The young man carefully approached me while Wei Chen and the Centaur stood a little bit far off. 'Who are you?' I asked angrily, still disturbed by the revelation of the Centaur. 'I have searched for you for years beyond numbers'. Tian Yu replied. 'Why have you been searching for me and how did you find me now?' I asked with obvious confusion in my tone. 'When you activated the Sword,you touched the core of all the Seas. The balance between the Seas was restored just for a moment'. He answered.
My emotions were all over the place now. I felt the need to brace up and really understand what is going on in this world I've found myself. I also,felt a bit of every other emotions from distrust to anger to pity and on. Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder,it was Wei Chen. He said nothing but the noise in my mind quieted. I stood up and looked straight into Tian Yu's eyes and asked him 'Why should I believe you? You have not answered any of my questions directly. Why are you here exactly?'.
Tian Yu hesitated a little and said 'The Centaur was actually right,Princess. When you touched the core,that evil King in your vision felt it and he is coming for you'. 'Princess! Princess! So I am not only the chosen one, I am also a princess. How in the name of the Seas do I comprehend this'. I went into a feat in my mind. ' So,what do we do now? I quizzed him, although I do not trust him any more than I trust the Centaur. As he began to explain 'We need to...', a loud hissing sound began to come from the Sword,which I had placed on a stone beside me.
'They are coming' the Centaur said calmly but fiercely. 'Who is coming?' Wei Chen asked. ' Though still far away,the emissaries of the third to fifth Sea are in a coordinated search for you right now! We must leave immediately' Tian Yu replied with a sense of duty. I did not flinch from where I stood and asked indifferently ' You just said they are still far away,why should we panick and leave?.Just because you said so?' 'Yes they are,but, where we are is the location of the portal that gives access to this Sea, and happenings that take place close to the portal are easily detected'. The Centaur inputted.
' You have to trust me,Zhen. The Sword led me to you. If I could find you through it so can the evil King' Tian Yu pleaded. Still adamant I shouted ' Why should I? I don't even know you!'. I screamed with tears rolling down my face. ' I don't even know myself!'. For the first time since his appearance on that field,Tian Yu's face was filled with compassion. He came close to me and said, 'You will understand everything soon. But first we must leave'. With this I moved closer to the Sword,picked it up and followed Wei Chen to his horse.
Tian Yu's led us on a horse with blue mane. The horse was so beautiful to behold. It was as we moved farther away from the field that I began to observe Tian Yu's features closely. He looked so lean, yet is betrayed by his muscular physique carved through endless battles and hardships. His armour was like nothing I have seen in this world. It seems as though it was forged from mail. The Hauberk was so rare and most certainly would prevent the entrance of a spear or sword from hurting him. I continued my observation of his person closely and a voice called out my name softly. 'Zhen,Zhen'. I looked around trying to guess who called,but Wei Chen was obviously lost in thought as some of the revelation was new to him also. The Centaur was humming the particular sound Wei Chen calmed me with. Tian Yu's was a little ahead of us so it couldn't have been him either. I shook away the voice as I told myself 'maybe it's just in my head'. Few minutes passed and I heard again 'Zhen' I looked around,saw no one save the four of us. Then, I felt the need to check the sword. I took it and instantly,the voice became clearer.
'Zhen, I am the Sword of the Seventh Sea. Forged with the loyalty and oath of all seas. Do not trust the Centaur. Tian Yu and Wei Chen are your allies, although their hearts will stray along the path. Do not cut ties with any,they are profound in your fulfillment of the Prophecy'. With this the voice stopped. I began to think on what the Sword just told me. I have always known there was something off about this Centaur. But then,Tian Yu was not on the list of my loyalists. How do I warn them to be careful of the Centaur? I thought to myself.
The journey continued for another hour,till we got to a place called ' the Roaring Forts'. There wasn't anything special about it to me until I started hearing roars at intervals. The Centaur made us understand that,that's the reason for the name. There are certain beings that communicates with roars and that is their abode. ' What then are we doing here!' I exclaimed. We need to rest a little, while we also get food and water to continue our journey. I was hesitant and uneasy about staying at this place. Since the sword communicated with me I've not been able to notify Wei Chen and Tian Yu.
The three of us sat outside while the Centaur went inside to get what we needed. I could see from a distance that the attendant was also a Centaur. She came back with the things she got,dropped them and told us she wanted to relieve herself. I saw it as the perfect time to inform the two about her.
As I began to speak, a great whirlwind started circling around us. It became more intense by the minute. It lifted the horses first, then the three of us were enveloped in the cyclone.We kept screaming as the wind swallowed us.And then everything went dark.
