like a snowy scene in the middle of winter.

"Oh, this much light is more than enough. I have a really nice lantern now. I've never seen a lantern this expensive!"

With the help of the cool white sword light, Bi Ryu-yeon examined the black ink stick from every angle. If the black ink stick was damaged, it could cause big problems later. Bi Ryu-yeon wanted to avoid that at all costs. As he inspected it carefully, a satisfied expression appeared on his face.

"Truly a masterpiece! The price was worth it. It didn't break even after an explosion that huge!"

The black ink stick, Neugmeum Mokrye, had been made incredibly sturdy. What a relief that there was no damage.

"Thank goodness it's not broken."

"Yes, we're really lucky. I was so worried it would break and lose its value."

Bi Ryu-yeon seemed to have misunderstood. Na Yerin corrected him.

"That's not it. This is about us. Thanks to you, Gongja, we survived. Thank you—even if it's a little late."

Na Yerin bowed her head slightly in gratitude. But the cramped space made it hard for her to even bend properly.

"We still have to figure out if we're really safe. Right now we're buried in here."

At Bi Ryu-yeon's words, Na Yerin looked around. Her expression immediately turned grim. Bi Ryu-yeon was right. Every direction was blocked by piles of rocks the size of houses, making the space feel suffocating. The area around them was only big enough to turn over and sit up. It felt like being trapped inside a giant coffin.

"What do we do now?"

"We have to find a way out."

Bi Ryu-yeon scratched his head while looking around. But no clear solution came to mind. The air around them was getting thinner. They had to think of a solution before the air ran out completely.

'How long will this air last? A week? Three days? Or just one day?'

No one could say for sure.

"Will we be rescued?"

"Well, that depends on how well the people above do their job. I hope they don't panic and run around like headless chickens. That would only make them less efficient."

Various thoughts crossed Bi Ryu-yeon's mind.

'What are my students doing right now…'

For now, all they could do was wait.

* * *

"The academy must start the rescue operation immediately! Hurry!"

A sudden protest could be heard from outside the window of Cheonmu Hall. The noise had been going on since yesterday evening.

"Can't you do something to calm them down?"

Leader Ma Jin-ga's head was throbbing. Outside his office, hundreds of students had gathered in protest. This had never happened before, and doing it during an emergency was completely outrageous.

Their demand, with white headbands wrapped around their foreheads, was only one thing: start the rescue operation for the people buried in the Illusion Demon Cave as soon as possible. Strangely, most of the protesters were male. The core of the protest was the Film Bingbong Guard Force. The moment they heard that their idol had been caught in the accident, they went crazy and started this demonstration.

The Film Bingbong Guard Force refused to stay quiet while their idol was trapped with some unknown person in an unknown place. To them, Na Yerin had become the light of the sky, the abundance of the earth, the comfort of their hearts, and life itself. Their faith was deep—slightly exaggerated, of course.

The white headbands on their foreheads symbolized their firm and united resolve. Classes were boycotted, and the protest continued day and night.

One elder who couldn't sleep all night reportedly shouted this morning,

"I'm amazed at how poorly Cheonmu Academy maintains its rules and order. Even when I try to ignore their protest noise, it disturbs me so much that I can't sleep at all. What the hell should we do with those damn kids?"

For some reason, the leader of the Guard Force, Seonpunggeomryong Wi Jicheon—who should have been the most enthusiastic about leading this—seemed half out of his mind, so the vice-leader was the one directing the protest. With his head already spinning from managing the situation, Ma Jin-ga was definitely not happy that these people were getting on his nerves.

"The academy must start the rescue operation immediately! Hurry!"

The protest chant came again through the window, like a whip urging them to work faster because their current pace was too slow. Finally, Yeomdo, who couldn't take it anymore, exploded.

"You damn brats! If you want to save them so badly, grab shovels and dig yourselves! Stop boycotting classes! I'll wring all your necks!"

Even though Yeomdo's words were just empty threats born of irritation and annoyance, Ma Jin-ga didn't see it that way when he heard them.

'Why didn't I think of that!'

It felt like he had been hit in the back of the head with a blunt object. But he had no sadistic thoughts about actually wringing their necks. Ma Jin-ga wasn't that crazy yet.

"Let's just start digging. Call the formation and architecture experts right away! If they want to do the rescue so badly, make them join in directly. We're short on manpower and need a lot of workers, so this is perfect. Begin the rescue operation!"

