Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: Ice Meets Flame (R-18)

Moonlight cut through the cracked bamboo screens like silver knives, turning the pavilion into a cage of light and shadow. Wang Xue had Lin Feng pinned flat on the low stone bench before the door even finished clicking shut behind her. Her night robe was already hanging open at the front, heavy breasts swaying as she straddled him, grinding down slow and deliberate, heat radiating off her skin.

"You think you can just say 'fifteen cards' and walk away?" she breathed against his mouth, voice thick with want. "Finish what you started last night."

Lin Feng's hands were already on her waist, sliding up to cup her breasts. He squeezed, thumbs brushing over her nipples until they hardened under his touch. "You're the one who came back looking for it."

"I'm not looking," she hissed, leaning down so one breast pressed to his lips. "I'm taking."

He opened his mouth and sucked—hard. Tongue swirling slow circles around the stiff peak, teeth grazing just enough to make her gasp. Wang Xue arched, fingers knotting in his hair, pulling him closer.

"Ahh… fuck—yes, like that… harder—"

He switched to the other nipple, biting softly while his hand slid between her thighs. She was soaked, slick heat coating his fingers as he pushed two inside her without warning. She clenched immediately, hips jerking.

"Nngh—Lin Feng—deeper—!"

He curled his fingers, stroking that spot that made her tremble, thumb circling her clit in tight, relentless loops. Her moans turned broken, thighs shaking around his hand.

"I'm—gonna—ahhn!"

She came fast and hard—walls pulsing, flooding his fingers, a sharp cry ripping from her throat. He kept going through it, drawing out every shudder until she was whimpering, oversensitive.

When she finally pushed his hand away, gasping, she shoved him back down and yanked his robe open. His cock sprang free—thick, hard, already leaking. She wrapped her hand around him, stroking once, twice, then lowered her head and took him deep.

Lin Feng groaned, head falling back against the stone. Her tongue dragged along the underside, swirling around the head, sucking hard enough to hollow her cheeks. She hummed, the vibration shooting straight through him.

"Shit—Xue—your mouth—"

She bobbed faster, throat relaxing, taking him all the way until her lips kissed the base. One hand pumped what she couldn't fit, the other rolling his balls gently. He tangled fingers in her silver hair, guiding her rhythm—deeper, faster—until his hips bucked.

When he was throbbing, close, he pulled her off roughly.

"Not yet," he growled. "I want to feel you come around me again."

Wang Xue climbed up, positioning herself. She sank down slow—inch by torturous inch—until she was seated fully, both groaning at the stretch.

She rode him hard—hips snapping down, breasts bouncing. Lin Feng gripped her ass, thrusting up to meet her, pounding deep.

"Harder—fuck—harder—!"

He flipped them. Legs over his shoulders, driving into her relentlessly. Skin slapped loud in the quiet pavilion. Her nails raked his back.

"I'm—close—Lin Feng—!"

She shattered—walls fluttering, milking him, crying his name. He buried himself deep and came with a low groan, spilling hot inside her.

They collapsed, breathing ragged, bodies slick and tangled.

Wang Xue stared at the ceiling. "Fifteen cards… you really have fifteen."

Lin Feng brushed damp hair from her face. "That's all you need to know for now."

She turned, eyes searching his. "Why tell me even that?"

He smiled—small, unreadable.

Dawn – private training ground behind broken pillars

Mist clung low to the ground, turning the outer training field into a sea of gray. Wang Xue waited in black training robes, hair tied back, arms crossed. She looked colder than usual, but the faint flush on her cheeks told a different story.

Lin Feng arrived quietly.

"You wanted proof," he said.

She nodded. "Show me."

He raised both hands.

Fifteen cards shimmered into existence.

They shot out from his body like living light—swirling around him in a slow, dangerous orbit. Fire, Water, Wood, Lightning, Metal, Earth, Light, Space, Time. Anger, Fear, Joy, Sorrow, Pride… and the rest hidden in the glow.

Wang Xue's breath caught. "Fifteen… all at once."

Lin Feng's eyes stayed on her.

He extended one hand toward her Ice Lotus domain—already open, frost creeping across the ground, air turning brittle cold.

"Watch."

He commanded only one card.

The Fire card detached from the orbit, floated forward, and hovered above her frost.

Normally her ice would freeze anything it touched.

But the Fire card pulsed once—soft, controlled—and the crimson light washed over the frost.

The cold didn't disappear.

It… calmed.

The biting chill softened. The frost shimmered, still beautiful, still deadly, but no longer so sharp it would tear skin on contact. Like fire had taught ice restraint.

Wang Xue stared. "You cooled my Ice Lotus. Made it… gentler. Without burning it away."

Lin Feng nodded once. "Just this. Nothing more."

The fifteen cards spun faster for a heartbeat—then shot back into his body, vanishing without a trace.

Wang Xue stepped closer. "How?"

Lin Feng met her eyes. "Fifteen cards. More options."

She searched his face. "You're still hiding something."

He smiled—small, dark. "Maybe."

Before she could press, he turned. "Go. Before someone sees."

Wang Xue hesitated—then left, robe whispering against the mist.

Lin Feng watched her disappear.

Later – shadowed path back to his room

Halfway down the narrow, shadowed path, Lin Wei stepped out from behind a pillar—face twisted, eyes burning with hate.

Lin Wei had seen them.

He'd watched from the trees as Wang Xue slipped into the pavilion the same time Lin Feng did. He'd waited, heart pounding, fists clenched, imagining what they were doing inside. The muffled moans that drifted on the wind. The way the door stayed shut for too long.

Now he stood there shaking—with rage, with humiliation, with something darker he refused to name.

"You," Lin Wei hissed, stepping closer. "Stay the fuck away from Wang Xue."

Lin Feng stopped. Didn't speak.

Lin Wei's voice dropped lower, venom dripping. "I saw you. Both of you. Going into that pavilion at the same time. You think I'm stupid? She's promised to our line. To me. You're nothing but the bastard—the whore's son who thinks thirteen cards make him worthy."

Lin Feng stayed silent.

Lin Wei's lip curled into a sneer. "Lady Mei Lin is furious. She's already convinced Father to summon you. Today. She said—" He leaned in, smirking like he could already see the blood. "—'the mongrel won't leave that hall alive.'"

Lin Feng looked at him for a long moment.

Then he smiled—slow, cold.

"Tell her I'll be there."

Lin Wei laughed—short, ugly—and turned away.

Lin Feng watched him go.

The alarm bells from earlier still echoed faintly in the distance.

But inside his core, the Lust card pulsed once—hot, hungry.

They're summoning the end of everything they know.

And the woman waiting in that hall… she has no idea what she's about to lose.
