Omar enters Yemen, fully prepared with all his gear.
Omar: Hello to the most beautiful country in the world. Alright, according to the map, I'm in front of the "Gate of the Earth" stairs, where everything is hidden. Supposedly, if I finish this, I will get the potion. But what scares me is how this information got out to me.
(As he climbs the stairs, he finds thousands of people, and one person is addressing them)
Aqib: I am Aqib, the commander of the forces. From signals using threads that were inside the mountains, we sent in one of our soldiers to find out what's inside, and then he would come out to us. From the sounds and signals, we discovered creatures in there. We need the strongest, but there are many, many prizes, including the "Flower of Return" which the king wants. Whoever can get it and give it to the king will get everything he wants in life.
???: What happened to him? Did he manage to get out?
Aqib: Well, he died.
Everyone in unison: Whaaat?!
Aqib: All the vibrations and signals that were coming from the mountain have disappeared. So, those who do not wish to enter, line up to the left. Those who want to enter, head to the right.
(The two sides split, and we see that the number of people who want to enter is double the number of those who do not)
Aqib: Alright, let's go. You will enter... 1... 2... 3... Let's go!
(Omar enters the giant gate, but as soon as they entered, the gate closes on them, and against Omar's will, his eyelids shut...)
(Omar falls out of bed)
Omar: Huh? What?
???: What's the matter, Omar?
Omar: Good morning, Hala, my beautiful.
....
Sword of Eternity: The Long Covenant's Journey
Omar's Sword: The Clock Sword
Color: Black with a red line
Type: Iron
....
(Omar kisses Hala)
Hala: Stop it, I have to make you breakfast.
Omar: Alright, and I also need to get ready to go to work.
(A quarter of an hour later)
Omar: Malak, are you going to school today?
Malak: Yes, Dad.
Omar: Okay, do you want me to drop you off on my way?
Malak: No, I'm going with my friends.
(Five minutes later)
Hala: Have a safe trip.
(Hala closes the door)
Omar: I forgot the car keys.
(He tries to open the house door, but it's hard to open)
(Even after the sixth try, he opens it)
(He notices the house is dark. He looks for his wife, but the kitchen is empty. He goes upstairs and finds her asleep. He goes down and finds his keys in his pocket, not on the table as he thought he had forgotten them)
(He opens his eyes and the scene changes 180 degrees. He finds himself inside a cage in a prison, naked, without clothes)
(He tries to resist, but his eyes close again)
Hala: Goodbye.
Omar: Goodbye.
(Hala closes the door)
(Omar gets in the car and heads to his workplace, but on the way, he doesn't notice the traffic light. Instead of a crash...)
Omar: What is this?
(He watches a car pass through his own, and he opens his eyes again)
(He finds himself trapped in a field shaped like a prison cage, with a strange substance holding him. This time he tries to break the cage, but he can't, so he bites his finger and draws a drop of blood)
(His eyes close again, but as he runs the red light again, the car flips over)
(While in the air, before dying from the impact, he wakes up)
(The sword appears in his hand after the prison he was in explodes)
Omar: Damn! I was about to die. Alright, you damned sword, you managed to save me.
(Omar finds that everyone who entered is in the same state, trapped inside those prisons, but on the other side of the road)
(There are about two monsters near the second gate)
(The signal in his eye starts to light up towards a strange location that looks like an engine)
(Omar can describe most of the creatures as being incredibly hideous, a mix of pigs, cows, and dogs with human parts, but with strange additions like extra eyes, hands, or feet)
(He starts moving towards the gate. He sees the monsters and stands behind them. With a slow movement, he uses his sword to cut the first one in half, then the second. He drops his sword. When the monster turns to him, Omar leaves the sword and runs quickly to the second one, grabbing its stomach. But the monster grabs him and puts him in its mouth. In a single moment, he calls for the sword to return to his hand, and in this way, he kills both at once. He moves quickly)
Omar: Come on, come on, come on!
(He destroys every prison to free them)
???: Who are you?
(He starts coughing)
Omar: Listen, tell everyone here that you must follow me so we can get out of here. And I'm Omar, by the way.
Malik: Alright, I'm Malik.
(When Omar turns his back to Malik, he sees that Malik is injured, and all those he freed are leaving without their friends. Omar uses a blade, and with great speed, without thinking, Omar stabs Malik)
Omar: I knew this would happen. It doesn't make sense for me to be the only one in the room, and you not.