Ma Jin-ga gave the order.

"That kid is like my nephew! If I lose him in an incident like this, I won't have the face to meet the Sect Leader again. With his temper, he'll definitely bring his troops and attack this place!"

If he found out his beloved daughter was in an uncertain state deep inside the dangerous Cheongeop-u—not during training—he would come with eyes blazing and turn the entire martial world upside down. Ma Jin-ga knew exactly how much Na Baek-cheon loved his daughter. He knew exactly what happened to her uncle when he tried to do something bad.

When it came to his daughter, the Sect Leader became a foolish, completely infatuated father. He knew how impossible and pointless it was to expect reason from him in this matter.

'I have to prevent that at all costs.'

Ma Jin-ga repeated it in his heart over and over.

So the rescue team was formed, centered on the Film Bingbong Guard Force and the male students who sympathized with them. The first thing they had to do was dig with shovels. This was because the Illusion Demon Cave had completely collapsed in the middle due to the chain reaction. The situation was more serious than they had thought. And digging was harder than they had expected.

* * *

"Hey Hong, do you think Ryu-yeon will be okay?"

Hyorong asked in a worried tone. Hyorong still hadn't taken off the bandage on his left shoulder. Beside him, Lee Jin-seol—who seemed to have made peace with him—stuck close.

It was an honorable wound he had received while protecting Lee Jin-seol from the rocks falling like hail when the Illusion Demon Cave collapsed. Since then, Lee Jin-seol had been taking care of Hyorong with great care. Even though it wasn't a life-threatening injury. Lee Jin-seol's unusual behavior drew too much attention from those around them. They thought she was overreacting about a simple broken bone. But Lee Jin-seol knew she was responsible for the injury, so she couldn't ignore it.

Lee Jin-seol couldn't hide her guilt toward him. Because of that, all misunderstandings with Eun Seol-ran had disappeared long ago. She had been deeply moved by Hyorong's spirit of sacrifice. Fortunately, the injury hadn't ended up as an empty sacrifice. So Hyorong had successfully passed the first test in the mysterious and complicated game of love that had appeared before him. But the problem with this mysterious, ever-changing, impulsive, emotional, illogical, and irrational game of love was that another obstacle could appear at any time for no reason, so relaxing was absolutely forbidden.

Considering all the pros and cons, you could say he had solved it cheaply by making peace with the sulking woman over a single broken arm. Of course, he would say he had risked his life…

Lee Jin-seol was moved by Hyorong's willingness to sacrifice for her, but her expression was grim because she didn't know Na Yerin's fate. Her eyes were red like a rabbit's. Hyorong had just managed to calm Lee Jin-seol, who had been crying nonstop. Many injured people were being treated in the medical hall. And inside the collapsed Illusion Demon Cave, the surviving men continued digging like mad.

All they could do was pray that the two of them were safe.

"I don't think he's the type who dies easily. If he were the type to die from something like this, he would have died a long time ago. Right now he's probably having fun with the most beautiful woman in the world in there. Let's just trust him."

Even though Jang Hong said it casually, like a cow finding a mouse, his prediction was half right.

* * *

The Jujak Group had gathered again.

"Do you think the eldest disciple can really survive that hell?"

Namgung Sang asked. It was the question on every Jujak Group member's mind.

"Is he really alive? You all experienced that terrifying situation inside, right? You know how bad it was?"

No-hak shook his head as if remembering that moment. It was a nightmare he really didn't want to recall. Fortunately, they had returned safely without getting caught in the chain-reaction collapse.

"Life is in heaven! Who dares to guarantee someone's life or death? But no matter how I think about it, the story of the eldest disciple's death makes less sense than a tadpole turning into a butterfly, a naughty old man doing volunteer work, or Buddha committing suicide."

Was it because of all the training? Or because of his teacher? Hyeon Un, a Daoist, spoke blasphemous words without hesitation. He was the perfect example of how one person could corrupt many.

"It really doesn't feel real if he died, does it?"

Namgung Sang asked.

"Yeah!"

Everyone nodded. At this point, even Bi Ryu-yeon's death was hard to believe.

Day 2 buried!

"Hmm."

