A kingdom of light and abundance.
Its people were happy—wealthy, harmonious, and united in their devotion. They held deep respect, reverence, and love for their king.
And rightly so.
He was a wise ruler, just and steady. By his side stood a benevolent queen, and together, they had a son.
His name was Icarus.
Prince Icarus was no ordinary child.
Even at a young age, he was kind, perceptive, and unnervingly intelligent. He possessed a natural gift for strategy—one that far exceeded his years.
But more than that—
He was ambitious.
At only ten years old, the prince already sat in on royal councils, offering advice to his father.
And his advice was good.
Very good.
It was said, even then, that he would grow into a king greater than the one who came before him.
