"Hello, I begin my spy-family TikTok spam," is what Khalessi first messaged me.
I was given two TikTok edits for me to watch. I didn't use TikTok at all, but I was fine with her sending me edits. Never once in my life was I ever sent edits. Truth be told, I always wanted to befriend someone who also enjoyed visual edits.
I panicked back then and asked whether there were any spy-family spoilers, since I had not read the manga. Khalessi told me that the Attack Titan author drew Spy X Family in his artwork. The first toktik edit was about that.
"The second TikTok is a painting."
"I don't mind if you sent me edits even though I don't use toktik at all".
Khalessi sent me a cat with big eyes as a reply.
We were both in the friendship honeymoon phase or whatever at this time. No wonder we were so excited to talk to each other and all.
"Omg, Khalessi, look at this gif of Aerith Gainsborough and how cute she is"
"Oh em gee, I bi-panicked when I first saw her in Final Fanasty7"
I showed Khalessi a GIF of Kokomi from Genshin.
"Kokomi is gorgeous, and I love her aesthetic. She's giving space waterbender energy."
Lizmarie was not wrong, though. Kokomi can indeed manipulate water, but she was not from outer space.
"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, Aerith is my first fictional wife and someone whom I will forever simp for".

Pretty sure I sent her an edit of Raiden Shotgun from Instagram.
"Playing the game just for her."
Soon, I would watch Khalessi fall into a simping hole for the Raiden Shotgun. She wanted to wish for her. She wanted to build her and get her signature weapon.
"I am deceased" is what Khalessi says upon first seeing a Genshin Impact Raiden Shogun gif. I especially showed her the more attractive gifs of her to Khalessi as well.
"She would 100% be one of my mains".
"Well her banner was like a month ago, I think you should save up for her once you have the time for Genshin."
"I don't know what that means but alright!"
"Wait have you ever played Genshin?"
"Only once like a year ago, hahaha! I like the game but I haven't gotten a chance to get into it."
Khaleesi proceeded to set a reminder where she would ignore her physics academics and play genshin instead. The reminder: [FUCK PHYSICS, TIME TO PLAY GENSHIN]
"Hold me accountable" she told me.
I asked what her adventure rank was. She did not remember at all. She opened the game and I could see a screen that was downloading resources. Genshin takes a pretty long time to download resources after all.
I told her that Genshin has an update every 6 weeks.
"I may not play tonight since it's 12am and I need to wake up early tommorow. But I want to see my level and add you in Genshin before zzzzzzzzzzz (sleep)."
"In the meantime, I will be right back looking for spy x family edits for serotonin."
Khaleesi showed me an instagram post and a meme of Anya: "I can buy peanuts but you can't buy bitches." I was laughing at the meme.
She showed me Yor fanart and edits. I asked her what she thought of Yuta from Jujutsu Kaisen. She ended up barking and saying that Yuta was her king.
We ended up bonding about Jujutsu Kaisen and Genshin Impact. Khaleesi and I were talking about who she would simp for. She was also telling me about her journey of downloading Genshin as well.