Bi Ryu-yeon held a pill the size of a soybean in front of him, turning it over and examining it from every side. It was a Wall-Breaking Pill, a product praised as a revolution in martial-world cooking that could provide the nutrition of one full meal with just a single pill. Its biggest advantage was that it was light and small in volume, easy to carry. In the martial world, it was often used as emergency food during long journeys or closed-door training. But its downside was the high production cost and terrible taste. For Bi Ryu-yeon and Na Yerin, this handful of Wall-Breaking Pills was their last lifeline.

"Is our food supply enough?"

Na Yerin asked. Food was the most urgent issue in an isolated, extreme situation like this. A thorough check was necessary. And a plan had to be made accordingly. Fortunately, they weren't as poor as he had feared. Before winter arrived, the academy had already distributed enough Wall-Breaking Pills and water skins, anticipating they might get lost. Bi Ryu-yeon always carried extra Wall-Breaking Pills. He believed anything could happen at any time.

Besides that, he carried various other items, one of the most special being a sleeping bag. This item, when folded, was only the size of a small roll, but when opened it was big enough for two people to sleep comfortably—a magical thing. It was also waterproof, windproof, and had temperature-regulating functions, useful in many ways. It was essential camping gear. Bi Ryu-yeon had received it as a gift from Jang Woo, head of the Jungyang Courier Service—if that could be called dedication.

As expected, if you prepared in advance, even if it was a bit troublesome, you would never fall into the worst situation. Na Yerin was very surprised by Bi Ryu-yeon's unexpected level of preparedness.

"How did you think to prepare all of this?"

She also had a few Wall-Breaking Pills and a water bottle, but she wasn't as well-prepared or as complete as Bi Ryu-yeon.

"If you prepare for every possibility, it might be a little troublesome, but it never hurts. 'It's better to endure a little discomfort than to die like a dog from lack of preparation!' Those are the words of my evil teacher."

Bi Ryu-yeon said while looking at her clearly.

"You have a very strange teacher."

Based on Bi Ryu-yeon's words, Na Yerin could only agree that he was not an ordinary person.

Bi Ryu-yeon first spread the sleeping bag on the floor. The cold from the ground rose up, so lying directly on the bare earth was bad for their health.

Fortunately, the sleeping bag was made for two people.

"Get in."

Bi Ryu-yeon said casually to Na Yerin. But Na Yerin couldn't help but hesitate. She felt awkward lying under the same blanket—even if it was a sleeping bag—with a man who was not her husband.

Seeing Na Yerin hesitate, Bi Ryu-yeon said,

"This is an emergency. Don't you think it's too extreme to still worry about etiquette or rules? Right now we have to focus on conserving energy and finding a way out. In front of life and death, the difference between man and woman is trivial."

His smooth talking flowed like water. Na Yerin didn't dare argue.

"That's true. I think I was wrong."

After hesitating for a moment, Na Yerin reluctantly got into the sleeping bag.

'I can't believe this!'

Her eyes widened.

"This is amazing!"

"Right?"

It really was a magical sleeping bag. The cold she had felt on her skin earlier had completely disappeared. In fact, she felt warm. It was clearly an extraordinary item.

Day 3 buried!

"I never knew martial arts could make things this easy."

It was true. It looked like they could last for days without a single drop of water. The qi that filled the sky and earth, the sun, moon, and stars, plus the internal energy accumulated through constant training and discipline made it possible.

One Wall-Breaking Pill could last a full day. They had started with 40 pills. If divided, they could last 20 days. They had to hold on with this until the rescue team arrived.

Internal energy was very helpful in maintaining physical strength. Combined with the sleeping bag's insulation, it became even easier to preserve their energy. The biggest problem in a cramped space like this coffin was relieving themselves.

Actually, this was a more urgent issue than running out of food. In this narrow space where they could only stand, there was no separate private area for that. For now they were controlling their bodily functions through martial arts, but that wasn't a universal solution.

But four days, five days, and then eight days passed, and the rescue team still hadn't arrived. Bi Ryu-yeon had to think of another way.

* * *

Day 7 buried!

As the days passed, the anxiety in Na Yerin's heart grew deeper. It was natural for her anxiety to increase while waiting and waiting for a rescue that never came.

On the other hand, Bi Ryu-yeon remained calm and composed. It was hard to say whether he was dignified or just childish.

"Are we just going to die like this?"

Na Yerin said with a grim expression.

"Can you see our death with your own eyes?"

Bi Ryu-yeon asked instead of answering. He asked this to Na Yerin, who had eyes that could see the future.

"I don't know. My vision right now is completely covered in darkness."

