Upon the dawn of the 8th day Munir decided to begin training his fighting prowess. He , from a young age had been given training lessons with a sword by his father, due to that he was already quite adept at wielding swords. However his hand to hand abilities were lacking as he never had to rely on anything but his brute strength to overwhelm opponents in combat .
Realising the only thing he could currently perform a simple repellent force around his entire body with anima and the fact he couldn't use Vis Collector due to it not unlocking itself again. He decided to hone his hand to hand abilities to use in tandem with anima.
Thus he began his training. He focused the morning with basic arm strikes, focusing all his strength with every single blow. The barrage of punches cut through the wind making a hissing sound as if his hands were blades. The barrage didn't look professional however the only technique that was visible were simple jabs, hooks and straights however the majority of his strikes were random swings into the air. This is how he spent his first 3 hours of his day.
His entire body gave out slamming onto the floor, it looked as if he died. His lungs were now heavy with fatigue. Every breath he took felt like sharp knives stabbing into his chest, he laid there panting for a while. The feeling in his arms now faded completely living behind only their physical forms, a sharp sting pain ached across his entire body. So Munir just laid there, his long leg stretched completely out the wind whispering him songs of the world.
Munir breathed in all the air he could muster, he slightly coughed after this as more of his energy began to return. He knew he had a limited time, he had to find that rune boar and defeat it in time. Slowly forcing himself up by rolling on to his back then throwing himself up. He sat cross legged in his meditative posture.
His body needed time to recover so with that he began his anima training. Focusing on the Anima within him he began to meditate. Upon yesterday's understanding of the constant outward flow of anima, he began to hone in on that sensation he felt.
His mind circulated around that feeling for hours the exact sensation it gave of flooding his mind and being etched into his very being. Although Munir could increase the outflow in a large burst to create a powerful invisible force around him that however was a last resort for him, due to its stamina requirements.

"Hmm, does this kid not get bored he's been at this for hours not to mention his morning workout"
Wuandril began to think back to when he first began training and how he used to skip a lot of his lessons due to the preconceived notion of him being a rare talent.
He began snacking on more food that he stole from Munir, even making the theft look like an animal attack. However Wuandril could justify this to himself due to the fact he had been healing the boy every night to help speed up his recovery. This took a lot out of Owl eye increasing his hunger, also due to laziness he didn't want to travel back and forth from the mountain and society deciding to stay up there full time only having a bird with Alexander to give him updates.
"The kids got some of it right but he is still a good bit off. I wonder how much the boss wrote down to help him grasp basic aura"

'GROWL'
Munir's meditation was broken by the wave of hunger that flooded his entire body. His throat was completely dry, he felt as if he had fasted 30 days straight. The boy weakly crawled towards the wooden barrels that he had stored water in looking into their depths of the barrels that contained the water. Only a few tiny drops remained at the bottom.
His body slumping down, facing the reality of his situation he forced himself up and grabbed the barrel to head toward the stream.
He grabbed one of the daggers that were left behind as a sort of protection even though he knew any animal in the forest wouldn't see it as a threat.
As he entered the forest, the presence of Anima began to grow. Due to him having better fundamental understanding of Anima he could now feel the different levels of Anima present. Before he could only tell that there was Anima all around him. Diving deeper into the forest Munir began to focus more on his surroundings and the fear the three Dedire put in flashed across his mind with each step.
When he was positioned around 45 metres from the river, felt a wave of killing intent flood over him. Instinctively he shit his head back as a large rodent like creature drilled through the air where his head once stood. It landed on by the flood around 2 metres away from him. The beast was shaped like a fusion of a house cat and a rat. Its hairless body showing its black skin, large claws protruded out its boney limbs. The eyes were orbs of red leaking its intent to kill Munir.
Munir quickly grabbed his knives out his sheath just in time to meet the rodents claws. The beast flew back to its starting position as the impact made the boy reel back his feet digging into the soil beneath to gain balance.
