The sight of the corpses was a startling one for the three of them, not because they weren't starting to get used to them, but because it made them realize that they were all lucky. Vorden and Layla were able to survive because they both were capable of regenerating their limbs, and even Quinn was caught midair to avoid a fatal injury.
It led to the question of if their friends made it. There was a chance that Fex was able to survive due to him being a vampire, but the same couldn't be said for Peter.
"Surely we're not the only ones who survived right?" Layla cautiously asked.
The question was left hanging in the air. Although they didn't know if the two were swallowed, so there was a hope that neither of them ended up in the caves with them.
"… This is a dangerous planet," Quinn commented.
Layla walked up to one of the corpses, and knelt down to their feet, bow slung over her shoulders.
"What are you doing?!" Vorden shouted.
