Chapter 328 - Unnamed

Chapter 328: Prison Break, Snape's Notebook

The two of them helped Aaron into the woods, and a few minutes later, people from the Ministry of Magic arrived.

They had followed the Dementors, and although they didn't know why they had fled in such disarray, seeing a unconscious Harry Potter and Sirius Black, everything else seemed unimportant.

The person they needed to protect was alive, and the person they needed to catch was also here. This was an unexpected Merit!

Only after they carried the two away did the three of them breathe a sigh of relief.

Hermione checked her watch, "Time's almost up. There are forty-five minutes left until Dumbledore closes the School Hospital doors.

Whether we can rescue Sirius depends on these forty-five minutes. We can't be discovered by anyone and need to return to the ward in time."

Harry untied the rope from Buckbeak, climbed onto its back, and tied the end of the rope to the other side of its collar to use as reins.

"You two get on."

Hermione hesitated, a little scared, not daring to fly on a Hippogriff.

Aaron, however, showed a direct look of disdain, "Forget it, I'm not used to riding the same animal as someone else."

"What time is it, and you're still thinking about that?" Harrysaid, frustrated, "Don't worry, I have experience riding it; I guarantee it's safe."

"Or… should we try?" Hermione said tentatively.

Aaron remained silent and took out his magic carpet from his system space.

"I forgot you had this," Harry said, looking at the dark blue carpet floating several tens of centimeters above the ground, feeling much more relaxed. "You two stick close to me."

With that, Harry nudged Buckbeak's belly and controlled it to fly towards the upper levels of the Castle.

"Let's go!" Aaron pulled Hermione onto the magic carpetand followed Harry.

They stopped at the very top of the Black Tower. Sirius, who was in his cell feeling utterly hopeless, heard the sound of wings flapping outside.

He stared wide-eyed out the window, momentarily at a loss.

"Alohomora!"

Aaron opened the cell door and pulled him out directly, "This is your second escape. Don't waste time if you don't want to have your soul sucked out by a Dementor."

Sirius immediately understood and quickly jumped onto the Hippogriff's back.

"Buckbeak, let's go."

The Hippogriff spread its wings again. Sirius freely enjoyed the feeling of freedom, laughing heartily in the night sky.

Landing outside the clock tower, the four touched down steadily.

"I will never forget this life-saving kindness. Thank you all."

"Forget about gratitude," Aaron said very directly, "I only have one request: if you get caught again, absolutely, absolutely do not give me up."

Sirius:... "I want to go with you," Harry said hesitantly.

"Later. I'll be wandering for a while," Sirius said after a moment of internal struggle. "How are Ron and Professor Lupin?"

"They'll recover by tomorrow," Aaron urged, pushing him towards the Hippogriff. "You need to leave quickly, and we need to leave quickly too. If we're found helping a heinous murderer escape, Gines would scold me for days."

"But he's innocent."

"It's enough that you know that," Sirius said, looking at Harry with relief. "And one more thing, you might be tired of hearing it, but you really look like your father, except for your eyes. Your eyes..."

"My eyes are like my mother's."

Sirius nodded, then rode the Hippogriff into the night sky.

Dong!

The bell tolled.

"We need to hurry. We must return to the School Hospitalbefore our past selves use the Time-Turner," Aaron said urgently, immediately leading the two of them sprinting towards the School Hospital.

They ran through the long corridor, up the spiral staircase, and met Dumbledore, who was closing the door of the School Hospital.

"How did it go?" Dumbledore looked up, smiling at the three of them.

"You know perfectly well," Aaron rolled his eyes, wanting to complain to the old bastard, but remembering he couldn't beat him, he suppressed the thought.

"Excellent, go on in!"

Dumbledore readily opened the door and pushed the three inside.

"How did you end up there?" Ron asked, puzzled, "You were just here."

"You explain it!" Aaron feigned exhaustion, lying on an empty hospital bed, "I need a good rest."

Harry and Hermione exchanged glances and began to tell Ron about what had happened that night... The next day, the group walked out of the School Hospital.

With exams over, Wizards from Class three and above had gone to Hogsmeade, leaving only Wizards from Class one and two in the Castle, making it seem somewhat empty.

"We're going to see Hagrid. He must be very happy today," Hermione said with joy, then looked at Aaron, "Are you coming?"

"I won't go. I need to find Professor Snape. I'm very interested in the spell he was going to use last night."

"Hagrid will be very grateful to you, and Abey too," Harrysaid, hesitating, "If he knew..."

"Absolutely not," Aaron quickly interrupted him, "You absolutely cannot tell him. You know Hagrid; he spills everything when he's had too much to drink."

