QUESTION #01: Sent by "NONNI"

Q: "What does it take to be an elegy? Like at what point does a normal fixer become an elegy? Why is an elegy like thousands of times stronger than a normal fixer?"

A: To become an Elegy, a Fixer has to have a notable skill disparity from other Fixers, meaning they would have to either:

1. Be the best out of all 1st Division Fixers

2. Defeat an Elegy

This is decided by the Coalition of the 1st District, the DaeSyndicate, so not all Elegies go through the same process to determine their power. Once a Fixer becomes an Elegy, however, they will be notified by a member of the DaeSyndicate of their Elegy title, which starts with a color and ends with a title befitting the Fixer. A Fixer cannot decline the title of Elegy, as all Fixers unanimously recognize the strength of their peers out of respect. Some of the current known Elegies in the story, as of writing this, are:

- The Golden Truth, Antollio Da Galinozi

- The Crimson Sawblade, Valentia Savala

- The Sanguine Awakening, Dong-Hyeon

The reason why Elegies may seem OP compared to other Fixers is that most of them rely on ARCH or ARCHtype contracts to enhance their abilities. A Fixer without ARCH energy functions like a regular person, needing tools and weapons to fight. However, a Fixer with otherworldly power on their side has the potential to easily annihilate entire Offices, possibly even Districts, provided the Coalitions don't mind.
