Morning came and the boy woke up,with his body patched up. His physique and magic seemed to be unique in it's own way, not giving off a similar resonance to the other people in this world. When he realized he had woken up,he took his bag and jumped out of the window from a three story building.
Using a special type of magic,he teleports before reaching the ground. A maid came to serve him breakfast but realized that he was gone and reported it back to her boss
"Don't mind... We'll see again"
Due to his shortage of mana,he fell on the ground a short distance after teleporting. He didn't realize in time, but his hand had already been fixed and all his wounds treated.
After gaining distance from the manor he escaped from,he sat beneath a tree
"Ah..."
I can't clearly remember what happened after I crossed that portal... But to end up there, and they could even fix my limbs?...

Ed sat up,holding his chest like he was feeling pain in it. He remained like that for about ten minutes before finally relaxing up. As he closed his eyes to rest, someone tapped him.

Before she could react, he pointed a blade at her from behind. Shocked,she stood speechless in front of him
"Who are you?"
"I'm sorry for not introducing myself. My name is Melissa and I'm the maid who took care of you while you were unconscious"

"Our caretaker requested for me to call for you"
She leads him back to the house, and walked to her room while being led on by Melissa. They sat together in the waiting room until a young girl walked out. When she saw Ed,he hand instinctively moved, but she stopped herself.
"You must be our guest... My name is sally.d. angelo"
"..."
"I guess you're on edge since some unknown person just saved you and brought you to their home,but be rest assured,we don't mean harm...in fact,I know your secret."
"Huh?"
"You came from the distorted link into our world... But I won't tell anyone,on one condition"
This turned ugly pretty quickly
"What?"
She turned and walked to her shelf, retrieving a box. Turning back to Ed,she dropped it in his hands and stood in front of him waiting for him to open it
"What's this?"
"Open it..."
He opens the lock and slides the lid, revealing a pure diamond badge used to represent the elite families of a place. Based on the elblem embedded on it,he deduced that it was a badge for the richest family in the country
"Why would you hand me such a thing..."
"I want you to become part of my family."
"Huh... I'm not ready to marry though"
"Who said you would be marrying... From now on, you're my elder brother and the heir to my parents riches"
"This doesn't make sense... why would you hand over something like that for free?"
"Nobody said it was for free... You'll follow me to the sky academy and my elder brother and enroll. I have a mission to carry out there."
Ed looked for a seat and sat down, confused. She couldn't get why she would cheaply hand over her inheritance to someone she's meeting for the first time over a secret mission

After he finishes his discussion with her,he walked back to the room he was being treated while he was unconscious and laid on the bed, resting up. The pain in his chest didn't leave while he continued to endure. While he rested,a system notification popped up

Ed walked around the city while keeping a low profile to avoid unnecessary conflict. His dress was a little unique, but every other thing was under, making him quite approachable.

Ed turned into the alley way where a group of guys called him in. He approached them while wearing the elblem attached to his clothes. Seeing this,they sought to exploit him
"Hey kid...drop whatever you might have on you and scram "

Ed clenched his fists prepared to counter any attack at him.
"Huh?...do you intend to attack?"
The first guy swings his sword sheathed at him, with speeds most couldn't keep up with. His intent was to knock out Ed to avoid further escalation of the matter. As he moved,Ed turned, easily evading the attack. As he prepared his own,a hand blocks his attack

Sally walked in front of him while signalling ed to stand down. While the men were confused,a group dressed in black coats surrounded them, apprehending the guys with ease. Before their leader could react,a sword was pointed to his neck
"Huh?"
"Your mistake was laying your filthy hand on my brother..."
"You're... sally.d.angelo?!"
She turns to Ed.
