"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA." as I scream internally and shut my eyes.
—creaks—
"Lady Velora!" as the woman in noble dress storms in and seems to be the one arguing with the maid.
"Y-yes?" as I sit upright on the bed, acting sleepy.
"You seemed to be asleep for quite some time, it is already late in the afternoon." as the woman speaks to me in a judging tone.
As she looks at me from head to toe and crosses her arms, "Let her rest for now." then she left.
'I may not know who that woman is but barging in a woman's room is bit.' as I let out a sigh.
"My lady are you alright?" one of the maids ask.
"I'm fine."
'I still don't know anyone's names at this point—'
"I just want to rest for now." as I accidentally blurt out these last few words.
"Yes, Lady Velora." as the maid bow and leaves, insantly and I'm now left all alone.
'Eh? What just happened...'
It left me speechless for quite some time but it gave me time to think.
As I rest my face against the table and stretch my arms, I start to think about who that girl was.
'I feel like I'm too old to memorize the whole book.' as my face twist into mild frustration.
'Nonetheless, I wasn't even able to finish the book to begin with, I stopped when the Crown prince was about to confess to the Female Lead.'
'It was too cringe for me.'
'The crown prince gave this long poem to the Female Lead is too much that I barely even look.' as I shiver and hold both of my arms.
'Now that I think about it, I should've recommended this to my Female co-workers.' as my expression tightens.
"I miss hom—" a sudden struck run through my body as everything start to blur.
'Huh? I suddenly feel light-headed.' as I wobble, barely able stand up.
'Was lady Velora sick when I transmigrate? Or I'm stressed?' as I slowly fall back and collapse on the floor.

Random noise starts to appear again as I start to wake up.
"NO!" a muffled shout can be heard once again behind the door.
"Let me see her!" as the unfamiliar lady once again barge in but this time she seems to have arrived in a rush—
The way she's catches her breathe, her gaze trembling with worry as time itself threatened to take someone away.
'I think, I won't get used to this sight. I feel too old to get surprise all the time.' as I put an awkward smile.
The lady then proceeds to calm herself then looks me straight in the eyes with determination.
"Make her get up to get ready." this pric—, I mean the lady walks away.
"Yes, Lady Elie." the maid respond.
'Thank heavens, she's gone— wait I'm going too?'
Lady Elie, based on the maids, she seems to be the childhood friend of Velora or rather her 4th cousin. Almost the same age as Velora, a noble yet is unfamiliar to me cause of her straight yellow-orange long hair and freckled face, she wasn't mentioned in any part of the story maybe she was just an extra or must've been one of Lady Velora's allies that works in the shadows.' as I fold my arms and think thoroughly.
You might think how I was able to get that information?
—after Lady Elie left—
"Who's even that girl?" I blurt it out without realizing the maids hear.
"Lady Velora, for just one night, you already forgot your 4th cousin?" one of the maid interrupts.
"I'm sorry, what was I doing yesterday?"
"I'm sorry...?" the maid murmur.
"Lady Velora you were sparring with Lady Elie since your body needs to build up some muscles, she said." as the maid grows suspicious gaze towards lady Velora, me!
"Ahh, I see." as I slowly scratch my head.
'Did the maid think I'm acting weird just now since I'm not Velora? She may be a villainess but most of the maid aren't supposed to bat an eye right?'
'Since villainess equals bad person?' as I straighten my back and act fierce.
"Lady Velora!" as the maid let out a loud voice, she's Ezekiel and somewhat it seems Velora calls her Kiel (Kel) since she corrected me.
"Hiik!" 'That startled me.', she has a very short black hair and she's very assertive but energetic child.
'Is she not suspicious of me or just dumb?'
"I KNEW IT!! that lady is too much for you! That you even passed out twice yesterday!" as the maid slams her hand at the door, Erisa, she's the other maid that's also Lady Velora's personal maid. She has a longer cream hair, timid but has a very barbaric personality that makes me think if this are really maids or just Velora's friends?
"What...?" I remain speechless and dumbfound.
"LET'S HAVE A PIECE OF HER FOR TREATING OUR LADY BADLY!"
"Yeah!" as the maids rejoice.
Not realizing I left out a laugh.
'It felt so long since I had a good laugh not in this world but also from my previous one.'
'*coughs*' I just realize how easily I was to adapt with my new environment now. Most people would probably cower themselves and lose themselves if they were in the position I'm in.' as I look down and think deeply of what future I have to face from now on.
'I too would miss my family and myself.' as I sigh deeply.
"My lady, Lady Velora, we may not know what's happening in your life but always remember you'll always be guided by your mother." Kel starts to softly press my back and gently pats.
"Lady Velora you don't have to cry." Erisa leans against me with a worried face.
'Huh? I'm not crying..." as I touch my face, a tear runs down.
'I didn't tell them I was thinking about home, but I guess lady Velora had these days too?'
'It is huh, I guess I do miss my mom, my family.' as the maids comforts me altogether.
Was it to save her… or was there never a reason at all?
Because no matter how I searched, there was nothing for me to reason out what this really meant for me and her.
'Nonetheless, I should learn to accommodate this life and promise her instead.' as I slap myself with both hands, pulling myself together.

'If everyone is still acting normal doesn't this mean I'm still far from the story or rather before she pursues the Duke?' as I, now known as Velora, I'm still Saki, crosses my arms whilst thinking.
'From what I remember, the story starts out with Lady Velora being engaged with the Duke...?
'I really should start remembering names at this point...' as my face turns sour.
Not knowing what happen, the maids, there's 3 of them, helps me get ready, I didn't have time to think much and it seems I'm too far away from harm at this moment.
The maid suddenly undresses me.
