It turns out that when God closes a door for you, he will inevitably help you open a window.
Now that Hyacine and Barbara realized that healing monsters could also count as salvation, this mission was likely to develop in a completely different direction.
As two kind-hearted healer girls, they naturally couldn't bring themselves to intentionally injure humans just to heal them for the sake of the mission. What difference would there be between them and a certain delinquent student with a pompadour?
They were gentle and kind girls who only showed their true hearts to their companions; they would never hurt them!
That being the case, who were the girls going to hurt?
If it were for their companions or for patients suffering from illness, Hyacine and Barbara would probably sacrifice themselves to save others, as neither girl lacked the spirit of self-sacrifice.
However, these monsters were different!
Aside from a few special exceptions, most monsters were enemies of humanity; the moment they discovered a human, they would kill them at all costs.
This was practically the monsters' instinct. Unless they possessed extremely high intelligence, they simply could not coexist with the various races on the surface.
For these villains, even doctors would not save them—they would only plunge a scalpel into their hearts!
When humanity is in peril, even if those hands were not born for combat, they will take up weapons to protect their companions.
"So let's go, Barbie!"
"Let those monsters witness the power of the storm!"
As a Demigod of the sky, Hyacie could naturally use the power of the wind, even enhancing or weakening Little Ica's damage.
And as a believer in the Anemo Archon Barbatos, although Barbara held a Hydro Vision, if she were to say, "Lord Barbatos, help me," she should be able to get some assistance... right?
In reality, Barbie was still a bit worried. Compared to Hyacie, she really couldn't be called that outstanding; she was just a Vision holder, lacking the powerful Strength of a Demigod.
But this didn't mean Barbie was willing to wait for death. She desperately wanted to help, but because her own Strength was limited, she could only rely on the rather unreliable Lord Barbatos.
"Lord Barbatos, may I entreat you to grant me the protection of the wind? Though I know this is presumptuous, in order to help my companions and complete the mission... I must become stronger!"
Thinking all her efforts were in vain, just as Barbie was about to give up, a gentle breeze actually blew in from afar, swirling around the blonde girl. Moreover, without harming the girl, it enhanced many of her abilities.
"Lord Barbatos..."
Witnessing this scene, Barbie was especially moved. She hadn't expected that Lord Barbatos, who usually did nothing but slack off, would actually respond to her expectations.
Furthermore, within that gentle whirlwind, Barbie could even sense the words Barbatos spoke to her...
'If you are trapped in a windless land, I shall play the Skyward Sonnet.'
This Lord Barbatos was simply too cool!
As if to respond to the Anemo Archon from another world, Barbie hurriedly clasped her hands together in the posture of a devout nun, praying to the whirlwind surrounding her.
"Lord Barbatos..."
"I hope that in the future, you can do more proper work like this, instead of constantly drinking in taverns or wandering around outside..."
"That's not good..."
It was meant to be a normal prayer; Barbie hoped Barbatos could act more like a proper Deity instead of frequently being hungover.
However, before her prayer even finished, the wind surrounding the girl vanished... without any warning!
"Barbatos!! Do some proper work—!!"
The wind returned...
"You really prefer the hard way over the easy way. I clearly gave a devout prayer, so why do you still tease me like this, L·o·r·d· B·a·r·b·a·t·o·s?"
Through the breeze dancing at her fingertips, Barbie seemed to see a youth dressed in green drinking wine while apologizing to her, even striking an "ehe" pose.
With no other choice, Barbie had to temporarily give up on pursuing the matter and focus her attention on the upcoming level progression.
"I didn't expect to actually borrow Lord Barbatos's power... Let's go, Hyacie! This time, I won't hold us back!"
"Then let's work hard together, Barbie!"
With Barbatos's help, Barbie could briefly keep up with Hyacie. Since neither was a warrior, what awaited them in the future would be an unprecedented path for healers...

Crash!
Inside a cramped and cluttered room, an empty wine glass suddenly fell to the floor for some reason, sending shards flying everywhere.
Lifting one's gaze, the person who came into view was a red-haired goddess with a figure as flat as a tablet... Loki.
Under normal circumstances, Loki kept her eyes squinted, making it obvious that this goddess was anything but ordinary.
Yet now, this goddess had her eyes wide open for some reason, as if she had seen something unbelievable.
"Th-this..."
"Some bastard actually dares to steal people from me?"
Although it was just a vague feeling, Loki was a god after all, and a powerful Deity at that; she sobered up almost instantly.
A malicious god with a personality somewhat similar to her own seemed to be setting their sights on her children?
"Which guy has such guts? Wind? Is it the wind?"
"Aura? Shu or Stribog?"
Aura, the goddess of the breeze in Greek mythology; Shu, the god of wind and air in Egyptian mythology; and Stribog, the god of wind in Slavic mythology.
"No, none of them are right... Is it actually someone I've never met before?"
After carefully sensing that aura, Loki found that she completely didn't recognize the other party. This was quite awkward.
"No way! I have to find those children right away. They're the Messiah! If someone else abducts them, where will I put my face?"
Loki often acted like a minor character and was an unreliable Deity in most situations, but there was one thing she would not allow...
And that was stealing people from her, Loki!
"Even that nympho Freya can't steal people from me. What kind of thing are you?"
"Hyacine! Barbara! Where has everyone gone?"
After looking away for just a moment, the two Messiahs had vanished from the Familia, without even a shadow in sight.
"Is their speed actually this fast?"
Realizing where the two had gone, Loki's expression turned ugly immediately.
"Fine! To think they went to the Dungeon behind my back. No wonder they were targeted by another Deity!"
"They're revolting! They're revolting!"
"Finn! Gareth! Riveria!"
"Quick, come help me! Something big is about to happen!"
In the captain's office, Finn and Gareth heard Loki's voice from afar and helplessly pressed their hands to their foreheads.
Meanwhile, Riveria pushed the door open with a look of indignation, staring at the embarrassing red-haired goddess before her with an unfriendly expression.
"Loki! Besides drinking yourself into a stupor and wandering around, can't you do something proper?"
"Ehe! I don't want to!"
