"I'm sorry, what did you say your name was again?"
"Weizhi"(a name that revolves around the unknown)
"Is that your full name?"
"Yes."
Maybe I wasn't supposed to say that. After all, there's no reason for me to even be alive. A name that isn't given to me from birth. Oh wait, when was I born again? I've been trying to wrap around my head from all these new anomalies, how am I suppose to proceed?
"Just to confirm, your name is Weizhi, you're 21 years old and you're a level 16 player?"
"Yes."
"Alright, welcome to the Specialised Guild's Ceremony (SGC for short), I hope you're able to find a guild or enjoy your time today."
How many times have I've heard this? I don't remember all the details, but probably around 14 times? It's going to go as the same way as all the last regressions, not like I've tried to change my fate or anything, but maybe I should just stop trying.
As I enter the ceremony, a bustling crowd of people block my view of the stage. Then a mother of two stand right next to me. Staring at me.
"Good morning everyone, today I'll be announcer of the current guild's finding recruits."
Am I joining the Blossoming factions guild again? Or, should I try my shot with the bigger, flashier guilds. All these massive guilds are gonna fall apart anyways, plus, why would the want to recruit a level 16, like me. But there's something different about this regression, why are these people staring at me?
"The current recruiting guilds are, Shadow Clan, Demonic Garage, Cultivation Mages, Adolescence Beginners, Meadow Mages, Assassins Ledge and lastly, Blossoming factions."
Time to think. Shadow Clan has recently been gaining potential and has made it into the top 50 guilds, but the downside of joining this clan, they're all gonna become bankrupt at the end of next year.
Demonic Garage is a newly introduced guild which mainly feature people that have demonic powers such as bloodlust, but the downside is, they're gonna turn you into demons right after you join.
Cultivation Mages are a good guild, but although I can wield magic. Being a mage is so boring and those people never come out of their castle.
Adolescence Beginners already starts off with a weird name, and they all kick out their member after they level up to 50. The only good thing about the guild is that they give out free potions to newbies.
Meadow mages are also a decent clan but since they're also a mage guild, I'm gonna be bored out of my mind. They also get into a scandal which is too complicated to explain right now, so I'm probably go back to that.
Assassins ledge is a complicated guild to enter. Not only do you need to have a killing intent but, you need to go through a assassins pledge of honour, which requires you to obtain a dragons tooth (which basically, you need to be able to enter the *gold levelled gate).
Lastly is the Blossoming factions, the rise to the top 10 guilds in the world quickly. But everyone who enters are thrown into a *blue levelled gate, no matter if you've ever gone inside a gate or not.
*The Gate Management System*
The GMS allows players to enter gates according to their level. Although it's not restricting players to go inside higher gate levels, it still allows player to go inside, although not recommended. Although is the dungeon is already claimed by a guild, it would have an orange signage. And if it were to be a yellow signage, the gate has already been cleared.
A black gate is the highest gate you could ever enter, with SS tier monsters and S tier loot (only level 200 and above are recommended to enter).
A purple gate is the second highest gate which feature S tier monsters and A++ loot (Only level 170 and above could enter).
A red gate is the most entered place during hunting season, it features A class monsters and B++ loot can be obtained (Only level 140 and above can enter)
A pink gate is one of the lower difficulty gates that feature B and C class monsters and C++ loot can be obtained (Only level 100 and above can enter).
A green dungeon is widely diverse that features most hunters in the lower level region with D class monsters and F tier loot (Only level 60 and above can enter).
A gold gate is the most used gate that guilds used to assess newly hunters, it features E class monsters and E-- loot (Only level 10 and above can enter).
So should I just join the Blossoming factions guild again? There's not really any point if I just join back into that guild and be murdered by Lee Dogsa.
"Hella everyone! I am the owner of the Shadow clan. We are in need for talented people that can help grow our guild. If you think you're one of those people, please meet me behind the stage in 20 minutes."
"So that was the owner of the Shadow clan, please give them a round of an applause."
I look across the stage, that must be the other owners of the recruiting guilds. But this woman next to me, why is she staring so intensely?
"....Excuse me?"
"Oh, um.. yes?"
"Have I met you before? I swear you seem very familiar."
"No, I don't think so."
"Oh, can I ask you which guild you're considering on joining in?"
Should I tell her? She seems too suspicious though. There isn't anyone that has approached her though, and she also has 2 children, or at least, I think it's her children. I don't think I'll be joining Blossoming Factions though, I should probably tell her that I am so I'll see if she's stalking me.
"I was thinking about joining the Blossoming Factions."
"Oh really? That seems like a nice guild to start of with, maybe I should join too."
"Yeah, you should!"
Within the bustling crowds, I quietly walk away and leave her alone.
"Oh wait so what's your... Oh" Il Beojnamu darkens her expression.
I'm glad I didn't stay there any longer, what if she found out something about me.
