I quietly shut the door behind us before letting out a slow breath.
At least we finally have somewhere to think without everyone watching us. That is a bit of a relief after sneaking onto a boat to get into this place.
It is definitely a much needed change of pace as well.
The room is definitely larger than I expected with a couple of beds on one side of the room while a table sits near the middle. There is even a balcony towards the far end.
"Talk about living in luxury," Lia says as she immediately throws herself onto one of the beds.
Morrigan walks over towards one of the windows before pulling the curtains apart.
Sunlight pours into the room.
"Dante you should check out the view," Morrigan suggests.
I don't hesitate to walk over.
The moment I step beside her, the entire capital stretches out before me.
Rows of buildings fill the streets below while airships drift through the sky above and even from this height I can see people moving throughout the city.
