3rd Pov:
Chaos was everywhere but despite the Shuuki's large and overwhelming numbers and size they were still crushed by the humans with practical ease
Yuuki and Kyouka stared deeply at Agito but she didn't give them any chance to think of a plan as she launched herself at them, throwing a fist at Yuuki.
Yuuki was sent back as Kyouka swung her katana at the Shikigami but it caught the blade before moving its palm at her open side as it let out a sudden pulse of electricity, pushing Kyouka back.
She was about to move in but her body quivered, 'My body?! I can't move!'
Agito blitzed at Kyouka and drove her knee into her stomach as she spat out saliva. Kyouka rolled across the ground before digging her blade into the ground.
Yuuki roared out as he threw a punch at Agito's open back. Agito responded by using her tail to stop and grip his wrist before sending an electrical shock through his body.
Once she let go, the Shikigami spun around and smashed her leg into the side of the slave, sending him crashing into a boulder.
Kyouka moved in fast, faster than she expected from herself and slashed at Agito's thigh, the Shikigami groaned in pain before it blocked another swing, aiming for its stomach.
Out of the corner of Kyouka's eyes, the wound she inflicted began to heal until it seemed that the blade had never hit at all.
'Regeneration and electrical-based attacks, just what did Mato make' She thought as she pushed against the force of Shikigami.
Yuuki came out of nowhere as he threw his fist into the face of Agito. Agito skidded across the ground as she watched Kyouka get on top of Yuuki and grip his chain as a boost of power coursed through him.
Agito took notice of this as she twisted her head like a curious owl before getting low and into a feral stance with her knees bent and her claws at the ready.
Yuuki and Agito charged at each other as their fists connected but before they clashed, Agito infused her electricity through her arm.
Yuuki felt the shock go through his arm making his arm shake and pull back, which gave Agito the chance to throw her other arm at the slave but it was interrupted by Kyouka forcibly twisting Yuuki's body as the attack barely went past him.
Kyouka used this opportunity to jump on the shikigami's arm and swing at her head but Agito blocked with her forearm, though her antlers were cut.
Yuuki, now recovered, thrust his foot into Agito, pushing her back as Kyouka jumped back on Yuuki.
'This is not good, we're forced on the defensive' Kyouka and Yuuki thought simultaneously.
Agito's body crackled with purple electricity before disappearing. Yuuki and Kyouka's guard were raised to the maximum as they tried to look around for the Shikigami.
"Yuuki! Dodge!" Kyouka shouted as alarms went off in her bones and hair.
Yuuki moved with haste as a blur went past where they were. He was about to move again but Agito blurred in front of him with her fist already embedded in his stomach before the force launched him back.
Kyouka jumped off him and attempted to land a hit on Agito but she leapt back as she got into a low stance.
Kyouka didn't even move as Agito rushed forward with her palm holding the chief's head before smashing her into the ground.
She removed her hand as she threw her free hand down on Kyouka but she managed to roll to the side and kick Agito in the eye.
The shikigami recoils giving Kyouka time to grab her katana and jump on her back before driving her katana into Agito's head.
The Shikigami thrashes around as she is unleashed as a massive pulse of electricity, launching Kyouka off her with her blade clattering down next to her.
Blood sprayed like a fountain from Agito's head as she dropped to her knees and quickly used RCT to heal the wound.
"Lady Kyouka!" Yuuki called out, worriedly.
"D-Don't...W-Worry about me... J-Just finish it... B-Before it recovers" she gritted out, fighting off the effects of electricity.
"Right!" he dashed forward as his hand formed a blade before swinging it down as golden energy coated it.
Alarms rang out in Agito's mind as she twisted her body to the side narrowly dodging the attack but her left arm was caught in it as it was sliced off.
Agito's snake tail gripped Yuuki's leg as she used her right arm to grab his neck and send electrical currents through his body as his body down to his knees.
"...Y-Yuuki" Kyouka weakly called out, still under the effects of Nue's paralysing ability.
Agito lifted Yuuki by the neck, with her newly formed arm, and uppercutted his gut again and again before throwing him up in the sky as she jumped up after the slave before interlocking her fists and coating them in her electricity.
Yuuki plummeted down to the hard ground, his body lying in the small crater. His body twitched in pain with electricity.
Agito landed softly on the ground as she walked over to Yuuki's body before glancing at Kyouka, she raised her hand as it crackled with electricity, almost mocking her.
Kyouka gritted her teeth as she attempted to move but it failed.
Agito brought her hand down closer to the slave's head, aiming directly to unleash her power on his brain and inevitably, his nerves system.
But before she could touch him, a volley of bullets came at her as she jumped away.
Himari ran over with her minigun aimed at the Shikigami as she continued to rain bullets. Agito ran around, avoiding each bullet with grace.
Agito ran behind a boulder as Himari did not stop, attempting to destroy the boulder with just her minigun.
Agito blurred away, catching Himari off guard. The shikigami closed in as she cocked her fist ready to hit Himari and possibly kill her.
But as she was about to land her fist, Kyouka leapt out at Himari and pulled her away as the attack narrowly went past her.
Agito skidded to stop and twisted around to face the two women.
Kyouka stood with a determined expression as she readied her katana with Himari readying her minigun. Yuuki was still under the effects of paralysis, so their main focus was to play defensively until he recovers.
Xicor leaned forward slightly on his couch, his eyes narrowing at Kyouka, 'Why does she look so familiar?'
He took a deeper look at her as memories, lost to time, began to resurface slowly.
He held his head in his hand as more and more memories came back like a tidal wave, his head began to hurt as the kindness of the village, the laughter, the sweet shining sun and the people attached to him.
