Where they are 'Processed' by the Dragons.
After the processing the souls, the souls get enriched with Godly mana!
And during the ceremony where the children get powers,
The same souls enter their bodies, giving them mana!
And the type of mana within the souls determine the class of the child it has entered!
So, in a way, we can say that this Institute has a great role in the protection of the world!
Not only this place,
But rather every greatest Institute does this and hence,
Dragon God comes to their country.
And all the countries have their seperate Dragon Gods and every hundred years,
The God interchange!
Means the God here becomes the God of the neighboring country's God after 100 Years!

However, now coming to the staff:

It meant that the efficiency and proficiency of magic would increase!
However, he wore that cloak which was nothing more than just being Mythic Grade.
This cloak just helped him to suppress his overflowing mana,
And it also helped him to channel the mana all over the body,
Along with helping him to cope up with the drastic change in his body.
Now, he thought wearing cloak would attract unnecessary attraction,
So he just took off that cloak and put it into his bag.
Now, with the staff and the bracelet and the ring,
He went outside.
There he saw several teenagers sparring with each other.
Also, there he saw that same teenager practicing who had hours earlier threatened him.
He walked away from him, trying not to get caught by him.
Suddenly, one branch snapped under his feet.
When the boy turned, he saw Alex facing him.
"Wow, such kind of reflex is always shown in movies. Today I really experiencing it!"
Alex thought for a moment when suddenly,
He saw one fist already in front of him.
With no space left to evade, he simply pulled his staff in front of the fist's pathway!

The fist slammed on the staff, creating a huge noise that took away everyone's attention.
That boy was shocked when his fist collided.
Before realizing that he had punched one staff, he had thought that his fist had left a mark on Alex's face, specially his nose area.
However, he felt a sudden pain in his hand, as if he punched through several bricks.
Someone was watching them.
He had white hair, flowing towards the direction of the strong wind.
He saw them with his blue, crystalline eyes.
With a smirk, he said, "Interesting!"
