I walked from my room having got dressed once again. There was a smile continously teasing at my lips. I felt somehow different. My wolf felt different. Being with Kael made me feel good. It made me feel wanted for the first time ever. And, I knew both my wolf and I had both wanted to mark Kael, and for him to mark us, but, his reasoning for not doing so made sense. We had to maintain the plan we had created so nothing could raise questions. Questions would only bring issues...
I wandered along the hallways of the packhouse which were growing in business, I assumed as people made their way to the dining hall. There were less people who paid attention to my presence now than there had been soon after our arrival in the pack. Perhaps they were beginning to adjust to me being here?
