Chapter 7 - Chapter 7

He thought he needed to figure out what was going on.

He took another look, then turned and left.

Fearing him—this was not a good sign.

However... Luo Mio rubbed his nose curiously; why did it feel itchy again?

Was the Male Lead thinking about him again?

This petty-mindedness is like the tip of a needle. Hmph, men.

He sat back down indignantly, took another plate of cake, and continued eating.

Only eating could make him happy right now.

The ignored duo, Lan Ziyi and the other, felt a bit stifled.

They were, after all, two of the school's Three Princes—handsome and from good families. Anyone who saw them would usually be eager to approach.

This guy, on the other hand, treated them completely like telephone poles.

He'd look at them when needed and act as if they didn't exist when they weren't.

They didn't know whether to cry or feel helpless.

Forget it, they should go after Jin.

Luo Mio finished all the small cakes and let out a satisfied sigh.

So satisfying.

I'll come back next time!

He leisurely strolled back to school, preparing for class.

It wasn't until he reached the school gate that he remembered he seemed to have forgotten something.

What was it?

He couldn't remember.

Hmm~ If I can't remember it, it definitely isn't anything important. Yeah.

In the blink of an eye, he threw his doubts to the back of his mind and entered the classroom feeling lighthearted.

Unlike the usual casual glances or being ignored, this time dozens of eyes were staring at him.

Gloating, disdainful, disgusted, repulsed, curious—there was every kind of look.

He didn't even need to think to know what was going on.

Luo Mio sighed inwardly and walked toward his seat with an expressionless face.

"?"

Where was his desk?

Why was it gone?

While he was wondering, someone tapped his arm lightly. He looked down; it was his deskmate.

Seeing him look over, the other person quietly pointed to a corner by the back door of the classroom.

Luo Mio looked in that direction.

A desk covered in all sorts of trash.

Just looking at it was filthy and disgusting.

After two seconds of silence, he spoke tentatively, "...Is that mine?"

The deskmate nodded sympathetically.

Then, they silently picked up a textbook to cover their face, pretending to read seriously and ignoring Luo Mio, afraid of being implicated.

Luo Mio's lips twitched. The outcome of the plot he was following was clearly different from the Protagonist Shou's.

Why did it look like he was trending toward becoming the protagonist now?

First it was the desk, homework, and duty, then being locked in the bathroom, having water splashed on him, and being beaten.

Just thinking about this kind of protagonist treatment made him shiver.

No thanks, no thanks.

"Aren't you quite brave? Why, are you too scared to even move your desk back now?"

A sharp female voice suddenly rang out, followed by a wave of mocking laughter.

A few of the most arrogant young ladies in the class had seated themselves on desks at some point.

They all looked at him with disgust, seemingly waiting for a show.

"Look at this, look at this. With your pathetic look, you dare to play tricks on our Prince Jin? You're courting death."

"This is just a small lesson. If we catch you seducing Prince Jin again, we'll kill you."

Luo Mio had been listening indifferently, but at this, his eyes suddenly widened.

What did they say?

Se-ducing Prince Jin?

What?

When had he ever se-duced anyone? How come he didn't know?

Even if this world evolved from a BL novel, it didn't mean he necessarily liked men.

Though he hadn't liked women either o(╯□╰)o

But this was a matter of principle; it had to be explained clearly.

"I think you've misunderstood. I don't like the Prince Jin you're talking about."

Just as he finished speaking, with a 'bang,' the ajar classroom door was kicked open.

Zong Yujin appeared in everyone's sight, surrounded by a low-pressure aura, his face cold and his eyes filled with chilliness.
