Chapter 319 - Unnamed

Chapter 319: The glorious moment of the disarming spell, the unheard-of desire to survive

Aaron could barely suppress the joy on his face as he looked at the bewildered Sirius Black.

Five hundred magic points, just like that.

Although it was a bit less, it was enough for him to work two months less, and he had never completed such a simple task. The danger was almost zero; an Expelliarmus spell was all it took.

But the next moment, his brows furrowed because the system hadn't reminded him that the mission was complete, which meant he still hadn't found the enemy who killed Harry Potter's parents.

"Sirius Black." Aaron looked at him seriously, "Harry's parents, was it you…"

"You killed my parents."

Before Aaron could finish his question, Harry roared and lunged at Sirius.

No one expected Harry to desperately fight Sirius in a Muggle way. A battle between a fourteen-year-old boy and a murderer who had been in prison for twelve years should have no suspense.

But surprisingly, Sirius barely resisted. He was punched heavily, then pushed to the ground by Harry, who choked him.

"Going to kill me, Harry?" Sirius laughed, revealing a mouth full of yellow teeth.

"You killed my mom and dad."

"I don't deny it, but if you knew the whole story…"

"The whole story?" Harry's eyes were bloodshot. "I know more than you think. You betrayed them to Lord Voldemort…"

"You must listen to me." Sirius anxiously interrupted Harry, "Otherwise, you'll regret it. You don't know…"

Harry squeezed Sirius's neck hard. Hermione and Ronlooked a bit at a loss, unsure whether to stop him.

The hatred for killing one's parents was irreconcilable; no amount of revenge would be too much. But they also didn't want Harry to become a murderer, although Sirius had already been sentenced to death and was considered fair game.

At this moment, Aaron kicked Harry on the shoulder, sending him to the side.

"Aaron, why did you?"

"Cough, cough!" Sirius barely stood up. "I should thank you."

"You're welcome. Expelliarmus."

Aaron decisively cast Expelliarmus, and the wand Sirius had hidden behind his back was knocked away again.

"You almost got away with it." Harry suddenly realized. Sirius must have picked up his wand while he was being choked. If Aaron hadn't acted fast, a dark curse would probably have hit him.

"Stand there and don't move." Aaron said, pointing his wand at Harry.

"Aaron, are you pointing at the wrong person?" Hermioneand Ron asked incredulously.

"I'm telling him to calm down." Aaron shrugged, then continued to point his wand at Sirius. "I'll give you a chance. Finish what you didn't say earlier."

"There are smart people after all." Sirius let out a sigh of relief.

"What else is there to say?" Harry's voice trembled, and tears flowed uncontrollably. "If you can't do it, let me. He betrayed my parents. My mom, before she died, she… she stopped Lord Voldemort from killing me.

This is my last chance, a chance to take revenge with my own hands.

Perhaps Draco was right, I can't let him be taken by the Dementors."

"Harry, actually, James and Lily back then…"

"Shut up." Harry cursed angrily, "You don't have the right to say their names."

"Shut up." Aaron looked at Harry, feeling a bit weary. "Let him finish."

"But…"

"No buts. You should trust me, and you must trust me.

So, let him finish speaking. Afterward, if you want to kill or flay him, I'll pretend I didn't see it."

"Thank you." Sirius sighed softly. "I originally intended to kill him first, then explain to the others. The misunderstanding here is too great."

"Get to the point." Aaron pressed his hand down, his wand trembling with his wrist. "Our time is precious, isn't it?"

"What I'm saying is the point." Sirius said helplessly.

At this moment, the door burst open, and Professor Lupinrushed in.

"Expelliarmus."

Aaron's wand flew out and was caught steadily in his hand.

Aaron:...I always thought villains died from talking too much, but I didn't expect heroes to as well.

Lupin walked to the center of the room, pointing his wand at Sirius. "Well, Black, you've become this scruffy. This appearance finally matches the madness in your heart."

"Your heart is just as mad, isn't it, Remus?"

Upon hearing this, Lupin slowly lowered his wand and gave Sirius a big hug.

"I found him." Sirius said incoherently, "He's here."

"I know, I know." Lupin patted his back comfortingly.

Sirius's voice choked, "Kill him."

"No." Hermione suddenly shrieked, "I trusted you so much, and all this time you were Black's friend."

"Calm down, Hermione, this is normal." Aaron quickly pulled her back. "They are of similar age and both attended Hogwarts."

"You don't understand, Aaron." Hermione said angrily, "He's a Werewolf, that's why he couldn't come to class.

He helped Black sneak into the Castle, and he also wants Harry dead."

