Clang-clang! Scrape-scrape!
Under the cloudy sky, I was in the watchtower near the temple with the Goddess.
The laborers could be seen working busily.
We were watching that sight with satisfaction.
The temple was almost taking shape. It seemed the temple would be restored if we called the laborers two or three more times.
From the perspective of having spent money, it was a moment that made my chest swell. The Goddess must be very happy with this, right?
I glanced at the Goddess.
"Goddess, how is it?"
"I am happy. For my temple... is being resurrected!"
"Right? I told you it was good to rebuild it. Just a little more now!"
"In the temple, I wish to meet humanity once again."
Finishing her words, the Goddess smiled brightly. She was like a girl anticipating what her Christmas present would be.
