Effect:
Anything the circle touches is cut, evaporated, or melted instantly, due to the energy being hotter than the surface of the sun.
If the circle is flawed (asymmetrical, incomplete, or shaky), it explodes, causing damage to Isagani and everything nearby.
Range/Projectile: The circle can be flicked forward as a projectile, slicing through targets at a distance. It vanishes immediately after contact.
