"So you made the deal with your alternate and still haven't got its unique ability?", The Chairman asked.
"Yes, sir. That seems to be the case.", Takeru replied. He was current standing in front of the chairman's table in an awkward stance having a discussion with him. He told him about him still not getting the unique ability after the deal but not about the thoughts of the little girl he heard due to Yabo's warning and because he was starting to doubt that himself. This reminded him of being called to the principal's office back in school.
The Chairman sat there and just pondered for a few secs. He looked directly at Takeru's eyes and asked, "What the hell are you?"
"S- Sir?"
"I'm not talking to you." The Chairman just stared for a while leaving Takeru in an awkward position.
"Umm-"
"Takeru, a week ago, you mentioned being randomly teleported to somewhere else during your first mission with your original group. What exactly was the man dressed in white asking you again?"
"I'm not sure, he was talking to my alternate, not me and was asking for help. He said something really scary about needing my alternate to break free from this country and taking over all humans."
"There are weird things going on, Takeru. I ordered Group 1 to go to those sewers and find that man you talked to but they've got nothing. Something else also happened a week ago, I'm sure you're familiar with Group 3's disappearance."
"Yes, sir. My senpai told me about it."
The Chairman stood up and went to look out a nearby window. "Right now, I believe that the man who teleported you that day and the alternate who caused the disappearance of Group 3's members are the same. This man has a plan and he seemingly needs you for it probably because you are some kind of a special case."
Takeru didn't know what to say. "Wow... Um... This sounds scary."
"It is scary cause I don't know what the fuck to do, kid. This case is shrouded in mystery and something dangerous is brewing within this city. He's an alternate that has escaped us.", He said in a quiet voice.
"Um..."
"I'm sorry, kid. We need something, anything. I need you to go to 10th floor tomorrow and let yourself get experimented on by our scientists."
Takeru started sweating in fear. "Wha- wha-"
"Listen here, this was gonna happen at some point no matter what. I put it off for a week cause I felt bad for you but I'm getting concerned now. The more time I waste, the more time I'm giving that mysterious alternate to brew something dangerous."
The thought of getting experimented on was extremely terrifying. His mind immediately went to the 67th chapter of Pain Machine where Markie Mark was being experimented and had all of his skin peeled off. Takeru was shook.

"Snap out of it, kid. You're a goddamn alternate-user just like the rest of us. They'll be testing on you in different areas most likely, focus on regenerating the area they're done with immediately if you wanna minimize the pain as much as possible."
Takeru was still shaking. He couldn't even believe it. "Ye- yes, si-"
The Chairman suddenly grabbed his shoulders. "Listen, this mysterious alternate is serious danger. You should know it more that anyone, you heard first-hand his goal to let alternates take over all humans. Humanity needs you to do this, kid. So fucking man up, alright!?"
Takeru hesitantly said, "I understand." He then went to Group 4's dorm on the 6th floor to rest for the night. The Chairman went to look out the window again and whispered, "Where the hell are you hiding, you son of a bitch?"
In the westernmost part of Tokyo, there was a beautiful forest by the name of Okutama Forest and on top of one of its trees, there stood a man dressed in white gazing at the night sky. The alternate named Shion.
"Soon... I promise."
He went back into the forest from the top of the tree and started wandering around looking for food. He paced around in rapid speeds looking for an animal he could devour. Eventually, he came across a bear feeding its babies.
"You'll have to do."
His nails began growing in length and in sharpness.

He had stabbed the bear swiftly and the baby bears feeling extreme fear started fleeing up a nearby tree. Upon seeing that, Shion said, "Wow, you lot are just like me." After cutting up the bear's body into 2 pieces, he deformed his mouth into a horrifying large hole and gobbled up the bear a piece at a time. "Not as good as human."
Shion started walking around the forest again seemingly with no purpose. "Did he listen to me? Will he help us or not?" Those things worried him greatly. Suddenly, he felt something weak try to bite his leg. He looked down and saw one of the baby bears from earlier.
"So you overcame your fear and came to take revenge for what was taken away from you? I see... You are nothing like me, little one." The baby bear tried its hardest to bite through Shion's skin but it was way too durable. Shion just stood there and watched for a while admiring the baby bear's attempt.
Shion slowly brought his hand closer to the bear and picked it up. He was holding it in his hand while the bear started panicking and trying to get out. It began squealing in fear.
"I wish I could've been like you back then but then again, I would've died a fool."
CRUNCH!
The baby bear was crushed by Shion's hand and all of its blood was splattered all over Shion's face and clothes. Shion began licking his own face by stretching out his tongue enjoying the taste of its blood. "Hmm... You lot aren't that bad after all."
