Hazel blinked and then burst into laughter.
"Hi," a familiar voice spoke behind her. "Miss Fiona."
"Hello." Fiona replied, smiling.
Manson's brow furrowed slightly.
Dante averted his gaze to Manson.
"Hi, Mr. Manson."
Manson only waved.
Hazel grabbed Manson's shoulder.
"Meaney, meet Dante, my friend. He helped me in the Maldives when a drunk stranger almost attacked me."
Manson glanced sideways.
"Wasn't it that same night you were being reckless?"
"Stop saying it like that," Hazel grumbled. "We just wanted to explore."
"Dora the Explorer."
"Meaney, you're so mean."
Manson shrugged lightly.
"Whatever."
"We can join you both, right?" Hazel asked.
"Yes—"
She secured the next seat, patting the empty seat beside her.
"Dante, come sit here."
Dante pulled the chair out and settled into it, a warm smile resting on his face.
"Are you sure we're not interrupting their date?"
"No," Fiona interjected sharply, "we are not on a date."