She shook her head left and right.

"…If I can no longer find meaning in life, maybe it's better to just die like this."

Na Yerin said in a flat voice. She was becoming more pessimistic. This was a very bad sign. At times like this, it was important to give them hope for life.

"A person's fate is something they forge themselves! And I believe life is worth living because it's enjoyable."

"Is that true?"

Na Yerin looked at Bi Ryu-yeon intensely. Their eyes met.

At that moment, a brilliant idea flashed in Bi Ryu-yeon's mind. He still had one trump card left. In his opinion, now was the time to play it.

'Alright!'

Bi Ryu-yeon decided firmly.

"Would you like me to give you something delicious?"

Bi Ryu-yeon said with a mischievous smile.

"Something delicious?"

What could possibly be delicious in this situation? She didn't understand.

"Yes! Something really delicious."

Bi Ryu-yeon answered and suddenly held out a water bottle in front of her.

"This is just a water bottle? I'm not thirsty right now."

The condensation drops that formed in the cave were already enough to quench their thirst. Besides, drinking too much water could make it harder to control the bodily functions they were forcing into order.

"Here! Take it!"

"?"

Na Yerin reluctantly took the water bottle Bi Ryu-yeon offered.

"Drink!"

Her suspicion grew deeper. But Bi Ryu-yeon gave no further explanation.

When Na Yerin opened the cap of the bottle he had given her, a fragrant aroma stung her nose. Na Yerin looked at Bi Ryu-yeon with a confused expression. It wasn't water—inside the bottle was alcohol.

"Is this alcohol?"

Under Bi Ryu-yeon's constant coaxing, she took a small sip, and her eyes widened. It really was alcohol.

"Oh my goodness! A happy accident. What an absurd coincidence…"

Bi Ryu-yeon tried to dodge. He tried to make it sound like an accident, but Na Yerin was so sure it was intentional that she could bet on it.

"This violates the rules."

Bringing alcohol into the exam space… It made no sense.

"But now you're an accomplice too! Hahahaha!"

Bi Ryu-yeon said while laughing.

"No… that…"

Na Yerin started to reply but stopped. In this situation, following rules like that was ridiculous.

"True. There's no point following that now. We're already accomplices?"

"We're already accomplices."

Bi Ryu-yeon nodded with a happy expression. Then Na Yerin said,

"In that case, can I have one more sip?"

"Of course. I'll keep your secret, so don't worry. We're accomplices now, right?"

Bi Ryu-yeon handed over the alcohol bottle disguised as a water skin again, and Na Yerin took it and drank several more sips. The extreme situation was now serious enough that Na Yerin, with her sharp intelligence, was turning to alcohol. The strong effect of the alcohol spread throughout her body.

She turned out to be weak to alcohol. Besides, the alcohol he had brought was sweet, and the more she drank, the more addictive it became, eventually making her drunk.

Gulp. Gulp!

Na Yerin drank the alcohol as if it were water.

"Oh dear!"

A pitiful complaint escaped Bi Ryu-yeon's lips. He hadn't expected Na Yerin to drink that much. He had only given her some so she would relax with small sips…

"That was the expensive Cheonilchwi I secretly obtained…"

It was high-quality liquor he had squeezed out of Yeomdo the day before the exam. But if the drinking partner was Na Yerin, the most beautiful woman in the world, it wasn't too regrettable. Bi Ryu-yeon didn't feel like his alcohol had been wasted, because Na Yerin was that beautiful. That didn't mean he wasn't drunk. Cheonilchwi, though sweet, had extremely strong alcohol content. How strong? Just the name "sleep for a thousand days with one sip" was enough to tell. Neither internal nor external energy was useful against this alcohol. It seemed the extreme situation made her get drunk faster.

Her usually bright eyes became hazy. She was clearly drunk.

"Ryu-yeon… Ryu-yeon…"

Because of the cramped space, Na Yerin naturally ended up leaning against Bi Ryu-yeon. Besides, she was calling him by his name, Ryu-yeon, instead of Gongja. She was really drunk.

"Will we be able to get out of here alive?"

"Of course."

Bi Ryu-yeon secretly patted Na Yerin's back. Suddenly she felt like a ten-year-old child.

"Really?"

"Definitely. So rest easy. We will definitely get out alive! Don't worry! We won't die here! We can't go to the afterlife without spending all the money we've earned. Because the measurement system for the afterlife and this world is clearly different, we have to spend everything we've earned in this world right here in this world. With as much as we've saved, we can't give up here. I'm not the type with such weak spirit."

