"You're alive? Wonderful!" An excited voice thundered across the ruined lands. "Ever since our last meeting, I have been eager to fight you, Maximus!"
The shout crashed against the black and multicolored power surrounding Max, causing it to tremble around his body. He immediately recognized the voice, but the man had arrived during the most crucial stage of his evolution, when even the slightest disturbance could throw the two hearts out of balance and destroy everything he had worked hard for.
A bulky figure emerged from the crimson storm, his enormous body surrounded by enough power to make the ground crack beneath him. Dust swirled around him as the pressure of his magical aura spread across the surrounding region.
Max's void heart responded to the hatred rising within him with a heavy beat.
"Crimson Horde Emperor..." Max growled.
