Sali's Observation Haki far surpassed everyone present. What Donquixote Doflamingo noticed with his eyes, Sali had already sensed long ago. That was exactly why he continued striking without pause, his attacks precise and ruthless.
He knew someone was coming.
Most likely a Marine.
And once that person arrived and said, "Stop fighting," everything would end immediately. There would be no chance to continue.
So Sali made a simple decision.
Hit him as much as possible while there was still time.
Doflamingo endured.
Sali pressed harder.
Each blow landed with heavy force, leaving no room for recovery.
Meanwhile, Dicken and the others turned their attention toward the dock.
A flash of light appeared.
In the next moment, a man materialized in midair where Doflamingo had been standing earlier. He wore a yellow striped suit, brown sunglasses, and a Marine coat draped casually over his shoulders. His expression looked as relaxed and unreadable as ever.
Admiral Kizaru had arrived.
He glanced first at Dicken and the others, who had already noticed him, then shifted his gaze toward Sali, who was still calmly beating Doflamingo into the ground.
Kizaru curled his lips slightly.
"Oh my, these young people are quite frightening."
Borsalino, known as Kizaru, one of the three Admirals of the Marines, possessed the power of the Glint Glint Fruit, a Logia type Devil Fruit that allowed him to move at the speed of light. He was also a former student of Zephyr.
Like many high ranking Marines, he followed his own sense of justice.
Kizaru believed in unclear justice. He worked when required and rested whenever possible, never showing urgency unless absolutely necessary.
Not long ago, while relaxing at Punk Hazard, he had received a direct call from the Gorosei.
They bypassed Fleet Admiral Sengoku entirely and ordered him to head to Dressrosa immediately to stop internal conflict among the Seven Warlords of the Sea.
Kizaru had paused when he heard it.
"Did I hear that correctly?"
Even so, he accepted the order out of habit.
After ending the call, he adjusted himself more comfortably on his chair, then took his time contacting Sengoku through a Den Den Mushi. After confirming the same order, he calmly finished his tea before finally getting up.
Only then did he leave.
After what could hardly be called a rushed journey, he eventually arrived at Dressrosa.
And the first thing he saw was Sali beating Doflamingo.
From his personal perspective, Kizaru actually preferred Warlords like Ash and Sali. Pirates who actively hunted other pirates and kept the seas stable made his job much easier.
Unlike Sakazuki, whose approval came from strict justice, Kizaru simply appreciated anything that reduced his workload.
For example, Sali's actions in the Sabaody Archipelago had kept things quiet for months, saving him from unnecessary trouble.
Otherwise, with Sakazuki stationed at G1 and Kuzan occupied elsewhere, he would have been the one constantly sent out to handle every incident.
That was exhausting.
And unfortunately, that peaceful period had just ended.
And the one responsible was the same man who had made things easy before.
White Lion Sali.
"Excuse me… would the two of you mind stopping for a moment?"
Kizaru spoke slowly, his tone casual and almost lazy.
Dicken, Jason, and Jella exchanged glances.
All three shared the same thought.
Is this Admiral actually serious?
Sali ignored him completely.
His fists continued to fall, each strike landing solidly against Doflamingo.
Even Doflamingo, whose senses were nearly overwhelmed from the beating, still heard Kizaru's words.
Kizaru, hovering in the air, looked slightly awkward when his request was ignored. He even seemed tempted to pull out nail clippers out of boredom.
Doflamingo's anger flared.
Seeing Sali ignore the Admiral's presence entirely pushed him to the edge. He prepared to activate his Devil Fruit Awakening, intending to forcibly turn the tide.
But Sali had already read his intent.
Did he really think that ability would go unnoticed?
Before Doflamingo could act, Sali grabbed his shoulder tightly.
A violent force surged through his body.
In that instant, it felt as though every bone in Doflamingo's body was about to shatter.
His control broke.
Before he could reinforce himself with Haki again, Sali's fists came down in rapid succession.
Thud. Thud. Thud.
Within seconds, Doflamingo completely lost the ability to resist.
He was beaten into submission once more.
Seeing this, Kizaru quietly put away the nail clippers he had somehow taken out. His already unreadable expression seemed to tighten slightly.
He slowly lifted his right leg, drawing it back.
A blinding light began to gather.
"This is troublesome. I only asked you two to stop."
His voice remained calm.
"Have you ever been kicked at the speed of light?"
Dicken and the others watched carefully.
Kizaru raised his leg slowly, almost casually, but the light intensifying around it made the danger obvious.
"Is he charging something?" Jason asked under his breath.
"Looks like it," Dicken replied, though even he wasn't entirely sure.
"Does it really take that long?" Jella muttered.
Before anything could happen, Sali suddenly turned around.
"Oh, Admiral Kizaru, you're here? My apologies, I didn't notice."
As he spoke, he casually flung Doflamingo away. The man crashed into a pile of rubble several meters away.
The light around Kizaru's leg faded instantly.
His expression relaxed again.
"White Lion Sali, under the authority of the World Government, I am here to prohibit any infighting among the Warlords."
"Alright," Sali agreed immediately.
Kizaru blinked slowly.
"Well… you are quite cooperative. A good man indeed."
He paused briefly.
"In that case, my job here is done. I'll be leaving now."
Sali smiled.
"Anytime you're free, feel welcome to visit. Whether it's my territory or Twin Capes, I have some of the finest tea from all four seas."
He added casually, "If you're interested, we can have a friendly spar."
"That sounds nice," Kizaru replied.
"If time allows, I'll take you up on that."
With a small wave, his body turned into light.
In the next instant, he disappeared completely.
