"Pfft!"
Finn spat the noodles right back out, nearly choking in the process.
Orion, who had just been about to take a bite himself, immediately dropped his fork onto the table, alarm flashing across his face.
"What's wrong now?" he asked cautiously, one eyebrow lifting as he studied Finn's expression.
Finn stared at the bowl of noodles like it had personally insulted his entire bloodline.
"Just what the fuck is the royal chef cooking?!" Finn exploded furiously. "Cooking noodles shouldn't be this difficult, should it?!"
He pointed accusingly at the bowl as though presenting evidence of a crime.
"Why the fuck are they so soft?!"
His voice rose even louder with every word.
"And where's the spice?! Didn't he read the damn letter properly?!"
Finn abruptly shot to his feet, the chair scraping loudly against the floor. One hand planted itself dramatically against his waist while the other waved in irritation.
