Midnight posed to the cheers of the audience as she motioned for the students on the center stage.
"The Awarding Ceremony!"
The cheers became louder this time as Midnight began to introduce the Top 3 students.
"At 3rd Place! We haveeeeeeee....! SHOTO TODOROKI!"
Todoroki gave a nod to the cheering crowd. Apparently, that was "hot" and some girls even fainted on the spot.
Midnight scratched her head and moved on.
"At 2nd Place..! Let's give it up for..." She moved her sight on the 2nd Place and was shocked to see a Mummy on the stage sitting on a wheelchair.
"WHO ARE YOU?!"
"GODDAMMIT, SENSEI! IT'S YOSHIKI THE GOAT!" barked Yoshiki whose voice were a bit raspy due to all the shoutings and cringe things he did earlier. Due to Recovery Girl's Quirk, he had lost all the stamina to stand and had to sit on a wheelchair, not to mention he apparently damaged his bones during the fight so Recovery Girl had to bandage him up just for the sake of pettiness.
Aizawa who was watching this scene sighed as he rubbed his face with one hand.
Thankfully, Midnight recovered quickly and introduced Yoshiki to the crowd.
"That's right! For 2nd Place, we have Yoshiki Hayashi, the Goat!"
The crowd cheered and laughed at the same time due to this comedic scene. Midnight moved to the last.
"Then of course! We have these two! A record breaking event! It has not happened in the history of U.A! Let's welcome our two Champions: Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo!"
She waited for the cheers to lessen before continuing. "Now, I'm sure you all are wondering "Where are the medals?". Well, let us welcome! The medal bringer!"
Winds churned and then an impact resounded on the stage, revealing a flexing muscle man. That's right, he is—
"—HEEEERRRRREEEEE!!!"
"BRINGING THE MEDAL LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!" His smile dazzled everyone, and the cheers became louder and louder, to the point where it doesn't matter if the Author showed what happened, just know that they were given their medals.
"AND THERE YOU HAVE IT!! THIS YEAR, IT'S THESE FOUR!! HOWEVER! TAKE HEED, FOLKS! IT'S JUST AS YOU SAW WITH YOUR VERY OWN EYES, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY FOR ANYONE IN THIS ARENA TO STAND HERE! THEY COMPETED AND GAVE THEIR ALL! THE NEXT GENERATIONS OF HEROES WILL CERTAINLY SPROUT FROM THE STUDENTS HERE TODAY! AND TO ADD TO THAT SENTIMENT, LET US SAY IT ALL TOGETHER!"
All students and audiences held their breath, waiting for All Might.
Yoshiki suddenly felt a foreboding feeling... as if something wrong was going to happen.

