Chapter 57 - Chapter 055: City of Flesh! Thanks to all the big bosses for their tips, here's an extra chapter!

Ishtar flew in the air, looking at this city turned into flesh, her pure black wings interwoven with pure darkness.

"A living city? Or is it a giant monster itself?" Ishtar looked at the city before her, a hint of curiosity in her eyes.

The strangest thing was that Ishtar felt a dangerous aura here.

Even though it was only a trace, it was quite an absurd thing.

What is a dangerous aura? It's the sensation of something that can threaten one's life; that is a dangerous aura.

Ishtar felt exactly that now. The entire City of Flesh—whether it was buildings, cars, or anything else—had completely fused with flesh and blood.

On the surface of the flesh, countless hideous human faces were constantly struggling and squirming, trying to break free from this City of Flesh.

It was precisely because of this that wails, like a song from hell, echoed continuously.

These human faces wanted to leave but could not; that was the most critical issue.

"Let's test it," Ishtar said, looking at the City of Flesh before her with interest.

The purest Primal Darkness gathered in Ishtar's hand, and then a black beam of light directly pierced through the entire fleshy exterior.

"Roar!!!" A massive roar sounded.

The earth shook. As if Ishtar had touched some forbidden taboo, the entire City of Flesh began to surge with unrest.

Countless masses of flesh vibrated. The surface of the City of Flesh was like a turbulent sea, with flesh surging and overlapping like waves.

Ishtar watched this scene with curious eyes. From beneath that ocean-like City of Flesh, hideous creatures crawled out one by one.

The creatures that emerged were humanoid, beast-like, and some were half-human, half-beast; their only commonality was that they were composed of flesh and blood.

Most strangely, these monsters seemed as if they were just born, their bodies dripping with mucus. Within a minute, these monsters went from being unable to crawl to standing up at a visible speed until the mucus disappeared, completely transforming into Bronze Rank Monsters.

"Interesting. Has this city turned into a monster hatchery? A place that mass-produces monsters?" A strange light flickered in Ishtar's eyes.

The pure black wings on her back vibrated, and her figure turned into a black streak of light that sliced through the sky.

The newly hatched monsters stood atop the City of Flesh, staring blankly at the departing Ishtar, not giving chase as if they were guarding something.

On Su Ye's side, he was strolling to digest his food. The Black Iron Dimensional World was truly too dangerous; he had actually eaten until he was stuffed. This was something that had never happened even in the territory; it was truly dangerous.

Just kidding. In fact, Su Ye had accidentally eaten too much and was feeling a bit bloated.

Lilith followed beside Su Ye, looking at him with a doting smile. In Lilith's eyes, Su Ye could do whatever he wanted.

Regardless of right or wrong, it only mattered if Su Ye wanted to do it. As long as he wished, she would help him achieve it; concepts like right or wrong did not exist for her.

This wasn't just Lilith; it was the same in the eyes of the other troops.

Even Kaisha was like this. Who do you think Kaisha's absolute order comes from? From Su Ye, of course. Everything detrimental to Su Ye is heresy, evil, requiring judgment and purification. To some extent, Kaisha, the embodiment of absolute order, is even more extreme than Lilith.

A black streak of light sliced through the sky. Lilith frowned as she looked toward the heavens, then relaxed; it wasn't an enemy coming to disturb the God Emperor's rest.

The black streak of light landed in front of Su Ye.

"God Emperor," Ishtar said, looking at Su Ye with respect in her eyes.

"What is it, Ishtar?" Su Ye looked at her. Ishtar's level was currently around bronze seven-star. Logically, she should have returned after reaching the peak of bronze nine-star. Why was she back now?

"God Emperor, I've discovered something very interesting. Perhaps you will need it," Ishtar said with a smile as she looked at Su Ye.

"What is it?" Su Ye looked at Ishtar curiously. If he needed it but she hadn't brought it back, was it inconvenient?

"A City of Flesh. It can automatically hatch Bronze Rank Monsters," Ishtar said in a low voice.

Su Ye's eyes showed a hint of surprise. A City of Flesh that automatically hatches Bronze Rank Monsters—interesting. It had to be said that such a thing was indeed useful.

"Where is it? How many Bronze Rank Monsters can it hatch?" Su Ye asked curiously.

"It's unclear for now, but it's true that it hatches monsters. However, that place is very dangerous; there are existences hidden in the depths that can threaten me," Ishtar said solemnly.

"Existences that can threaten you?" Su Ye's eyes narrowed. This was no small matter; he knew Ishtar's strength.

In the territory, besides Pangilia, the Apocalyptic Ultimate Dragon, who could firmly suppress the other Hero Units, the strengths of the other Hero Units were roughly similar.

It was hard to say who was stronger. Even Delmis, One of the Apocalyptic beings, was about the same as the other Hero Units.

Now Ishtar was telling him there were things that could threaten her; this was inherently significant.

"Destroy it?" Su Ye's first thought was destruction. He wouldn't allow such formidable existences in his backyard.

But then Su Ye abandoned that thought. Being able to threaten Ishtar didn't necessarily mean they could actually harm her; it could be something else.

This was a monster factory. According to Ishtar, it could continuously hatch Bronze Rank Monsters.

For a Lord, this was a continuous monster spawn point, a place for subsequent troops to level up.

Thinking of this, Su Ye made a decision.

"In that case, Ishtar, don't go there for now. Go level up elsewhere first, and tell the others not to go there yet," Su Ye said seriously.

"Yes, God Emperor," Ishtar said solemnly. She then glanced at Lilith, and her wings vibrated as she turned into a streak of light and disappeared into the sky.

"God Emperor, are you planning to study that place?" Lilith's voice rang out.

Su Ye looked at Lilith and smiled. "If it can truly produce Bronze Rank Monsters stably, the things inside are definitely not simple. There's no rush to move against that place now; doing so would be meaningless. Better to wait and see. Once all your strengths have increased and there's no more threat, then we'll talk."
