Seated upon his throne at the heart of his own world, he rested comfortably, surrounded by several of his subordinates who stood quietly beside him. The vast hall stretched endlessly around them, a place built to reflect the authority of its master.
He leaned his head lazily against his hand, strands of black hair falling over his shoulder. One finger tapped slowly against the arm of the throne.
Tap.
Tap.
Tap.
He was waiting as one of the subordinates finally spoke.
"Your Highness… are you certain about sending him to another world? I apologize for my rudeness, but… wouldn't that upset them?"
The ruler turned his gaze toward the speaker as a faint smile appeared on his face.
"Who cares if they're upset?"
His tone carried effortless arrogance.
"They should have been humble enough to attend the meeting in the first place."
The subordinate hesitated, but continued.
"But… isn't interfering with another world prohibited? Those were the rules established the rulers themselves."
The Black haired existence continued tapping his finger against the throne before suddenly laughing.
"Ha… rules, you say?"
His laughter echoed lightly through the chamber.
"Those 'rules' are nothing more than decorations."
He leaned forward slightly, his eyes narrowing with amusement.
"A gathering of dominant creatures pretending to act civilized."
Then he shrugged casually.
"They're only spoken rules. None of them truly care about them."
His gaze sharpened as he looked directly at the subordinate.
"…And who do you think gave me the exact location of that world?"
The subordinate's eyes widened in shock as realization struck him.
The ruler smiled.
"Exactly."
He leaned back again into his throne.
"Anyway, none of them seem very interested on the surface. But in truth?. They're all dying to know what kind of world that one has created."
"But… why this much curiosity?" the subordinate asked.
For a brief moment, the ruler's expression became unusually serious. He thought quietly. Then he spoke again.
"Tell me something... who is the strongest among us?"
The subordinate blinked.
"Hm… isn't it His Highness Oreleon-sama?"
"…Exactly."
He crossed his brows slightly in irritation.
"And his world… his subordinates… even the species living there…They're absurdly powerful."
He paused.
"Now imagine this. For someone who was born before me… the second among us."
His eyes narrowed.
"They might possess a world just as powerful."
He sighed quietly.
"And Oreleon doesn't speak about them either...Their world is completely blurred and no one can see it. No one knows anything about it."
He tapped his finger against the throne again.
"We need to—"
He suddenly stopped.
Before him, space started to twist as a gate slowly began to open. Not like a gate normally did. A typical one required preparation, mana alignment, a distortion of dimensions. It was a visible process.
But this… was different.
The air simply split like silk quietly cut by an invisible blade.
His subordinates immediately stiffened.
One of them stepped forward."Your Highness, that distortion…"
But before he could finish speaking, the tear widened. From it, a figure slowly stepped through.
No violent explosion of mana. No overwhelming aura. Just… a person walking casually into the throne hall as if they had been invited. Golden hair drifted lightly around her shoulders, Her expression was calm, almost amused, and in her right hand… She was holding something.
Or rather, someone.
A head.
The severed head of a man.
The ruler's tapping finger stopped as silence fell over the throne hall like a curtain. The golden-haired visitor walked a few more steps forward before stopping in the middle of the chamber.
She glanced around slowly.
Her Heavenly blue eyes passed over the towering pillars, the frightened subordinates, and finally rested on the ruler sitting on the throne.
A small smile appeared.
"Hi~"
Her voice carried a strangely casual tone, as if greeting an old acquaintance.
"I believe this belongs to you."
She tossed the head forward. It rolled once… twice… before stopping against the ruler's legs. For a moment, the hall went completely silent. As the ruler slowly looked down. He recognized the face instantly.
It was his subordinate. Not just any subordinate but the strongest one he had ever created from his own energy. But now… There was no life left inside him. The twisted expression frozen on his face told everything... Pure terror.
He was completely dead.
Thin veins slowly rose across the ruler's forehead, twisting beneath his skin.
Humiliation.
One of the guards beside the throne reacted instantly as he stepped forward.
"How dare you—!"
But before the sentence could even finish leaving his mouth—
BGAACH!
His body exploded. He burst apart, reduced to fragments of existence that scattered across the throne hall.
The other subordinates froze as none of them had even seen her move. The ruler opened his mouth, about to speak— But she did first.
"I was actually enjoying watching the life in my world unfold."
Her tone was calm and thoughtful.
"I liked observing how everything developed on its own."
She glanced around the throne hall lazily.
"So I didn't feel like wasting my time attending… childish gatherings, but you were the ones who started this."
Her voice lowered slightly.
"So you don't think I'll go easy on you… do you?"
The ruler's face twisted.
Then suddenly—
"HAHAHAHAHA!"
He burst into uncontrollable laughter. The entire palace trembled as he rose slowly from his throne.
"HAHAHAHA!"
He stepped down the stairs, walking toward her with heavy steps.
"I'll show you what it means to enter my world."
His aura surged outward violently.
"In here… only my rules exis—"
The sentence never finished. Because the next moment—
He was lying on his back. He didn't see the attack. He didn't feel the movement. One moment he was speaking and the next one— His palace was gone.
Reduced to shattered fragments floating across the sky. His subordinates had been thrown millions of kilometers away across the world like grains of dust. The planet itself had cracked from the inside. Massive fractures spread across continents and oceans alike.
And standing above him… was Elia. But she was no longer the same as before. Her entire body was now covered with black symbols. weird markings that spread across her skin like living tattoos. Her eyes shone with a deep blue light he had never seen before in his entire existence.
Those eyes alone made his entire being tremble.
He couldn't breathe.
The playful smile she wore earlier was gone as only a cold, distant expression remained. Above her head floated a massive black crown. A crown that radiated something he didn't know about, something he couldn't even understand. even as a ruler himself.
He choked, struggling to speak.
"Y–you… c–can't… do this…"
His voice trembled.
"A–attacking another ruler…"
Then suddenly— He remembered something. A horrible smile slowly appeared on his face.
"Y–yes…"
"Do you think the first existence… the most powerful among us… Oreleon… will just stand by?"
He laughed weakly.
But the golden-haired woman tilted her head slightly.
"Oreleon?"
She blinked once.
Then a small smile appeared.
"Ah… so that's what he calls himself now."
The ruler froze.
She casually looked up toward the sky. Toward the empty cosmic space beyond the world. Where several presences were silently watching.
"Oh?" Her smile widened slightly. "Looks like we have spectators."
Her eyes glimmered.
"Well then… If you're watching…I suppose I should give you a proper show."
But suddenly—
"Ah!"
She looked like she had just remembered something important, as her gaze returned to the broken ruler beneath her.
Her smile sharpened.
"The first one to exist…was never Oreleon."
She leaned down slightly, her glowing eyes locking onto his.
"It was me."
And far beyond the world… The watching rulers fell completely silent.