The arena was filled with jeers and boos, but All Might didn't mind, he stood there with a smile on his face, proud. It seems nothing can move this bundle of muscle. Just like that, the U.A. Sports Festival has come to an end.
The students were given a well-deserved break for recovering and after, all of them were back. Due to their performance, some people became interested and started searching for their names, and it turns out that Yoshiki has a social media account where he posts his shenanigans and his creations. It gained traction and his followers moved up to millions. He became a celebrity overnight, not to mention some well-knowned companies started proposing contracts and partnerships in the near future, which he politely declined saying that at the moment, he is still unsure of pursuing a full-time gadget creation and was just doing it all for himself at the moment.
His relationship with Toru also progressed during this time when he was invited to join them for dinner. He wasn't really sure what to expect, but surprisingly he didn't have to. They were pretty normal for the most parts, and... well, he's just not sure if they're also invisible or what, because he can see them all anyways.
After their break, they came to school, Izuku became famous overnight, Katsuki is Katsuki, and Yoshiki is still the Goat.
"—Today you are all going to pick your Hero Names."
"YES!"
"WOOHOOO, THIS IS THE REAL HERO THING!"
Aizawa interrupted before it became a total chaos.
"Before that, we have finally tallied the total nominations from the Pro Heroes."
The class became invested at this as they seemed to quiet down.
"For those of you who don't know, the U.A. Sports Festival is done so that Pro Heroes could pick their prospects from the first year students. Usually the nominations are more balanced but..."
He glanced at the four who outperformed everyone else. Yoshiki even stuck his tongue at him, making him pop a vein.
"The tallies leaned towards the four finishers."
Izuku Midoriya — 5,032
Katsuki Bakugo — 5,019
Todoroki Shoto — 4,098
Yoshiki Hayashi — 4,067
Surprisingly, due to Todoroki being a nepo baby, he still has more offers than Yoshiki.
"Tch, this some bullshit." said Yoshiki.
"Language!" said Iida but Yoshiki just flipped him the bird.
Aizawa then continued. "You can treat this as a working experience. Therefore, since you are working with the Pros, you must have your codenames. Your Hero Names."
Like the perfect timing, Midnight came inside the classroom. She started explaining the importance of names and identities. How it becomes a symbol, hope, and fear. Aizawa is more than willing to let her talk, as seen with how he instantly disengaged and started opening his bean bag and prepared to sleep.
"Alright! I'll give you all time to decide for your names!"
They were given a whiteboard and marker, instantly most of them started writing, Yoshiki looked at Toru and asked what her name's gonna be.
"Well... I think 'Invisible Hero: Invisible Girl' sounds nice..." she says with a blush, avoiding eye contact with him.
"Hmm.. it sounds good but... what about the future? You won't always be a "girl" you know? I mean, just look at Recovery Girl."
His suggestion were heard by his vicinity and so, they too started thinking about their own names.
Toru gave a nod, and started thinking. Yoshiki, having a bold idea listed names he thought seemed nice.
"What about like... Lady Specter? Spectra, Lady Mirage, Phantom Rose, Luna Veil, Eclipse, Vanisher, I don't know?"
His suggestions overwhelmed the poor invisible girl, so she asked what his Hero Name is gonna be.
"Well, I don't know actually."
He took his phone and then opened an AI App then typed 'Based on our interactions, what kind of Hero Name is most likely a good choice for me?'
However, he didn't like the suggestions, so he stood up and walked along the room to think properly. He passed Katsuki and had to hold back his laugh. Of course he'd choose that. Left with nothing to do, he snatched the marker from him.
"Wha— Hey!"
Ignoring him, he put some extra words on it and moved on. Katsuki looked at the name and clicked his tongue. It is cool, yeah, but damn it.
His next station was the nearest Kirishima. He looked at it and shook his head, which Kirishima noticed.
"Hey bro! What, is it bad?" he asked with that manly smile of his.
"It's not that it's bad but... is it a momento of Crimson Riot?"
"Yeah, isn't he cool?!"
"I mean, he is but... doesn't this make you just a cheap knock off then?"
"Huh!"
"Think about it, wasn't he inspiring people to be themselves? If you choose that name, you wouldn't be your own self, you'd just be an imitation. It can be fluttering, yes, but in the end, just a knock-off."
Before leaving, he gave him a pat on the back.
"Well, that's just my suggestion though. You do you."
Kaminari near them, laughed at their interaction and offered his own opinion.
"I don't know, man. Although that really seems hardcore!"
Kirishima seemed to have an inspiration and finally came up with a hero name.
Finally, Yoshiki moved towards Izuku. What he saw made him raise an eyebrow.
"Hoh? Learning mythology, are we?"
Izuku scratched his head in embarrassment. "Well, it really seemed like a cool name doesn't it?"
"It does. Not to mention heavy meaning." Izuku nodded, then asked him what about him.
"Well, I'm not sure yet..." Izuku understood. Yoshiki has always been like that, he seemed like the guy who just does what he wants even though even he himself doesn't seem to know what it really is that he wanted.
"I guess we'll just see, then. Plus, you must pick something good, imagine if you became a hero and then your name is something like Green Bean. And imagine you were on the top rankings? I mean, I guess it would be funny, which would make the people feel at ease in your presence... huh..."
Izuku went on with his ramblings so Yoshiki knew it was time to move on. After his round of walking, he finally moved back to his seat yet one word was still on his mind.
'Top, huh..?'

"Me!" Mina volunteered to be the first.

"Eh, me too?" Kaminari confusedly asked.

After this, there was a pause in introduction as they were still thinking.
"Urgh! I still don't have a name yet..!" Kaminari said as he gripped his hair.
Jiro beside him suggested a good name. "What about Jamming-Wheyyy?"
Yoshiki of course heard this so he turned towards them and both his and Jiro's eyes met. A sudden understanding passed between the two so Yoshiki backed her up.
"I think it's great, it's a nod to Hemingway."
Kaminari lit up, "You think so too? It's really smart, isn't it?! Thanks, Jiro!"
Jiro turned to the side to hide her laughter but felt guilty for some reason. Yoshiki just smirked. And so, born the Electric Hero: Jamming-Wheyyy.
"Next!"

"That's so weird, I like it! Next!"

It's Yoshiki's turn next. He swaggered to the front with a smirk. "This name was based off the fact that I will, and always will be above you all. Well, evolution-wise. That is."

"NEXT!!!" Midnight was so shocked that she instinctively used her Quirk.
Everyone instantly almost passed out, Yoshiki was barely hanging in there.
