Chapter 367 - 367

Just then, a blonde-haired college student walked up to Deborah and said, "Hey, babe, I think you forgot. I told you I would make you my girlfriend. You didn't believe me back then, did you? Now I'm here. I'll tie you up, and maybe you'll even get pregnant. Haha, getting pregnant in college, doesn't that sound great!"

Bang! Just as the blonde-haired college student was about to reach out his filthy hand to grab Deborah, a hand seized him, followed by a punch that sent him sprawling onto the ground, his nose streaming with blood.

"Kid, you want to steal my woman? I think you're tired of living," Eddie sneered.

Deborah was slightly embarrassed, yet she shyly glanced at Eddie. She said nothing, seemingly acquiescing.

"You bastard! Do you know who you're dealing with? My dad is a Senator! How dare you touch me? I can call dozens of people to kill you in minutes!" the blonde-haired college student continued to bellow. This method was so outdated, like something stuck in the 1990s—always threatening to call people.

Bah, how uncultured.

"Oh really? I don't believe you. I'll give you a chance. If you go back now and pretend nothing happened, I won't hold you accountable. But if you persist foolishly, then I'm sorry, I'll have a good time playing with your face. I happen to have the time!" Eddie squatted down and sneered.

"Pah! If you have the guts, let go of me! I'm not afraid of you! If you're so capable, don't run! Hmph, Deborah, you're something else, acting all innocent. Just watch me take care of your lover, and then I'll show you how powerful I am!" the blonde-haired college student said with a vile smirk.

Bang! A gunshot rang out, and the bullet struck the blonde-haired college student's arm, causing him to scream, "Ah! Help! Someone's been shot! Take me to the hospital quickly!"

The person who fired the shot was not Eddie, but Helena, who was standing by the door. As soon as she heard someone threatening her sister, she couldn't help but get furious and wanted to kill! No one could threaten her sister; her sister was hers to protect!

Leon walked over and lowered Helena's pistol. "You're too impulsive. This won't help you. Put the gun away."

Eddie immediately kicked the shot blonde-haired student flying. "Scram! If you want to cry, go cry outside! You guys, if you don't want a beating, carry him out and hurry up and get lost, or if I fire this gun, you might all become eunuchs!"

Deborah and her classmates present all looked at Eddie with stars in their eyes. This man was so cool!

A man protecting a woman is the coolest sight. Which woman doesn't like a responsible man? If he's just a little bit bad, he's definitely a killer of young girls.

"Eddie, you were so cool just now!" Deborah's voice held a hint of adoration.

"Are you okay? Do they have a grudge against you? Helena, don't worry, I'll handle all of this." Eddie didn't take the matter seriously at all. They were just a few punks. Zaun's big stage, if you have a mom, come on down!

Helena felt a wave of fear at this moment. She had actually shot a civilian; this could cost her her job. "No, I can't implicate you. I'll handle it myself."

Leon was also speechless. "Helena, you need to listen to Eddie. His influence can handle all of this. If you get caught, you'll end up in court. Eddie, I'm leaving this to you. I'm heading out."

"Go ahead, go ahead. I'll take good care of them." Eddie waved his hand. As for how he would take care of them? Who knows.

Deborah hugged her frightened sister, grabbed a beer to bolster her courage, and started recounting her story haltingly, explaining why the blonde-haired college student had brought people to find her.

Chapter 582: The Plea of the Mature Sister Helena

All of this had to start with Deborah's college life. Her innocence, purity, and beautiful face quickly attracted a large number of admirers.

But Deborah did not accept any of them. She didn't want to date early; she wanted to study and make friends, which might help her in other fields and her career later on.

Sometimes, these things come whether you want them or not, and what college doesn't lack are local hoodlums and rich second-generation heirs who are cruel and unjust.

In the capitalist world, most people are nouveau riche whose education for their children is mediocre, which leads to these individuals growing up privileged and acting recklessly.

Deborah was blocked several times like this. Fortunately, her girlfriends were supportive, otherwise, it's hard to say what might have happened.

Initially, the blonde-haired college student thought Deborah had some background, so he lay low for a while.

It turned out that Deborah was just a commoner, without money or influence, and her parents were deceased.

Wasn't this the perfect target for hunting? These commoner girls were exactly the ones to bully.

And so, the party began, leading to the scene where the blonde-haired college student came to cause trouble.

Helena felt heartbroken upon hearing this. Hugging her sister, she said, "Don't worry, I will kill that bastard. If I don't teach him a lesson, he will plot against you!"

