"So all of that was real…"
The man was sitting on the forest floor with his back against a giant root jutting out of the ground.
His legs were extended forward and his hands rested at his sides while his eyes were fixed on his own body.
He knew this wasn't his original body, it was taller, broader, and now disgustingly muscular.
Then he raised an arm and began moving it with some difficulty.
"…This body is pretty heavy," he said out loud, flexing his arm to watch the muscle show through the fabric. "Though being honest, it's way better than the previous one."
He let out a heavy sigh.
"That god is absolute garbage at customer service," he muttered as he sat up a little. "No tutorial, no guide, not even a 'good luck with what's ahead.' He just threw me here and took off."
But as if his words had triggered something, a translucent window materialized in the air in front of him.
And seeing it, he knew immediately it was a stats screen.