Harry:... Arriving at Professor Snape's office, Aaron knocked on the door and entered.

"Sit down!" Snape's expression was not good. "Frankly, I'm not in a good mood. They actually rescued Sirius, and you even joined them.

Dumbledore told me everything. You had evidence that could save his life.

You didn't need to save him. He has serious aggressive tendencies; Azkaban is more suitable for him."

"Uh... I have my reasons.

Professor, you should be more magnanimous. Sirius Blackwronged you in the past, but he also spent twelve years in prison for an enemy for no reason, so he's suffered enough punishment.

Furthermore, he is still wanted by the Ministry of Magic and can only wander until the truth comes out."

"Hmph!" Snape snorted, "That's what makes me relieved.

But it's not much better, because of the severed finger and signature you provided, Cornelius Fudge was somewhat passive in front of Dumbledore.

He agreed to withdraw the Dementors from Hogwarts and promised to gradually reduce the intensity of the search for Black.

In other words, even the Ministry of Magic's Aurors will turn a blind eye to him. As long as he lives discreetly, no one will bother him."

"That's how it should be," Aaron spread his hands. "Twelve years of imprisonment, that was originally what the Ministry of Magic owed him."

"So Fudge has to find a way to reduce the impact. When the truth comes out, the pressure on the Ministry of Magicmight be a little less," Snape said expressionlessly. "Alright, let's get to the point. What do you want from me?"

"Professor," Aaron showed a fawning smile, "I don't seem to have heard of that spell you used last night, you see..."

"Want to learn it?"

Aaron nodded eagerly.

"You really want to learn it?" Snape raised an eyebrow. "I don't quite understand. Your Gaius Family's heritage should have even more powerful magic!"

"That's different," Aaron said seriously. "A trump card is called a trump card because it shouldn't be easily exposed. I do know some Forbidden Magic, but that's not something to be used casually.

So, I need some powerful magic that ordinary Wizards can still accept."

He knew a lot of magic, but powerful spells like Fiendfyre Curse, Patronus Charm, Dragon Slayer Magic, and elemental magic were not suitable for everyday use.

But besides these, his spell reserves were about the same as Hermione's. To add a layer of disguise to his combat power, he needed to learn something different.

Hearing this, Snape felt as if a million alpacas were stampeding through his mind.

Did the magic he painstakingly created only slightly stronger than a basic attack in Aaron's eyes?

"Wait a moment!"

Although feeling a bit choked up, Snape still pulled out a thick notebook from under the table.

"Besides the Sectumsempra I was going to use last night, it also contains several other spells I invented, along with their corresponding counter-spells.

In addition, there are my research insights on Potion over the years."

Aaron carefully took the notebook. After just a quick flip through, his gaze towards Snape became even more respectful.

Although the knowledge within was far inferior to that of his ancestors and only served as a reference for him, it was absolutely a priceless treasure for most Potions masters.

"Professor, this is the result of a lifetime of your research. Aren't you pained to give it to me like this?" Aaron asked playfully.

"It always has to be passed down. You are my best student; no one is more suitable than you," Snape said seriously.

"Thank you for your trust, Professor," Aaron held up the notebook. "Again, I won't disappoint you.

However, Professor, you truly are a genius. If you have time in the future, please visit my home. Gaius always welcomes you as a guest."

Snape smiled with relief, "If there's an opportunity."

Aaron nodded, silently making a decision in his heart.

If Lord Voldemort truly made a comeback in the future, he couldn't control others, but Professor Snape definitely had to be protected. This was a true mentor who genuinely cared for him, completely different from Dumbledore.

After leaving Snape's office, Aaron returned to the Slytherincommon room with the notebook.

As soon as he passed through the archway, he heard Dracocomplaining.

"That beast actually escaped! Hagrid must have secretly let it go.

But it's not all bad news. Professor Lupin can't stay. I can't believe we were taught by a Werewolf for a year."

"What did you say?" Aaron asked, looking at him with some surprise, "Who told you?"

"Professor Snape said so," Draco replied, "You didn't just find out, did you?"

"I actually just found out," Aaron said with a bitter smile, shaking his head. It seemed Professor Snape was still holding a grudge about events from his student days, but it wasn't incomprehensible.

Professor Lupin's main purpose in teaching at Hogwarts was to protect Harry Potter. Now that his goal had been achieved, whether he stayed or not became irrelevant.

He was, after all, a Werewolf, and he had already lost control once last night. Who could guarantee he wouldn't forget to drink his Wolfsbane Potion in the future? Even forgetting once, Hogwarts would be in serious trouble.