Her girlfriends also tried to comfort her. It was clear that Deborah was lucky; these three friends were genuine, not involved in a superficial 'plastic sisterhood.'

Jessica stood aloofly in the corner throughout, watching the events unfold. In her opinion, these humans were too weak to pose any threat to her husband, so she didn't bother intervening.

Eddie sat on the sofa, took out a cigarette, and handed it over. "Have a smoke to calm down. This kind of cigarette doesn't smell bad. It's good stuff—two hundred thousand US dollars per stick!"

Invisible flexing is the most lethal!

When Deborah heard Eddie's words, she subconsciously took the cigarette. One stick cost two hundred thousand—was it a gold bar?

Helena also took a cigarette and tried to light it, choking twice. It was clear that she was a good woman who didn't smoke much.

Eddie lit his cigarette, contentedly blew out a smoke ring, and spoke with immense satisfaction, "Actually, you don't need to worry so much. As long as we deal with them and make them completely obedient, everyone in the school will know about it. Naturally, no one will bother you again. No one messes with people who have backing, unless their brain is full of water."

Deborah's three girlfriends were also children from ordinary families. They were just slightly clever and had decent personalities; otherwise, they would have betrayed her for glory long ago.

Helena took a deep breath. "Eddie, I beg you to do something: help me solve Deborah's problem. I can't stand by and watch my sister suffer campus bullying. Please, I will agree to whatever you ask!"

"Sister, don't. I can handle it myself." Deborah also hugged her sister. The two sisters had deep affection for each other, and neither wanted the other to pay a price to protect herself.

"I'll handle it. As for the price, why don't you treat me to a delicious lunch? I'm hungry. I want you two to cook for me," Eddie said lazily.

"No problem, I'll go cook." Helena wiped away her tears, a hint of a smile flashing in her beautiful eyes. It seemed that knowing Eddie was the right move.

Otherwise, if there truly was no other way, Helena would have had to ask her referrer, Ingrid Hunnigan, for help.

"I can make very good pasta. Would you like to try it?" Deborah also became enthusiastic and asked cheerfully.

"Of course!" Eddie nodded.

Once Deborah went to the kitchen too, Eddie took out several thousand dollars and handed it to the three girlfriends individually. "Help me look after Deborah normally. Here is my business card. Call me anytime if anything happens. If you have any difficulties, you can tell me, too. I will definitely help if I can."

A fair-skinned girl with light makeup and bright eyes smiled and asked, "Can we ask you for help with relationship problems?"

"Sure, no problem. If you can't find a job after graduation, you can also tell me. I'll arrange something for you. Whether or not it matches your major depends on fate, but I'll definitely get you settled," Eddie laughed.

"Hehe, does this count as keeping the three of us?" a black girl also asked with a giggle.

"It's just mutual assistance. 'Keeping' sounds too harsh. You are all quite smart. I don't want you to go astray. Be responsible for yourselves, and responsible for your future," Eddie laughed.

"Then can you tell us about your experiences? You know, your story is like a legend. It's so cool. Our classmates love talking about you," the first white girl said with a smile.

At some point, even Deborah came out to quietly listen to Eddie tell his story.

Starting from secretly relying on relatives, and after his relatives died, being monitored by Spencer, he could only drift through life aimlessly.

"That's truly terrible. How could Spencer be so wicked? Eddie, you must have suffered a lot!" Deborah said, showing an outpouring of motherly affection.

"I've gotten used to it. Come to think of it, I'm still somewhat grateful to Spencer. Although he persecuted me, through the struggle, I became stronger and learned more knowledge. I eventually established this company. I wouldn't call myself rich, but being able to afford food and drink, I'm already very satisfied." Eddie poured on the inspirational rhetoric. For these girls, playing the victim was clearly a clever trick to gain their sympathy.

Just as Eddie was recounting the escape situation in Raccoon City, Helena walked out carrying a bowl of fruit salad. "Alright, dinner is served! Handsome guys and beautiful ladies, come eat."

It must be said that Helena was a clever and skilled woman. Besides being good with a handgun, she was also great at cooking. She truly lived up to being a woman selected as a Presidential agent; she definitely had skills.

Eddie devoured the food rapidly, leaving Deborah and the others stunned.

"Don't look at me like that. I just don't want to waste time eating. The time saved allows me to do more things. By the way, this meal was very good, very delicious!" Eddie shrugged.

"You act like you're in a military camp," Helena said, slightly speechless.
