Qiu Dingjie was seen running to the corner of school playground, a favourite, usual chosen place of his introvert friend to wait for him in the crowded area.
His cheerful voice has successfully grab the attention of the beautiful teenager who is staring blankly at the space in front of him.
Looking up, Huang Xing saw his friend running while waving at him. Unconsciously, his originally cold face soften, a smile appear like flower blooming.
Qiu Dingjie look at that smile and couldn't help muttering to himself 'how cute'.
"Qiuqiu, you are here. What breakfast did you buy?
Qiu Dingjie has just arrived in front of Huang Xing, who gently took the bag containing breakfast from his hand.
"I got us sandwiches, a few meat bun and mineral water. Is that okay?"
"Of course. You did a good job"
Qiu Dingjie smile happily receiving this affirmation. " Let's eat. The newbie lord trial will start in a while. Better fill our stomach properly first." Saying that, he took Xing hand and guide him to sit under the tree.
Both of them qiuckly eat the breakfast, oh no, only Qiu eating qiuckly while Xing still eating slowly and elegantly next to him.

Opening the bottle cap of mineral water, Xing give it to Qiu, who has already finish eating his breakfast.
Qiu take the bottle and drink it. Having finish his breakfast, he quickly clean up the trash from the food packaging. Looking at Xing, he wait a few minutes for xing to finish the last few bite of sandwich in his hand.
"A-Xing give me yours."
"Oh, here"
"Drink water" Qiu give the already open bottle water to him, than qiuckly got up, walk to trash bin at the corner a few meters from them and throw away all the trash.
Xing follow Qiu with his eyes while drinking his water obediently.
"Here" Xing give the bottle back to Qiu who has walk back and squat down beside him.
Qiu take it and drink a few more sips,
"You want more?" Looking at Xing, he ask that.
Xing shook his head cutely, signaling his refusal.
"Then I will keep it first." He thought about it, causing the water bottle to disappear into his storage space.
"Come, get up, the principal and teachers will come in a while." Qiu get up first, while speaking softly to his A-Xing, he help him get up.
Xing got up with Qiu help, standing properly beside him. They wait quietly for about a minute, precisely when time is at 7:58 a.m. , when suddenly there is a commotion among the student in front of them.
Both of them look up at the platform that suddenly appeared in the school playground, the source of the whisper among the student.
This white platform is circular with some pattern in it, it stood about 1.5 meters above the ground.
After the platform fully stabilized, dozens of figures appear on the platform accompanied by burst of different colours light.
It is the principal and teachers of Xinjiang No. 2 High School. The figure in tge middle, the principal step forward and make sign for the student to keep quiet.
This principal is a man who look to be in his thirties, possessing a dignified aura about him. He clear his throat then speak up clearly and concisely to all the student here.
"All student, I believe you know and has already prepare for what will happen today. You have learn all knowledge you should know about lord in more than a decade of schooling, so I won't say much. As your teacher, I hope you can do your best and come back safely from this newbie lord trial."
Having finished his yearly routine speech, he motion for all the student to get ready.
"Then good luck to all of you." With that he gesture mysteriously in the air a few time, then a burst of white light blindingly came, covering all the student in the school playground. When the white light reside, all of the student originally in the school playground disappeared.
The principal sigh softly, thinking to himself
'wonder how many student can come back safely this time?'.
He didn't know why, but recently the number of fallen student in the newbie trial lord has increased significantly. Information from the higher ups only tell him not to worry about it, but how can he not?

As for Huang Xing and Qiu Dingjie, they held each other hand tightly and close their eyes the moment the white light appeared. Then the feeling of weightlessness came, making them tighten the grip in their hand.

"Are you okay?" Xing look at Qiu and ask that softly.
"Fine, how about you?" Qiu answer it with a smile and ask back.
"I'm okay." Then looking at his surroundings, prompting Qiu to also look around.
