After completing their special training at Mt. Hideaway, Ash and Brock decided to hold a friendly match on the mountainside.
Ash sent out Wartortle, while Brock chose Geodude.
In the heat of the battle, one of Wartortle's powerful Hydro Pump attacks veered off course and slammed into the mountain wall. With a thunderous boom, the rock face collapsed, revealing a hidden, ancient ruin that had been buried for ages.
"This is..." Brock stared in astonishment at the exposed stone chamber.
The room was filled with mysterious murals and inscriptions. In the center sat three massive stone tablets carved with strange symbols.
As they moved in for a closer look, a group of archeologists arrived, having heard the commotion.
"Heavens! This is the legendary Pokémopolis!" the lead archeologist cried out, his hands trembling as he touched the stone tablets. "These inscriptions record the history of Giant Pokémon."
Ash looked at the patterns on the tablets, and his heart skipped a beat.
They clearly depicted the forms of a Giant Gengar, Alakazam, and Jigglypuff.
He immediately thought back to that Giant Dragonite he had met at Bill's Lighthouse and the promise he had made to itthat he would help find its lost companions.
"We must be careful," the archeologist warned. "Legend says these tablets seal away a terrifying power."
Just then, three sneaky figures slipped into the ruins.
The Team Rocket trio had somehow caught wind of the news and were now attempting to break the seal.
"Since you've asked us so sincerely!"
"We shall tell you in all our mercy!"
"To prevent the world from being destroyed!" (The rest of the lines were omitted...)
Ash's eyes turned cold. He was about to stop them when he suddenly changed his mind.
Secretly, he began to circulate his Aura, sending a message to the distant Dragonite. At the same time, he feigned a look of panic and shouted, "What are you doing? Stop at once...!"
Jessie laughed triumphantly. "There must be powerful Pokémon sealed inside these tablets. Once we capture them, we can claim the credit with Boss Giovanni!"
Under Team Rocket's clumsy meddling, two of the tablets suddenly erupted with a blinding light.
The massive figures of Giant Gengar and Giant Alakazam emerged from the brilliance. Their bodies were dozens of times larger than normal Pokémon, and they radiated a suffocating, ancient pressure.
"We did it!" James shouted with excitement.
However, his joy quickly turned to dread. The two Giant Pokémon began a fierce battle the moment they laid eyes on each other. Gengar's Shadow Ball collided with Alakazam's Psychic in mid-air, creating shockwaves that made the entire ruin tremble.
"Run for your lives!" the archeologists screamed in terror.
Ash remained rooted to the spot, his Aura already sensing a response from afar.
Just as the battle between Gengar and Alakazam was about to sweep over the crowd, a dragon's roar shook the heavens.
The Giant Dragonite descended from the sky like a golden meteor. Its wings beat with terrifying power as it landed squarely between the two warring Pokémon.
"Dragonite!" Ash cried out happily.
Dragonite nodded toward Ash before turning to Gengar and Alakazam, letting out a low, majestic growl.
To everyone's surprise, the two Giant Pokémon actually ceased their combat.
Dragonite looked back at Ash, a hint of approval in its eyes.
With a long, resonant cry, the third tablet began to emit a soft glow.
The figure of a Giant Jigglypuff appeared within the light, holding an ancient microphone in its hand.
Dragonite's voice echoed directly in Ash's mind: "Human, you have kept your word. In return, I shall grant you an ancient blessing."
Dragonite exhaled a golden Dragon Pearl, which slowly drifted toward Ash and merged into his body.
Ash felt a surge of warmth flowing through his veins. His Aura absorbed the power of the pearl, evolving in an instant and unlocking a brand-new form.
[Ding! You have received the blessing of the Ancient Dragon God. Aura has advanced! You have successfully obtained the new form: "Aura: Dragon Vein Form."]

Ash felt the new power within him. With a thought, he held his right hand in a sword-finger gesture before his chest. Behind him, three short swords of red, green, and blue appeared, while a pure white sword materialized in front of him.
At the same time, a dragon tattoo surfaced on his skin, and the nubs of dragon horns appeared on his head, their tips glowing with the iridescent light of dragon energy. He looked exactly like an invincible Son of the Dragon Clan!
"Wow, Ash looks so cool!" Misty's eyes were practically turning into stars!
Seeing things go south, Team Rocket tried to slip away, but Dragonite gave them a single glance, and they found themselves pinned to the spot, unable to move a muscle.
Then, under the collective pummeling of the Giant Pokémon, the Team Rocket trio exited the stage at light speed with their signature cry: "We're blasting off again!"
Under the watchful eyes of the three other giants, Dragonite led them as they slowly ascended, eventually vanishing into the horizon.
Before leaving, Dragonite looked back deeply at Ash, its gaze containing the wisdom and expectations of a thousand years.
