Chapter 23 : Return to Earth and the Secret of the Royal Power
Planet Earth
Suddenly...
CRAAACK!!!
A deafening roar of thunder echoed across the sky.
A bolt of blue and golden lightning struck directly into the garden of Obito's house.
The ground shook violently.
Dust spread in every direction, and when the lightning disappeared, a mysterious golden seal appeared on the earth, engraved with ancient royal symbols that glowed with divine light.
A few moments later, the seal began to shine even brighter.
Two silhouettes slowly emerged from the golden light.
They were...
Obito and Rin.
The thunder had already drawn Rin's parents outside.
The moment they saw Obito and Rin standing safely before them, joy filled their faces.
Rin's mother ran toward her daughter and wrapped her tightly in her arms.
"Rin... you're finally back!"
Rin smiled warmly.
"Yes, Mom. We returned safely."
Rin's father placed a hand on Obito's shoulder.
"Welcome home, son."
Obito bowed respectfully.
"Thank you, Dad."
A little later...
Everyone was sitting together in the living room.
Warm tea rested on the table as the family enjoyed the happiness of being reunited.
After a brief silence, Rin's father looked at Obito.
"So... did you talk to your father about the wedding?"
Obito nodded confidently.
"Yes. I told him everything. He promised that he would come to Earth before the wedding."
Rin's mother smiled happily.
"That's wonderful news."
Obito looked around the room.
"By the way... where's Wang?"
Rin's father replied,
"He's at Jim's house. He's been training there every day."
Obito nodded.
"Then that's where we should go."
A short while later...
Obito and Rin arrived at Jim's house.
As soon as the door opened, Nera greeted them with a bright smile.
"Oh! You two came back from Ahans much sooner than expected."
Rin laughed softly.
"We finished everything earlier than planned, so we thought we'd come back and help with the wedding preparations."
Obito asked,
"Where's Jim?"
Nera pointed toward the distant mountains.
"Jim, Wang, and Hinata are at the training ground."
"Take us there."
A few minutes later...
They arrived at a vast training ground hidden behind the mountains.
Towering cliffs surrounded the enormous stone arena.
Countless sword marks carved into the rocks revealed years of intense training.
As soon as Jim, Wang, and Hinata noticed Obito and Rin, they walked over.
Jim smiled.
"So... did your father agree?"
Obito nodded.
"Yes. He'll be here before the wedding."
Then he turned toward Wang.
"How's Wang's training going?"
Jim answered confidently.
"His physical training is almost complete. The only thing left is learning the Royal Power... and only you or your father can teach him that."
Obito looked at Hinata.
"And what about her?"
Jim smiled proudly.
"She's learned to control her power quite well and has mastered the basics of swordsmanship."
Obito looked surprised.
"Then why aren't you teaching her your family's sword style?"
Jim laughed.
"Are you crazy?"
"Hinata is going to be a mother."
"If something happened to her or the baby during training..."
He grinned.
"Don't you care about your future grandchild?"
Obito smiled.
"Of course I do... but you're being overly cautious."
Jim's expression became serious.
"It's not just caution."
"One day she suddenly collapsed during training."
"That was the day I decided she wouldn't continue our family's swordsmanship training until after the baby is born."
Obito nodded in agreement.
"You made the right decision."
Rin gently held Hinata's hand.
"How's our grandchild doing?"
Hinata smiled warmly.
"The baby's perfectly healthy."
Wang added,
"We went to the hospital for a checkup that same day. The doctor said everything is completely normal."
Obito sighed in relief.
"I'm glad to hear that."
Then he turned toward Rin and Nera.
"Rin... Nera... take Hinata home. She needs to rest."
Jim nodded.
"I agree."
The three women left for the house.
Soon, only Obito, Jim, and Wang remained at the training ground.
Obito slowly walked to the center of the arena.
He looked up at the sky before turning toward Wang.
His voice became calm and serious.
"Wang..."
"The time has come for you to learn the truth behind our Royal Power."
Wang immediately stood at attention.
Obito raised his right hand toward the heavens.
A brilliant golden aura exploded around his body.
Powerful waves of energy spread across the field.
The wind howled violently.
The earth trembled.
Massive stones began to shake.
Obito spoke in a powerful voice.
"The Royal Family's power is unlike any ordinary power."
"Our bloodline is directly connected to Nature itself."
"We don't simply use power..."
"We command Nature's fundamental forces."
He raised one finger.
"Wind."
A massive tornado formed instantly, roaring across the battlefield.
Then he lifted his other hand.
"Water."
Countless droplets appeared in the air.
They merged together, forming an enormous blue dragon that circled above the arena.
Obito continued.
"Heat."
His hands glowed crimson.
Flames burst around his fingers, and intense heat filled the entire battlefield.
Finally, he placed his palm on the ground.
"Earth."
BOOM!!
The ground shook violently.
Gigantic rocks erupted from beneath the earth and floated around him.
Wang stared in complete disbelief.
Obito smiled.
"These..."
"...are Nature's four fundamental elements."
Wind.
Water.
Heat.
Earth.
"They are the foundation of every natural power in existence."
Wang asked in amazement,
"Are those the only elements?"
Obito slowly shook his head.
"No."
"These are only the primary elements."
"Each one can evolve into many Advanced Elements."
He extended his hand.
The flames gathered into his palm.
Moments later, blue sparks danced within the fire.
CRAAACK!!
A bolt of lightning descended from the sky and rested in his hand.
Wang's eyes widened.
"This..."
"...is Lightning."
"It is an advanced form of the Heat Element."
Obito then picked up a stone from the ground.
Within seconds, the rock transformed into shining steel.
"And this..."
"...is Metal."
"It is an advanced form of the Earth Element."
With another gesture, the metal dissolved back into ordinary stone.
Obito continued,
"There are countless advanced elements."
"Ice, Steam, Lava, Crystal, Poison, Magnetism, Ash, Light, Darkness, and many others."
"Every one of them is born from the four fundamental elements."
"But never forget..."
"The foundation of all Natural Power is only four elements."
Wind.
Water.
Heat.
Earth.
Obito looked directly into Wang's eyes.
"This is only the beginning."
"The true power of the Royal Family is far greater than this."
"When you completely master these four fundamental elements..."
"You will awaken their advanced forms."
"And one day..."
"You may even reach powers that only a handful of members of the Royal Family have ever achieved."
Silence filled the training ground.
Even the wind seemed to stop.
Wang's heart raced with excitement and countless questions.
He understood one thing clearly...
From this day onward, a new chapter of his life had begun.