(The people start throwing knives time after time, and he hears the sounds of prisons exploding just like his did)
???: Here is where the game begins.
Omar: What are you doing?
???: Haven't you understood yet? I am killing them instead of you.
Omar: What's your name? My name is Omar.
Fahd: My name is Fahd.
(The noises start to increase, prisons holding mutated people and monsters, and prisons exploding with people inside them)
(After finishing this fight, they finally manage to head with Omar to the required location... but when they reach the area, there are 3 who appear to be the gate guards. The gate guards start moving slowly until someone from the group tries to throw a sword at them, but the sword is like a toothpick to them, useless against their height and size)
???: Listen, let's form a team, each one of us thre...
Omar: What? Alright, stop, kid. Each of you try to save your own skin, and I will try to stall them, and the strongest one of you should go to that stone that looks like an obelisk over there.
(The mission begins. Omar moves around, throwing his sword each time so the person can finish destroying the obelisk, and the others try to give him what is necessary to help)
(They start moving and going forward until Omar catches up with them, but before they leave, confident that Omar is fine, one of the monsters throws his sword at Omar. He manages to dodge it, but from the force of the blow, he finds himself pinned against the wall. They tried to go help him, but continuing was more important to them)
(And here Omar is once again on the brink of death. He uses the elixir he has, regains his energy until he finds that the gate has begun to close. He leaves his sword to run as fast as possible to the gate, and upon entering, he finds everyone giving him food as if nothing had happened. He summons his sword so the fragments move from the ground and open small areas to reach him)
(Everyone is shocked and surprised by the monsters and by Omar, how he managed to bring the sword back to his hand, but there was no time for such things)
(He starts moving again, finding that this room is a puzzle)
(And a question is written in Arabic)
What is the thing that illuminates the night and darkens the day?
(Everyone starts arguing)
???: The answer is simple. If we say the sun illuminates the day, then the moon is what illuminates the night, and at the same time, it darkens the day.
???: Indeed, a convincing answer.
(They enter the writing into the box with the pen, and the gate opens)
(They enter again, you will notice that this room is different. They find a stone and a door in it, and the mark in Omar's eye points to the furthest door)
Omar: Listen, this is not what we want, and it is highly likely to be a trap and we will all die.
???: You're right, it makes sense that it wouldn't be this easy. Alright, let's move.
(They leave the room and head to the last room. It has the same concept as the previous room; there is a door and the same stone in front of them)
Omar: What? Does this mean we must fall into the trap?
(He moves his eyes quickly to look at the stone)
Omar: ... Or have we already fallen into it from the beginning? This means someone took the trap.
(Omar looks behind him, finding that the eyes of most of those behind him are turning pitch black)
Omar: Without thinking, everyone, kill them!
???: Why? We didn't take anything!
???: Just listen to us!
(The battle here is almost over. Omar kills them, along with those who stayed with him. But when he starts moving so they can exit the door, he returns to the same room. Here Omar realized how stupid he was. Those who killed them were the ones who didn't take the stone, and those with him were the ones who took the stone, and the eyes were black for those who didn't take the stone)
(In a moment of shock, Omar finds himself once again stabbed by more than 17 people, who start turning into monsters, and he dies once more)
(The years begin to pass again. Other people enter the gate in another attempt, continuing like this for 20 years. When 20 years pass, they manage to finish the gate. This group of people were the Chosen Ones, as one could rightly call them. The king was not present at the time to make them gather to get the antidote for him; rather, they went to end the cycle of death. However, when they reach the potion's location, they don't find it. Instead, they find another potion, and this potion is a wine that can make people live longer, not bring them back to life or make them immortal. Upon realizing this, Omar understood in the moments of his death that the mark appearing to him is just a mark that moves to the place he desires, and the knowledge is obtained through desire, not by knowing the answer. Therefore, at the moment of Omar's death, he stops relying solely on desire, because it was the first cause that destroyed him)
(In the 50th year, we find that the gate has been opened for everyone to visit. In the 75th year, we find ourselves in a place full of products and markets. And in the 100th year, Omar wakes up again, every drop of his blood and every fiber in him gathering, so he can start breathing once more)
Here ends the sixth chapter of Sword of Eternity: The Long Covenant's Journey.
