Nathan did not wait to be announced. He pushed the doors open and walked in. The moment Nathan stepped into his father's chamber, the aura radiating from it was terrifying. He knew for a fact that something was about to befall him.
King Azai stood by the tall window, his hands clasped behind his back as he looked out over the bright kingdom.
"You took your time," the King said without turning.
Nathan closed the door behind him. "You asked me to come," he replied calmly. "Not to rush in here."
