After she walked away I remained alone in the rain, with a bleeding knee and a soaked uniform. There where dead bodies all over the place, real people with a life and loved ones, people with a family that where risking their life's just like she did, so now I realise I shouldn't feel bad just for her, but for all of them.
I sit quietly thinking about this as I eat the porridge my mom made me for breakfast "Are you okay sweetie? You seem deep in tought" I hear her ask me, and of course, I can't tell her the truth so I'm just going to make something up "I'm just a bit stressed about the exams" I answer with a tierd tone and she nods with a small smile "You're great at studying, I'm sure there's nothing to worry about." She says to me, and then I watch my dad nod "Your moms right, you've got this sweetheart."
But my mind is totally somewhere else while they talk to be. I can't stop thinking about that girl, and I can't help but wonder who is she.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!" Goya basically yells in my ear so loud even Oh gets scared.
I just told them what happened last night, and Goya seems way too invested in this.
"What's with all this fuss? Do you know her or what?" Oh asks Goya with an annoyed look on his face and she nods "Who doesn't know her. Her name is Lin Yan, she has Chinese origins but she moved here two years ago due to her fathers work, he's a politician. She's a second year engendering student at ISE" she goes to school? And an international one? I didn't expect that "that Uni is right next to the one we are applying to"
"That's good, so I can thank her for saving me" Oh rolls his eyes at my words "You kinda just got in the middle of everything, you asked to be saved indirectly from a situation you pushed yourself in." he says.
That's true… but I was too scared to do anything "I was just blinded by fear that's all, hearing a gunshot in real life is scary." I answer truthfully.
"You are so not talking to her" Goya says.
"Why not?"
"Because she's known to be the devil himself. She only talks to her two siblings and doesn't have any other friends even if many people try to approach her, she's stone cold to them, and rude too. Lin is also known for her good looks, and it's rumored she's a lesbian, since she mostly attracts girls, but she always rejects them, people heard her say no one is good enough for her." Typical rich girl who thinks she owns the planed.
But that's not how she looked last night "Are you sure we're talking about the same person? She didn't seem like that at all."
"You met her once." Oh says.
"And there's one more thing. Never ask her anything, or you'll end up in deep shit."
