Chapter 6
"What's this? Genya never told us he would visit the hostels too!"
Mimi said angrily.
"Yeah, you're right. That girl is suspicious… and she looks a lot like Nehan. After all, she's his twin."
"That's true, but Naiiyraa… how did you become calm so quickly? You were shocked at first, but now that Nehan is visiting the hostel, you don't even seem scared. Why?"
"Well… that's because I believe in Zubii's will," Naiiyraa replied softly. "And I think Genya should be trusted, even if she seems suspicious. I don't feel any danger."
"What? That doesn't matter! You can't just rely on your feelings. And most importantly, she didn't even tell us Nehan would be coming!"
"I think… maybe she didn't know herself."
"Yeah, sure. Keep trusting her instead of your best friend."
"Okay, okay," Naiiyraa said playfully. "I'll trust you. Happy now?"
"Obviously, I am."
While they were talking, Naiiyraa suddenly glanced toward the window.
"Mimi… look. That man is standing on the ground."
Mimi turned quickly.
At that moment, an announcement echoed through the hostel:
"Everyone, it's Nehan Senoria of NS Advertisement. Please greet him."
"Naiiyraa, Miss Siera is announcing something. Be quiet and listen carefully."
"Okay."
"All students from both boys' and girls' hostels must gather on the ground immediately. Further instructions will be given there. And most importantly—anyone who does not come will be expelled."
"Mimi… what should we do? What if I get caught?"
"Calm down. He has never seen Lerah's face. But… he did see you at the shopping mall, right? You even talked to him."
"Yeah… but maybe he'll just think it was a coincidence."
"Fine. But if he notices you again, don't talk to him. Don't even look at him. Got it?"
"Got it… Let's go. We're getting late."
"Yeah."
The ground was filled with students.
"Today, our special guest, Nehan Senoria, will give a speech. As he has generously donated to our university, we invite him to the stage."
"Just look at him… he's so handsome," Noshi whispered to Mimi.
"I never thought someone so dangerous could look like that."
Mimi's thoughts drifted.
"What happened, Mimi?"
"Huh? Nothing… you're kind of right."
"Hey Naiiyraa, what's wrong with Mimi today?"
"I don't know either."
Naiiyraa walked closer and stood beside her.
"Girl, I know what you're thinking," she teased. "You think he's handsome, don't you?"
"Well… yeah. Just look at him—even your enemy looks that good."
"Ugh, shameless! Crushing on your best friend's enemy?"
"I was just joking!"
"Yeah, sure."
"Okay, let's just listen to his speech."
"Fine. But don't praise him in front of me again."
"Alright, alright… look, he's starting."
Nehan stepped forward.
"Is anyone here named Naiiyraa Shillon?"
Silence fell over the entire ground.
Naiiyraa's heart skipped a beat.
"Sir… weren't you going to give a speech?" a student asked nervously.
"That is none of your concern," Nehan replied coldly. "Call the person I asked for."
"Y-yes, sir… I'm sorry."
"Naiiyraa Shillon, please come to the stage."
"What's happening? How does he know your name?" Mimi whispered urgently.
"I-I don't know…"
"I told you Genya might be a traitor!"
"W-what should I do now?"
"Oh, Naiiyraa," Miss Siera called. "The CEO of NS Advertisement is asking for you. Come to the stage immediately."
"Miss Siera… I can't go…"
"Why not? Hurry up."
Naiiyraa slowly walked onto the stage, her hands trembling.
"So… you're finally here, Miss Naiiyraa," Nehan said, a faint smile on his face. "I've been looking for you."
"I'm… sorry," she replied quietly. "I didn't notice earlier."
"What's wrong? You look pale."
"It's nothing…"
"Well," Nehan said, his voice lowering slightly, "I'm here to talk to you about something very important."
His eyes locked onto hers—
as if a long-awaited goal was finally within reach.