The will to live burst out from Bi Ryu-yeon's entire body like a spring. He looked like someone who didn't know how to surrender or be afraid.

Na Yerin smiled brightly. The alcohol added warmth and light to her usually cold smile. It felt like the thick darkness around them disappeared for a moment.

"It's strange, but why do I feel calm? Why…?"

Only then did Na Yerin close her eyes and fall into a deep sleep.

"Heh, looks like this alcohol has magical power to melt ice."

Bi Ryu-yeon smiled faintly, looking at Na Yerin sleeping against his shoulder.

"To life!"

He raised the gourd toward the darkness in respect and took another sip. Bi Ryu-yeon was happy, because the taste of the alcohol seemed twice as good. The shadow of death hadn't touched him yet—it was still far away.

Day 10 buried!

Crack! Thud!

Their comfortable (?) living space turned out to be less safe than expected. With small cracks and falling stone dust, they grew more anxious. Surviving a day on one Wall-Breaking Pill while filled with anxiety had now reached ten days.

The sound of stone dust falling with a thud and rocks cracking with a creak was not welcome at all.

"Are we going to collapse like this?"

As the cave tremors grew stronger, Na Yerin seemed unable to escape her anxiety.

Seeing Na Yerin's growing worry, Bi Ryu-yeon decided to speak about the final plan he had been thinking about for a long time.

"Will you trust your life to me one more time?"

Bi Ryu-yeon asked.

"Do you have a good solution?"

"I've been thinking about it since yesterday. Rather than dying uselessly by being crushed, it seems better to bet our lives on fate and take the risk."

Na Yerin looked at Bi Ryu-yeon with the same eyes she usually used to look at the night sky.

'This guy is serious now!'

She could feel it easily.

"Alright! You already saved my life once, so I'll trust you again."

Na Yerin nodded.

"Fine, Ryu-yeon! From now on, my life is in your hands."

She didn't even ask "How?"

In the past ten days, many changes had happened in their relationship. One of them was that Na Yerin had developed a deep trust in Bi Ryu-yeon, even though she didn't talk much about it. Because of the cramped space and the single sleeping bag, even though they slept properly, when they woke up they would unconsciously find their faces resting on Bi Ryu-yeon's chest. At those times she was very flustered, but Bi Ryu-yeon, without any special reaction, calmed her down. If Bi Ryu-yeon had kept bringing it up and teasing her about it, their relationship would have become even more awkward. Bi Ryu-yeon's choice had been very wise.

Na Yerin was surprised to discover that she harbored a noble emotion like trust toward a man who seemed so unreliable, irresponsible, stubborn, and sometimes selfish!

Sometimes even Na Yerin herself felt it didn't make sense. And another big change was that they had naturally started calling each other by name. For two people who had gone through the threshold of life and death together, a one-year age difference was no obstacle at all.

'I sent qi into that wall and felt an empty space not far away! The air is thin, and the hope of rescue is zero. Rather than waiting for a rescue team slower than maggots, it's wiser for us to find our own way out! This is the only option left! I don't take life-or-death risks unless I'm absolutely sure I'll win… but this time is an exception!'

Bi Ryu-yeon began gathering his qi and spirit into one. A powerful aura radiated from Bi Ryu-yeon's body. He had already raised the Thunder Spirit Divine Skill to its peak. His mind became one, turning into the sharpest sword in the world. That sword cut through the wall blocking his vision and opened a new path for him.

Na Yerin looked at Bi Ryu-yeon with surprised eyes. A powerful aura began to concentrate at the tip of Bi Ryu-yeon's fist. A whirlpool of qi formed at the end of his fist. Finally, golden sparks began to flash in Bi Ryu-yeon's eyes.

"Haaap!"

Boom!

The stone wall struck by Bi Ryu-yeon's fist shattered as if it had been sliced.

'Success!'

Bi Ryu-yeon's eyes shone. He definitely felt the sensation. That meant there was empty space behind the wall.

Rumble!

No matter how careful they were, the unstable buried site couldn't withstand the shock of one wall collapsing. Bi Ryu-yeon quickly hugged Na Yerin's waist and leaped toward the spot he had punched.

Rumble!

With a deafening roar, the space where they had spent ten days collapsed all at once.
