"Is that it?" Mira whispered, her voice filled with awe as we stood before the pedestal in the temple's inner chamber.
The second relic rested on a circular platform that glowed with soft golden light, and it was absolutely stunning. It looked like a telescope, but not any telescope I'd ever seen before. The metal was silver and bronze twisted together in pretty patterns, with magical symbols carved along its length that shine faintly. The lens at one end shimmered with what looked like captured stars.
"That's beautiful," Lyra breathed, stepping closer. "Look at the craftsmanship. Those symbols are ancient astronomical markers."
"Can we just grab it?" Finn asked, eyeing the pedestal suspiciously. "Or is there going to be another challenge? Because I'm running low on magical stamina here."
Tobias reached out cautiously, his hand hovering over the relic. "Only one way to find out."
