Chieftain Ixtiel, a pure Asemeri being, 800 years old, launched a full scale invasion of Val'katl Dominion. The invasion happened shortly after Tlandar, asemtek, graduated from the Sanctum of Orchids and after Chieftain Salgar proclaimed him Protector of Astashica. In the Sanctum of Orchids, Chieftain Salgar told Tlandar, "The time has come, Tlandar, to protect Astashica. Use your new Formicron mecha units, 200 in total, and go to Chieftain Val'katl. He is in Boulderkeep Stockade, holding the battle front against the Ixtielan forces. Boulderkeep is located south-eastward of the Plains of Leipira, in Val'katl Dominion," Salgar said. "I'll go forward to that location promptly," Tlandar replied.
He mounted his Formicron mecha, the Procyon Alpha. Together with his assigned 200 Formicron mecha pilots, with their mechas, now his full division, all began to prepare for departure to Boulderkeep. "Wait Tlandar! There's something else more…" Salgar said. "I will send with you General Vos, asemeri, 700 years old, who will accompany your division. She is a formidable strategist. She will be in command of 40,000 Salgaran warriors and 2,000 Salgaran Tactical Buggies and will protect you're division, while guiding you to Boulderkeep," Salgar said. "Thanks a lot chieftain! I'll do my best to succeed in this struggle" Tlandar replied.
He and General Vos went to their soldiers and units and after preparing themselves, departed to Boulderkeep. The entire force, Tlandar's and Vos', that Chieftain Salgar sent away to Boulderkeep, totaled 42,200 Salgaran soldiers. They departed from the upper level of the Sanctum of Orchids and flew in twelve Salgaran transport ships to Boulderkeep Stockade. They flew over the terrain of Salgar, entered Val'katl Dominion and landed in front of Boulderkeep Stockade.
Boulderkeep Stockade Arrival
Chieftain's Val'katl's fortress in the Plains of Leipira, had become an squared pyramid with four sides, after he had terraformed the surrounding terrain years ago. The top of the pyramid was squared and on the sides were a large rectangular opening. Each of these openings served as gates for spaceships to enter or exit. Also Formicrons mechas used those openings to go outside or enter the complex. Around the structure laid several large, 30 feet tall, pointy pylons made of nickel metal. They served to keep wanderers out of the place. Before this structure laid a large, square landing pit, made of volcanic stone silt.
"Everyone, we have arrived at Boulderkeep Stockade," General Vos, asemeri Salgaran, said. "Got it," Tlandar and their divisions said. Tlandar, Vos and the four Salgaran commanders who commanded the Formicron and soldier divisions who came with them, got off their Formicrons. Together, Tlandar, Vos and the four Salgaran commanders, approached the gate of Boulderkeep Stockade, which laid in front of them. "We come to assist Chieftain Val'katl and fending off the invasion. It affects all of us. We've been sent by Chieftain Salgar to join the defense against Ixtiel. This is Tlandar, which we assume you've heard about in the Aurora Ascendant Oracle," Vos said. One of the two Valkatlan guards that met them at the gate of Boulderkeep said, "Welcome to Boulderkeep. Please make yourself inside, and bring in your Formicrons as well. I'm Vraek, Val'katl's general and manage the forces stationed in this base. So come in and we welcome Chieftain's Salgar help. Send word to her that you been accepted here. She shouldn't worry about anything else. We value your asistance greatly," Vraek said.
Inside Boulderkeep – Vos Returns to Salgar
Tlandar, General Vos, Vraek, the four Salgaran commanders (who directed the Tlandar's and Vos' forces from Salgar dominion), and all their forces and Formicrons stood inside Boulderkeep. They were all inside a great hangar, which felt like a majestic cathedral chamber in sizing. General Vos told Tlandar, "My task ends here, Tlandar. Now I must return to Salgar. You must go on with your own task. Present yourself before Chieftain Va'katl. Tell him you are that protector from the oracle and follow his instructions. He has a good relationship with Salgar. We will end up with an alliance with him and will stand with him against Cosmus in further escalations of the war," General Vos said. "Tell Salgar I will do my best to protect Astashica," Tlandar said.
"Tlandar, you're not like anybody I ever seen. I came to like you a lot, they way you think and talk of matters. I admire you. And I want to keep you in mind and am ready to act on my own to help you and support you. All my soldiers feel the same. They are very inspired having you as their champion. You are defending Astashica. We all respect you, Tlandar. We all hope nothing happens to you when you're in the trenches and fighting those bad guys," Vos said. "I appreciate your words and I feel in debts with you," Tlandar said. "I wish could show you my thanks more than words," Tlandar said. "Don't worry. I know," Vos said. "So long Tlandar, survive and do what you must," Vos said. Then General Vos and her 40,000 Salgaran troops returned to their transport ships, stationed in the landing pit, and departed in a dozen ships to Salgar Dominion.
General Vraek Presents Tlandar to Val'katl
In Genral Val'katls war room, in Boulderkeep Stockade, Valkatlan general Vraek presented Tlandar before Chieftain Val'katl. "Sir, this is Tlandar, from Salgar Dominion. He is a Protector of Astashica, has been ordained the Chieftain Salgar herself. He has come before you to offer full assistance in the war against Ixtiel," General Vraek, Valkatlan, said.
