Standing in front of the next dungeon, The Brixt Dungeon, with 47 floors, Drake nodded to everyone and started to run at full speed.
The first 20th levels contained the same monsters from the Doran Dungeon with Giant and Emperor Slimes, Elite Goblins, Orc Kings and Elite Lizardman. They all had armies of hundreds at the end of each level. All knew magic, were resistant to it and attacked madly.
The 21th to 30th levels were filled with Gargoyles and Giant Gargoyles. They could fly and were made of stone which didn't make sense to Drake who kept asking himself, 'Where are the physics?'.
The 31th to 35th levels were patrolled by different kind of golems. Stone Golems, Iron Golems, Gold Golems and Mithril Golems. They were not consumed by the dungeon upon being killed, neither dropped treasure, so it was safe to assume the bodies were the treasures. After extracting their shadows, they all looked the same though.
The 36th to 40th levels were occupied by Blue Ogres, Red Ogres, Green Ogres and Ogre Kings. They had different professions like knights, shaman and archers. They were very tall too, almost eight meters each.
The next two floors were made of beautiful forest. There were many different monsters too. Gigantic Minotaur, Vampire Mosquitos, Forest Army Ants, Four Arms Bears, Red Boars, Cockatrice, Wild Apes and the final boss, a Zlatorog, which was a beautiful golden deer with diamond antlers that could use all kinds of magic.
The 43th and 44th floors were made of a scorched deserts. Drake and his group didn't want to waist time on this floor so they flew at high speed to the teleportation circles.
On their way, Drake encountered a enormous camel that reminded him of the bosses from the shadow of the colossus. It was called a Mountain Camel. The camel was practically useless since it was only big and didn't know magic so Drake let it live.
The final boss of the desert area was a massive serpent called, Apep. The demon girls casually threw magical attacks and surprisingly the serpent swallowed all the attacks and spewed back at double the force.
The girls were intrigued and they stopped to test its limits. After playing with it for five minutes, the serpent was enraged since it figured out it was being played with, but it still died unwillingly and Drake obtained a powerful shadow.
The 45th and 46th levels were snow fields. There were many Snow Giant Horned Rabbits, Snow Cuckoos, Snow Panthers, Giant Snow Tigers and Yetis. The Giant Snow Tigers were very beautiful and majestic as shadows. Drake even thought of using them as mounts.
The final boss of the snow fields was an Ice Dragon. Not a measly wyvern, but a majestic and fully grown Elder Dragon. It was as big as a mountain and his ice breath cover hundreds of miles. Drake even felt pity on killing it but since dungeon monsters couldn't be tamed, Drake felt even more disappointment.
The final floor, the 27th, was a vast hall where another Elder Black Dragon was sleeping soundly.
In the manga, there's supposed to be two dragons, one was the boss of the dungeon and the other was an ancient dragon who looked for a place to hibernate. Eventually the ancient dragon follows the protagonist for 300 years because he liked the protagonist's cooking.
Drake hope to see two dragons but there was only the dungeon boss.
The demon girls played around with the dragon for another five minutes before killing it. The dragon upon turning into a shadow spoke English perfectly, and asked Drake for a name. He decided to name him after the antagonist of Skyrim, Alduin.
A beautiful decorated treasure chest appeared when the dragon was consumed, it contained another potion, magic sword and precious metals.
This was the third potion with different effects that Drake had obtained, they were just as valuable as the fountain of youth.
Once outside, they headed to the last dungeon with only two floors. Each floor was unbelievably gigantic and were filled with caves containing bosses. One floor was a forest and another was an ocean.
When Drake and his group entered the first floor, they ignored the small monsters and only killed those worthy. They found two caves, one with a Goblin Emperor and another with a Ogre King. Their armies had thousands of different warriors.
On the second floor, there was a beautiful ocean. Drake could sense strong beings deep in the waters but was too bothered to go inside the ocean. They even found the famous cave that was mentioned in the manga.
In the manga, the protagonist's familiars found a cave where a powerful skeleton king was guarding a treasure chest. They would wait outside the cave for the skeleton king to respawn to kill it repeatedly. In the last run, God even awarded them a philosopher's stone with a note saying it was a gift for them.
Drake wanted to know if he could get the philosopher's stone so he took his time and waited outside the cave every time the skeleton king was killed. Drake was also happy with the skeletons shadows, they were very powerful compared to archdemons.
By the fifth run, perhaps God took pity on him but he finally got a philosopher's stone inside the treasure chest. There was no note though.
After getting what he wanted, they continued on their journey.
Drake casually killed a few Krakens as they were the only ones who surfed to confront him. He doubted he could summon them on land though but if he ever had to fight in the ocean, he would throw the krakens.
After 15 minutes of flying, they finally arrived at the end of the dungeon where they found an enormous Leviathan casually floating on the ocean surface and sleeping soundly.
"Were the bosses of these dungeons that bored? They really like to sleep."
The demons laughed and the girls replied:
"Milord, can we play with this one too? I like to use nuclear magic to wake him up." Carrera asked sheepishly.
"I'd like to try his poison resistance!" Ultima asked with her innocent smile.
"Would it resist my white flames?" Testarossa murmured.
"Kufufufu, it's the last foe. I'd like to show my best move." Diablo said.
"Sorry guys, I like to try something."
After saying that, Drake took his zanpakutō, Hiragana, out of his inventory.
The moment he did, the Leviathan woke up feeling the danger. It looked up seeing many figures flying in the sky and it roared defiantly.
Drake didn't say anything, he just channeled his immense mana into the blade and the world darkened, the previous blue sky turned dark like ink and shadows were dancing around the blade.
Drake slashed forward slightly and a powerful shadow slashed at the Leviathan. It was so stunned that it forgot to dodge and was cleaved cleanly in half. The shadow slash didn't stop and continued to travel for miles even breaking and shaking the whole dungeon ocean realm.
"I think I overdid it" Drake murmured.
The demons: "_"
"Milord, how many powerful weapons do you have? I feel so threatened by that sword, I don't think I could face it head on." Carrera remarked.
"When I get more of these, I'll give you one." Drake promised. He still have 4 zanpakutōs cards. Two were for his parents and didn't have enough for the girls.
"It was an impressive attack nonetheless, as expected of my lord." Diablo declared.
Everyone nodded, praising their lord.
Drake extracted the shadow but there was not treasure chest this time since the body was the treasure. Its blue blood was used in elixirs and the meat was top quality.
Drake and his group teleported outside and he began to count his spoils.
