The howling and growling grows louder as the ugly creature steps into view…. its fur illuminated by the dim light as soon as it spots us it grins widely its saliva dropping onto the floor…its teeth shining with a predatory glint…
It walks closer on its two feet… the wolf hybrid brews fear within us…
It lets out a devastating shriek calling upon its pack… I stand there confused as to how the plot trailed off…
There wasn't a pack of twenty wolf hybrids at this point of the story?
I gather my shattered confidence so as to command Philip and Joon-ho to fight together against the pack for I have no combat abilities…
"Hey…brick head!!!" I shout pointing at Joon-ho as he tries to escape finding the fight a waste of time "you are not going anywhere…" my hand grabs his wrist firmly then he shoves me onto the floor harshly my face slamming onto it…
"What did you say fortune teller?" Joon-ho stares down at me with a mocking smirk
One of the wolf hybrids not caring about me and Joon-ho's argument leaps forward with a viscous snarl…the annoying man finally takes out his sword and slashes the creature….yet the beast's fur was sturdier then it looks… protecting the monster…
I get up and move away from the fighting scene….my sky blue eyes wide…
My eyes dart around the underground train station looking for my rusty pipe….then they spot it…my good old pipe is amongst the frantic survivors….
I sprint as fast as my short legs can take me….pushing some of the people aside… I catch the pipe with trembling fingers then I scream in order to activate the enchantment…
Fire shoots out of the pipe…I grin finally feeling i got the upper hand…
I jump towards the wolf hybrids me screaming loudly to ignite a bigger fire from my weapon…. Joon-ho laughs lazily at me a dry mocking sound…
I glare at him signalling him to focus but he just shrugs… I sigh annoyed and continue to scare off the wolf hybrids they back off slightly to a corner afraid of the fire…
"Somebody…finish off these idiots…" I yell in frustration trying to keep these monsters at bay…
Nobody responds…
I look over my shoulder then reality hits me…my original plan won't work…
Philip is still recovering from awakening for the first time…
And Joon-ho is being well, the arrogant main character…
I sigh then shout till my throat hurts generating an oversized fire ball and shooting it at the beasts burning them alive…the creature's whimpers die down as the fire continues crackling…
I turn around and head back to Marcy and Philip….yet Marcy looks up at me with a face of pure horror…
"Jina… did… you… really… burn…. those… werewolves.. alive..?" She trembles avoiding my gaze..
"They …looked …human …and …dog… so… …why…?" Her brown irises widen trying to look for an explanation..
"Marcy they…." I reach out my hand then take it back to my side "aren't human…" my hands curl into fists me still holding the pipe…
"But… still …you …shouldn't …be …cruel.." she looks up at me her features full of concern…
"You know, nurse girl… you would've been dead… if the hybrids didn't get turned to ash…" Joon-ho finally interferes with his authoritative tone… he lets out a bored sigh…
I sit down silently beside Marcy on the underground train station's floor… then surprisingly she pulls me into a hug…
"Please don't turn out into a psychopath…!" Marcy whispered under her breath….
"I won't silly…" I laugh a slow shaky relived laugh…
"Enough emotional stuff…" Joon-ho steps closer looming over us "it's gross…" he chuckled in a childish tone…
"Now, that i saw the extant of your power…" he whispers turning his back to me "I really need you in order to…" Joon-ho lowers his voice then stops mid speech
I get up helping Marcy stand up as well… then I step in front of Joon-ho confronting him
"I am human…" I put my hands over my chest so I would make my point…
"Human?" Joon-ho tilts his head mockingly as he touches the air around me "I feel no human aura emitting from you…" he steps closer "your aura is so mysterious…" he steps back smiling psychopathicly…
I look up at him confusion written all over my body….
