A group of Talons had finally breached the manor's defense system, sacrificing several of their own in the process. Only then were they barely able to reach the central area of the estate.
They landed on the roof and entered the mansion through windows and other openings.
However, none of them realized something strange.
The entire house appeared completely empty.
While the Talons were still confused, deep in the basement, Black Lily sat calmly on a sofa, slowly wiping down her beloved weapon—Black Lily's Kiss.
Beside her sat Harley and Selina.
Selina wore her iconic black Catwoman suit, the tight leather outfit outlining her graceful figure. Yellow goggles rested around her eyes.
Harley, on the other hand, wore her familiar outfit: a red-and-white T-shirt, a red-and-blue jacket, red-and-blue shorts, and fishnet stockings covering her slender legs.
Her hair was still the same bright blonde.
The original design had been Jin's idea, though Harley had later added her own creative touches.
"What about little Stephanie?" Harley suddenly asked while applying makeup in front of the mirror.
"I think she's adorable."
In Harley's mind, Stephanie had always been Jin's little follower and apprentice.
Naturally, Harley had already assumed the role of Stephanie's sister-in-law.
Most importantly, Stephanie seemed like the type of girl who wouldn't compete with her.
"No."
Black Lily calmly finished wiping her weapon.
"The boss already said she isn't ready."
"She's still too inexperienced."
"Fine."
"SMACK!"
Harley slammed her hand on the dressing table.
Her expression suddenly turned angry.
"It's all because of those annoying idiots!"
"They forced Jin to go investigate, and now we're separated!"
"We could have been sharing a bed tonight!"
Like a patient who had just escaped from a mental hospital, Harley suddenly jumped onto the dressing table and raised her arms dramatically.
"Are you ready, sisters?!"
She looked down at the two women below.
"It's time to defend our—"
She paused.
"No!"
"It's time to defend the love nest of me and Jin!"
Unfortunately, neither Selina nor Black Lily responded.
Selina half-squinted at Black Lily.
Black Lily returned the same expression.
Their eyes silently communicated the same thought.
What exactly did Jin see in this woman?
Harley completely ignored their reactions.
She grabbed the large wooden hammer leaning beside the dressing table, swung it through the air, and rested it proudly on her shoulder.
"Go! Go! Go!"
Black Lily and Selina exchanged another glance.
Harley had already rushed out without even forming a plan.
It was… very much her style.
The two women could only sigh helplessly and follow after her.
Harley raised her hand to shade her eyes and began scanning the area like a soldier searching for enemies.
Soon, she spotted a Talon turning the corner about ten meters away.
Her eyes lit up.

Without hesitation, Harley raised her hammer and charged forward like a suicidal warrior.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!"
Hearing the screaming, the Talon immediately rushed toward her as well.
While running, the Talon threw a dagger straight at Harley.

Harley's foot suddenly slipped.
"Thud!"
She fell flat onto the ground.
By sheer coincidence, the dagger passed harmlessly over her head.
Everyone froze.

The dagger had missed her by mere centimeters.

Her weapon, Black Lily's Kiss, shifted into sniper mode.
She calmly aimed at the Talon.
"Bang!"
A powerful energy bullet fired from the barrel.
The shot hit the Talon's chest with perfect accuracy, causing his movement to freeze.
"BOOM!"
Harley seized the opportunity.
Her hammer came crashing down from above.
The massive weapon smashed the Talon's head directly into the ground.
Harley's strength was no joke.
The Talon's skull shattered instantly.
According to Jin, Talons weren't truly living humans.
They were closer to undead weapons.
Therefore, the three women showed absolutely no mercy.
Especially Black Lily, who was a professional assassin.

More Talons appeared.
Nearly ten of them surrounded the three women.
Men and women alike, each wielding different weapons.
They had been attracted by Harley's two extremely loud battle cries.
Selina and Black Lily both looked toward Harley at the same time.

"It looks like this idiot sent a signal to his companions before dying."

Something suddenly crashed through the floor-to-ceiling window.
Glass shattered everywhere.
A purple figure landed gracefully on the ground.

Her blonde hair fluttered behind her.
