A dimension of endless white stretched beyond imagination.
There was no sky.
No ground.
No horizon.
Only a silent void — pure, blinding white — where distance lost meaning and time itself felt hesitant to move.
one of creater, assassin knelt.
His head was lowered so deeply his forehead nearly touched the white floor. His body trembled uncontrollably.
The Creator standing before him radiated quiet pressure — a suffocating presence that crushed thought itself.
A cold voice echoed across the void.
"Why," the Creator asked, "are you taking so long to kill two people?"
The words were calm, yet the dimension itself seemed to distort under them.
The assassin hurriedly spoke, cutting the being off mid-sentence.
"P-Please forgive me, my lord! Please forgive me! I am such a fool—"
The air exploded.
Before he could finish, the Creator's anger manifested. A single kick struck the assassin's chest, sending him sliding across the white surface as though gravity barely existed.
"Did I ask for excuses?"
The voice deepened.
"You chose this mission yourself."
The assassin scrambled back onto his knees, shaking violently.
"This is your last chance," the Creator continued. "If you fail… you already know what happens."
Silence followed.
Then the towering black figure vanished — erased as if it had never existed.
The assassin remained kneeling long after, sweat dripping down his face, fear refusing to leave his body.
The scene shifted.
Null and Leo stood inside the clocktower.
Dust floated through faint rays of light breaking through cracked windows. The giant gears above them creaked slowly, though neither remembered hearing them move before.
Leo frowned first.
"How did we even get here so suddenly?"
Null looked around calmly, though confusion lingered in his eyes.
"I don't know," he replied. "It feels like I was always in this clocktower… but at the same time, I never actually saw anything inside it—"
"Stop," Leo interrupted, raising a hand. "No need to confuse me more."
Null tilted his head slightly.
"Do you know how I came here?"
Leo scratched his head.
"I… can't understand anything right now."
Null nodded slowly.
"You're right. I can't explain it either."
Silence filled the room for several minutes.
Only the ticking of unseen mechanisms echoed.
Then Null suddenly spoke.
"I have an idea."
Leo glanced at him suspiciously.
"…I don't like that tone already."
"Try asking your phone."
Leo froze.
"…I think that's a bad idea."
"Just try."
After a long sigh, Leo reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. The screen lit up, illuminating his face.
Immediately, a tiny chibi version of himself appeared on the screen.
"You don't need to say good night before sleep," Chibi Leo said cheerfully. "By the way, sweet dreams—"
"I'm not going to sleep," Leo interrupted.
Chibi Leo froze.
His eyes widened dramatically as he leaned closer to the screen.
"…You're joking, right?"
Leo blinked in confusion. "No."
Chibi Leo slowly dropped to his knees.
"Why…?" he whispered.
Then he suddenly shot back up, panicking.
"WHY ARE YOU NOT SLEEPING?! Look at your battery! Fifteen percent!
Leo winced. "I just need help. I promise I'll sleep after this."
Chibi Leo crossed his arms, clearly unhappy.
"…Fine. But only limited questions."
"Deal."
Leo straightened.
"First question — what are the assassin's abilities?"
Chibi Leo nodded.
"He has two abilities. First: teleportation magic. But instead of teleporting himself or you, he teleports the land in front of you. That's why everything feels like it's looping."
Leo's eyes widened slightly.
"And the second?"
Chibi Leo shrugged.
"No data."
Leo clicked his tongue.
"Second question. How did Null teleport here?"
Chibi Leo answered immediately.
"When the assassin punching you, all his concentration focused on killing you — not maintaining teleportation. The town returned to its original position."
He pointed at Null through the screen.
"But because of Axiom, Null became an error."
Null remained silent.
"He was pushed into the fourth dimension," Chibi Leo continued. "However, Axiom recognizes only real-world logic. Since the fourth dimension doesn't exist under Axiom's rules, it automatically relocated him near the nearest magic user."
Leo exhaled slowly.
"…That's insane."
"Reality is complicated," Chibi Leo replied smugly.
Leo nodded again.
"next question. How were my injuries healed?"
Chibi Leo's expression turned serious.
"When you entered Axiom's range, it removed all 'false' phenomena connected to the assassin — including damage caused by him."
Leo absorbed the explanation quietly.
"And time's up!"
The phone screen instantly went black.
Leo stared at it for a moment before slipping it back into his pocket. He took a deep breath.
"I think… we know his weakness."
Null looked at him.
"What is it?"
Leo sighed again and pointed at himself.
"Me."
Null frowned.
"I'm going again. You stay here."
"But if that happens again—"
"Don't worry." Leo smiled faintly. "I can't die."
He turned toward the exit.
"And I believe you'll come save me again."
Without waiting for a response, Leo walked away.
The moment he stepped forward—
The world changed.
The town disappeared.
Sound vanished.
Everything became white.
Pure white.
No buildings. No sky. No shadows. Nothing existed except endless emptiness.
Leo turned back.
The door was gone.
"…Yeah," he muttered. "That figures."
He turned forward again.
The assassin stood before him.
Smiling.
"How many times must I say it?" the assassin said casually. "Welcome, Leo."
Leo felt fear crawl up his spine, but his expression remained calm.
"Where am I?"
"Oh, my boy," the assassin laughed softly. "Why so serious? I'm in the mood to play a game."
Leo narrowed his eyes.
"What game?"
The assassin pulled a coin from his pocket, letting it glint between his fingers.
"This game is called Coin Flip."
He flipped it once, catching it effortlessly.
"If heads comes, I win. If tails comes, you win."
Leo frowned. "Why should I play?"
The assassin shrugged.
"If you refuse, I leave you here forever… and go hunt your beloved friend instead."
Leo stepped closer instantly.
"…Fine. Start."
The assassin grinned.
He placed the coin on his thumb.
"Three…"
"Two…"
"One point five…"
"One point three…"
"One point two—"
"Stop your stupid counting," Leo snapped. "Just flip it."
The assassin's smile widened.
"As you wish."
The coin shot into the air, spinning endlessly between life and death.
And as it turned—
The world held its breath.