"That…" Aaron said hesitantly, "I don't deny the first half. I also know he's a Werewolf. Many people know he's a Werewolf, including Professor Snape and Dumbledore.

In fact, the Potion Professor Snape sent him was Wolfsbane Potion.

However, the second half is truly debatable. Professor Lupinhas spent plenty of time alone with Harry Potter. There were countless opportunities to kill him just when he was teaching him the Patronus Charm, but Harry Potter is still alive and well, which is enough to explain the problem."

"How long have you known?" Lupin's voice was strained, and his face was somewhat pale.

"Since writing the essay Professor Snape assigned." Hermione whispered.

"I might have known a little earlier." Aaron shrugged, "On the train, my pet told me there was a beast living inside you.

To be honest, at that time I wanted to quietly switch compartments while you were sleeping, but as soon as I stood up, I was pushed back by three unlucky fellows."

As Aaron spoke, his gaze swept over Harry, Ron, and Hermione. The three Gryffindors all lowered their heads guiltily, embarrassed enough to dig a Hogwarts Castle with their feet.

At that time, they were ignorant. Anyone who knew there was a Werewolf in the compartment would probably be restless.

"In fact, I wasn't very sure then, until the Boggart in front of you turned into the moon.

The Werewolf features were too obvious."

"It's a shame you're in Slytherin." Lupin said with a faint smile.

"I don't think so." Aaron said indifferently, "Slytherinrespects the strong. I'm doing quite well in that house.

On the contrary, I'd have a headache in Gryffindor, because at least three students there have never given anyone peace."

Harry, Ron, and Hermione:... "Alright! I don't deny I'm a Werewolf, but I really never thought of harming Harry."

"But how do you explain what just happened?" Harryroared, "Your relationship with Black is probably not just ordinarily good."

"That was before, or not before, no…" Lupin said somewhat speechlessly, "In short, it's quite troublesome to explain, but I can explain it to you."

Lupin said, picking up the wands from the ground and throwing them back to their respective owners.

"Now you can trust me, right?"

"Good." Aaron nodded, pulled up a chair for himself, then made a gesture to invite them. "Please begin your, no, your explanations."

"Aaron…" Harry still wanted to say something, but he was stopped by a look from Aaron.

"Harry, I know you want revenge, but if you've waited twelve years, a little longer won't hurt."

"Yes! Twelve years, I've waited twelve years." Sirius said with a hint of self-mockery, then his tone became stern, "In Azkaban.

Don't wait, Remus, kill him now."

"Harry has a right to know the truth." Lupin patiently comforted him, then turned to Harry and the others. "I helped draw the marauder's map. Moony was my nickname when I was at school.

James, that is Harry's father, was Prongs. He and I were good friends, and of course, Sirius was too; he was Padfoot."

"He wasn't." Harry cried out eagerly, "He betrayed my parents."

"Someone did betray your parents, but it was someone else.

And I only recently found out that person isn't dead."

"Who is that person?"

"Peter Pettigrew." Lupin said, looking at Harry, "You told me. His name appeared on the marauder's map."

"The map lied. Peter Pettigrew died twelve years ago."

"That map never lies.

And Pettigrew was the fourth person to make the map, Wormtail.

From then on, I felt something was wrong, especially tonight. When I looked at the map, I found his name again, after you left Hagrid's Hut."

"But we are only four people. Where did Peter Pettigrewcome from?"

But as soon as he finished speaking, Aaron thought of something, and his expression became particularly vivid. He stood up, pulled Harry and Hermione a big step towards the wall, and widened the distance between himself and Ron as much as possible.

"What are you doing?" Hermione asked, puzzled.

"What a talent!" Aaron said, looking at Ron, "No, you can't even call him a talent anymore. This is absolutely perverted!"

Ron:... "Are you complimenting me or insulting me?"

"Don't misunderstand, I'm not talking about you, but the rat in your hand."

"Scabbers?"

Aaron said seriously, "From the day I was born until now, I haven't admired many people, but your rat is one of them."

Harry and Hermione were still confused, but Lupin showed appreciation. "You figured it out?"

"Actually, I should have figured it out a long time ago, I just never thought in that direction.

Animagus, Peter Pettigrew is an Animagus. The animal he can transform into is a rat." Aaron's expression still held some disbelief, "Pettigrew is absolutely a role model for our generation! I admit I'm inferior."

"Impossible." Ron shook his head doubtfully, "Scabbers has been with my family for…"

"Twelve years." Sirius interjected, "But can an ordinary rat live for twelve years?"

"Exactly." Aaron said admiringly, observing Scabbers in Ron's arms. "A rat like this can live three or four years at most. Twelve years… to live contentedly as a rat for twelve years, what a powerful will to survive! I can't help but admire it!"