Xicor blinked several times, trying to form any sense of this before looking down at the once childhood friend, now on the opposite faction.
"Kyouka" he murmured, like it were something foreign to him.
Shikoku glanced at her lover with a raised brow, "Did you say something?"
"Kyouka, the 7th unit chief is someone I once knew back in the human world who treated me with kindness" I explained, seeing no use in lying to his lover.
She blinked several times as she turned her head to him, "Oh my~ well that is a surprise" she said as her expression changed to something curious, "How was she back in the day?" she asked.
Xicor goes into thought, "I would say a little attached to me and positive though I guess the current Kyouka is different now"
Her expression changed to playful as her lips curved up into a smirk "I wonder how she would react to how her childhood friend is against humanity"
"Quite devastated, I would say" He simply said as the goddess leaning into him nodded quietly.
Suddenly a chorus of lightning strikes caught their attention. Looking at the source, Rairen is in combat with the chief of the 6th unit, Tenka Izumo.
Shikoku stared at the woman for a good while before standing up as she stretched her body, "I'm gonna go save Rairen since I can see who's gonna win that fight" she said as she was about to sink into her shadow.
"Ah~Xicor, I have a task for you after this as punishment for going ahead of us" she said with a soft smile.
He sighed a little, "Yes, Ma'am"
Her expression brightens up before sinking into her shadow. Jouryuu stared at the spot where Shikoku disappeared before travelling to the spot next to Xicor.
Her mind was in chaos, fighting between sitting down next to someone she respects and something more to keeping the demeanour of a warrior.
Xicor saw her struggling thoughts, "Jouryuu, do you want to sit down?"
Jouryuu to Xicor before silently nodding, she walked over as her movements were slightly stiff before sitting down.
Her wings brushed against his shoulders as they flinch back from the contact.
Agito ducked under Yuuki's fist before catching Kyouka's blade with one hand as she kicked Yuuki away and threw Kyouka at him as he caught her and placed her down.
Himari jumped up on a boulder as both of her arms turned into multi-rocket launchers. She let out a volley of rockets, enhanced by the peach ability.
Agito leapt back, but the force of the blast blew her back as she skidded across the ground.
Yuuki appeared behind her, in her path before throwing his fist at her. Agito twisted her body around and pulled up her arms as they blocked the attack.
Kyouka leapt over Yuuku as she swung at Agito, severing her hands. The shikigami quickly jumped back but Himari was already waiting as she aimed her rocket arms at her.
Agito's snake tail grabbed Hiamri and changed her aim to Yuuki and Kyouka, the rocket came out as the duo moved to dodge them.
Agito's hands reformed before yanking Himari up and backhanding her away as Yuuku caught her and gently placed her down.
"This thing... is not even tired" Himari said, her breathing was heavy from exhaustion.
Kyouka went into a deep contemplation before her eyes went to Himari, "Himari, use my slave ability on Yuuki now"
"R-Right now?" she questioned.
"Right now" she nodded.
Yuuki didn't say anything but his body lowered to the ground to Himari, his silent agreement to it. Himari's arms turned to normal as she swiped at her phone, changing her ability to her chiefs before extending her hand to the slave.
Yuuki leaned down to kiss it as a massive torrent of blue and orange energy swelled, catching everyone's attention as Agito stood frozen.
The swirling energy turned into a tornado that pushed any weak Shuuki away. The tornado was blown away, revealing Yuuki's new form, which seems to be similar to his form with Kyouka yet it had more samurai armour with a long white mane going down his back.
Both Kyouka and Himari sat on his back, their eyes reflecting the power Yuuki held. Without saying a word, Yuuki opened his mouth as a beam of flames shot at the shikigami.
Agito immediately blurred out of its path as the beam smashed through the Shuuki until an orange dome appeared in the distance.
The wind was blown away from the impact but Agito ignored it as she shot forward without the slightest hint of fear.
Yuuki threw his fist at Agito's blurry figure but she dodged to the side and struck him in the side but instead of being thrown back, he endured as he swung his arm, smacking her away.
Yuuki dashed forward and thrust his fist down on Agito's kneeling form but she spun herself around, kicking Yuuki off his feet before crashing her palm against his chest and sending a powerful pulse that launched him back.
Yuuki used his claws to stop himself as Himari pulled out her pistol and opened fire, Agito dodged each bullet before dashing at their side to strike Himari, but it was interrupted by Kyouka's katana.
Agito quickly jumped back as Yuuki swung his fist to push her back, and Himari used this opportunity to fire as several bullets struck Agito's skin.
As Agito landed the bullet wounds had steam coming out of them before they healed after the bullets were forced out.
Just as they were about to clash against one another, they all felt a violent pull from a distance. Looking to the source, Tenka has formed a black hole that dragged Shuuki and Rairen into it before the portal closed leaving nothing behind.
'Return, you've done enough, and there seems to be room for improvement for you' Xicor's voice said in her mind, laced with disappointment.
Agito didn't hesitate as she coated her hand in electricity before smashing down at the ground, covering the area in dust and smoke.
"Don't let it escape!"Kyouka shouted over the chaos as Yuuki used his beam to dispel the dust and smoke but there was nothing, no trace of the merged beast.
"Damn it!" Kyouka cursed under her breath.
Xicor stood at the ledge, his eyes trained on Kyouka, the couch was nowhere to be seen as well as the gods with the exception of Shikoku who stood behind him, waiting, her own eyes on his back in a daze.
"We shall see each other soon, Kyouka" he said as he turned to walk to Shikoku, "I hope you will accept my invitation"
