9.43 P.M. In an abandoned building that would have been an abandoned school, a sorcerer walked over the broken glass that laid on the ground. The moonlight directly falls over him and the winds hit his face.
Through the side of his eye he peeped down into the school ground and wasn't shocked to find a dozen of police cars gathered underneath.
He slowly tilted his head sideways and with a malicious smile addressed the person who was hiding in the darkness.
"I see you knew I would be here. Have you already secured the dealer too?"
Chiharu came out into the light.
"It is over Megumi Fushigurou. You cannot escape. Even if you pass through me, there are dozens of armed guards ready to intercept you. The best choice for you is to surrender"
"What if I disagree with you?" he asked.
"There is no point in disagreeing" she said.
Between her fingers, Chiharu held a pebble which she imbued with curse energy and flicked towards Megumi. The stone transform into a large mosquito-like curse that flew with quick speed right pass Megumi's cheek. The curse gazed right across his cheek leaving a bleeding cut.
"So you want to decide it with a duel. Very well I accept" Megumi said and pulled out a large knife from his shadow.
Chiharu fling more curse energy imbued stone at him. Each taking the form of a large mosquito. Megumi sliced right through each of them.
When Megumi was about to hit her with his knife, she pulled a strand of her hair and infused it with curse energy. Just when the knife hit the hair strand, it changed into a snake and wrapped around his hand. It was about to bite him, but he squashed his head with the free hand.
At that moment Chiharu unleashed many more flying insect curses that hovered around him. With a quick move he sliced them all down before they could get any closer to him.
'Her technique is just the reversal of Geto's curse manipulation technique. What ever she touches with curse energy turns into a curse. But they are all weak, just nuisances' Megumi thought.
Chiharu had by now realised that she couldn't win by her curse technique alone. Megumi also sensed that she was about to unleash a lot of curse energy at once and he ready himself for the incoming attack.
She horizontally laid her palms on each other and uttered the phrase,