'"If it's a creature from up here it must have an ability that uses Anima. I couldn't sense any when he used his claws so it must be something it's hiding. Even still it's strength it crazy"'
Munir lunged towards it swinging his knife at its head. The rodent jumped into the air avoiding his attack, however this was his plan it could now no longer redirect itself. Clenching his fist he went in for a hook to end the fight. But that's when he felt a large release of Anima from the beast body that shot it past Munir and the fist he made for it.
'"What the hell was that? Did he release Anima to evade my fist mid air. Is the same principle that I use to repel the anima out my body?"'
Before he could ponder on his thoughts any longer his opponent came back at swiping for his chest. He could barely dodge the majority of the attack but still received a small cut on his chest. Before the creature could even land Munir stabbed his blade into it he missed his target of its head but still created a large wound in its torso. The rodent let off a screech that felt deafening and stunned the boy in place, it was as if his whole body was being shook by the sound. The rodent still flew back from its injury slamming into a tree.
'"It seems the rat can't use his little dash to get close to each other. However that screech wasn't normal I could sense Anima around me increasing"'
Regaining control of his body he leaped towards the beast to end it. Before he got hit with another screech. He was far closer to it this time, only around 30cms from the head. The previously deafening sound now felt like a lullaby. Munir's whole body trembled uncontrollably, his mind bouncing around his skull. As the rodent swiped its claws to end the battle.
Just before the rodent's claws dug into his face an unnaturally large 'tree branch' swung and hit the beast, sending it away.
'"Damn it I got lucky, if it was for the bit of the tree falling on him I would be dead now. That screech is his ability. I sensed the Anima from it. That means that mid air redirect was just basic Anima control"'
Munir stood there in the little clearing that was created by their skirmish. His eyes darted around checking to see where his opponent would reappear from. Claws leaped in from behind him. They were met by the cold steel of the boy's blade. Using his strength Munir pushed his blade downwards forcing the beast to the floor.
"It seems you got a cat's abilities as well you rat."
It landed on it four feet before swiping at Munir's achilles tendon. He jumped into the air trying to stomp on the creature however before he could another screech was let of. He could barely gain balance when he landed the rodent now repositioned away from him. Before either could draw in another breath they leaped at each other.
The sparks their claws and knife made flew around them, they wouldn't even fully disperse before another eat was created. The boy landed on a tree his whole body horizontal to the trunk before he jumped of it towards his opponent. He was now positioned in the air above the rodent. Before Munir could land it swiped at the air Munir was occupying .
"It seems we both learned from each other, which is a bit embarrassing to say."
Its claws should have dug into his body but Munir repositioned himself mid air.
After witnessing the rodent's aerial manoeuvre he applied his technique of increasing his outward flow of Anima to solely his feet creating a force to shoot himself around in the air. He was now behind the rat still in the air. He threw his knife at the rodent neck, a large cut developing nearly splitting its whole head off. It writhed in pain.
'"Fuck I should killed it with that attack but atleast it can't use it screech now. It's time for 'it'."'
Dashing towards the rat to finish his job Munir backed out his second dagger. As he closed in, a terrifying screech came from the rodent, its intensity far greater than the ones before. Blood gushed out its neck, the beast showing clear pain from performing his attack. Munir was now stunned he couldn't even breathe. The beast went in for its final strike.
As it did, a crow flew in and dug itself into that rodent's body. It couldn't even let out a sound due to its vocal cords being completely destroyed. As it looked forward it saw two golden eyes descending upon it.
Combining his newly made technique he used Anima to increase the speed of his stab, unknowingly imbuing it with Anima. Stabbing the rat in the head he left a small crater.
Munir dropped beside the monster laying beside it panting.
"Damn rat did all this to me, how can I survive here? Thank god that branch and bird appeared at the right time. Wait where did I drop the barrel."
He sprang up and began to look for it.
With the watch of his secret guardian owl eyes monitoring him.
"Damn I left this kid for a couple minutes and he runs into a Ruyatu. He's lucky I saved him with my bird.. still he did pretty well for someone young"
The boy finally got to his stream after locating his barrel. Upon arriving he saw it. His goal across the river at the opposite bank stood a small boar, its tusk made of gold white fur covering its body. Covering every niche of it were unreadable runic symbols. It stared intently behind the boy into the trees. Where a green figure sat its body shaped like a budding seed.
