Neo couldn't explain it. He could hear the core humming in his ear and feel it whispering to go closer and touch it. Reach for it just like he did inside the dungeon.
Maybe this time, he would understand what happened to him. He would know what the next thing was after the white light.
Neo was about to stand up and walk towards the core when the person in front of him screamed. A young omega sitting in front of Neo suddenly stood up from his chair and began ripping his clothes.
"I can't breathe! I can't breathe! I can't breathe!" The omega cried, running out of his seat and even towards the core.
No one stood up to do anything. Only a few stopped their exam to watch the omega go mad. Neo wanted to stand up and do something, but someone had cuffed his ankles and wrists to the chair.
He couldn't move no matter how hard he tried. He was forced to watch the omega run mad before a couple of bots burst into the classroom and dragged the omega out of the classroom.
